1961  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🔷trade.io🔷[ANN] [ICO]💲20,173,229🔷Partner Civic & Bancor🔷HitBTC approved on: January 01, 2018, 03:59:58 PM
Your Trade Tokens
will be listed on
OKEX

Okex is very good news.

It still says hitbtc on thread header which is nothing comparing to okex.

It will bring major value to our tokens after ico.

This is excellent news that TIO will be traded already on some prestigious exchanges. I have seen TIO advertised n many places and it will be I believe one of the most prominent ICOS going into 2018. I love the idea of the POOL which will bode a lot of investor confidence and as investors we will feel comfortable going forward into the new year. I showed my DAD all about TIO and he is well impressed.
1962  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cryptopia turning into a scam? on: January 01, 2018, 03:53:41 PM
I am sorry to hear of this bad news. I used to use Cryptopia a lot until I got hacked once, when there was amass hacking, then they changed to a better safety standard, but I used to think their support was pretty decent. I haven't done a trade there in more than a month now so I don't know what is happening right now. I will go check it out again in a few days and see what it's like again. Maybe the festive season has slowed everything down, including support.
1963  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin expectation end of 2018 on: January 01, 2018, 03:51:39 PM
I am now very curious to see how the whales will act in January, from tomorrow that is. Usually in the beginning of the year there is a lot of optimism in the markets as everyone wants to invest and place their bets on various commodities and currencies. I am thinking this year can be make or break for Bitcoin. Either it will soar in value as a store of wealth or just be taken over by another new currency. We have seen lately how RIPPLE has come up in prominence and others are saying CARDANO might steal the show in 2018.
1964  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who day trades and who is a holder? on: January 01, 2018, 03:48:37 PM
I am mainly a hodler but I do do the odd trades when I get time although over the silly season I didn't get much time to trade at all and just managed to keep an eye for some coins etc. If some coins moon then I usually sell off a few of them and use some of the new capital to recycle into new projects that have potential to see good gains, but am trying this time to hold some of the best coins for long term as I missed out on BTC, ETHEREUM and all the big cap coins. So am banking of getting bags of smaller cap coins and see them blow up in 2018. Let's see if this happens lol.
1965  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ALTCOINS under $1 on: January 01, 2018, 03:44:45 PM
I def suggest Wagerr coin as they will release their mainnet and testnet on 15th Jan.

It was all about developments until testnet and mainnet  release. I believe they will focus more  on marketing after 15th .

There is also chance for new exchanges after these releases.

I invested in Wagerr during the ICO and am very pleased with my investment.  January 15th is a very important day for the Wagerr project.  Once the mainnet is released, the team will surely get WGR listed on major exchanges.  The Wagerr masternodes will be very popular.

Thanks for pointing this one out, if it is still cheap enough to buy a bag, I will look into it. I also like COSS and have hope also for COB tokens, these are cheap and also DENT has gone from it's all time high to just over 2 cents, which might skyrocket again once the android ap is out. There is also BITDEGREE coming out soon, ICO for it just concluded but that might moon nicely in 2018 as some prominent Youtubers will be shilling it nicely in 2018 lol.  Grin
1966  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 5 picks for January? on: January 01, 2018, 03:41:02 PM
BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, & probably 🤮 BCASH its mine  and whats is yours?

I strongly recommed you to analise Universa Blockchain... they will be available in exchanges very soon and you still have the chance to buy it cheap... For example everybody are talking about Ripple... Right! But the fact is that the biggest bank of Russia will work on Ripple runned on Universa blockchain!  Wink

I haven't heard of UNIVERSA at all but this looks good so I will take a look at it and maybe procure myself a little bag. I like ICON, EOS, COSS, TIO, CARDANO and a few others for January as well as PPT if they roll out the Beta in January which will make it hit a nearby moon or start system once the live invoicing is taking place.  I think b the spring many of the coins will explode nicely as a new year always brings in optimism and well..fresh investors!  Cheesy
1967  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mytherwallet is hacked on: January 01, 2018, 03:35:20 PM
MEW doesn't get hacked, but you might have been a victim of a phishing site, like everyone who traded one day on etherdelta and they all got their tokens stolen because the site was redirected to a phishing site. I got phished very early on when I first used a MEW wallet but now I always look at the top to make sure US LLC is showing in green and I always go to it form a bookmarked location. Also best to open numerous wallets not just one wallet and diversify your assets to more than one wallet. When you can afford get hardware wallets like trezor or nano s, we should all make these our priority items on our 2018 shopping list.
1968  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most promising tech in crypto and why on: January 01, 2018, 03:23:14 PM
Many are saying that apart from eth, eos, neo, nuls, iota, substratum and cardano are offering a lot where tech is concerned and also many people are behind stratis. ARDOR also had its genesis last few days and the old nxters and more new people are rallying behind that as well, so 2018 will be a really interesting year for all of us tech wise and crypto wise. Which one will be king of 2018 will be seen later in the year.
1969  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Altcoins are dying !!! on: December 31, 2017, 01:37:24 PM
Some coins are coming and really exploding. It's really funny that a few weeks ago I bought a tiny bag of cardano, like 0.007 Bitcoin worth and that bag has gone up x 5 already. I am thinking wow what if I had bought like ten times as much but I had very little spare change at the time. Another one that has made 800% gains since I bought it and I only bought 80 of it is SALT. That's another one that has skyrocketed. As long as we need this blockchain technology, alts will not die. Look at the internet, 30 years on and we use it more than ever now!  Cheesy
1970  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dead / Dying Coins you want revived on: December 31, 2017, 01:30:12 PM
Two coins I wish were revived but I don't have my wallet.dats anymore for these coins but they were fun and we had a big community behind both the coins. ONE WAS FUCKBANKSCOIN and the other one was PLANKTCON COIN. We really thought these were going to be the big coins but the developers both ran away form the projects, which really scuked big time as I had like millions of each one lol and had paid decent money to get them.  Grin When they died, so did my investment in them lol.
1971  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Biggest profit from an AirDrop? on: December 31, 2017, 01:27:58 PM
A few years ago I remember joining my first airdropped coin and that was community coin. I remember selling it for around one bitcoin at the time bitcoin was around 1k USD before bitcoin dropped to 250 USD. Those were the early days in crypto where hardly any women were around lol. My very first coin that really got me interested in crypto was sexcoin. I used to collect it from the sexcoin faucet and one day I managed to sell them on cryptsy exchange for 220 usd lol. I thought WOW this is cool, let me get into this stuff!!!
1972  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Footy Cash (XFT) - beta version released on: December 31, 2017, 01:25:02 PM
FOOTY CASH DEVS have always been very pro active in the altcoin community and I used to have a bag of the old FOOTY CASH but it changed now, so I am thinking maybe t would be nice t get a new amount when I have some spare cash one of these days. Niche coins can work really well if they have a god community behind them and if the developers are sincere in what they are doing to adheres to their roadmaps etc.
1973  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Likely to become a millionaire from altcoins? on: December 31, 2017, 01:23:02 PM
New and upcoming coins would probably help you get there and when you make the multipliers on them then you sell for profits and keep a few of the larger sand more stable coins as a hedge. I think many people will become millionaires and mostly the young folks on here. I hope if not becoming a millionaire, I would love at least to have a secure income for my family and be able to do things like travel and look after my health and eat healthy. Becoming a millionaire is one thing, but maintaining a balance in our lives is quite another.
1974  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Who believes Ethereum can go 4,000 USD 2018? on: December 31, 2017, 01:12:12 PM
Realistically it could rise to around 1k USD to 2k USD maximum by the end of 2018. There is an ETH hardfork coming around 19th January where they will fork ETHERZERO. So am not sure if that might give ETH a good old pump or so. As more and more ICOS come, there will be more and more demand for Ethereum usage, but you need to be aware that other platforms also will be competing for business like Stratis, Ardor, NEO and EOS. So there will be competition in this space as well to come.
1975  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: PROOF BOUNTIES (PROOFSUITE) on: December 31, 2017, 09:37:36 AM
Hi, I was checking my position on the list https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1mLysiSCr3fIiC3Rluto1oAScjTeqr5YxLBuLOstLgpM/edit#gid=0
I am # 57 in the Twitter Bounty and I noticed I had earned 148 stakes and this you equated to 8.513119534 Proof Tokens. On the front page of this bounty campaign it states that 4200 Tokens would be assigned to reward the Twitter participants. When I added up the column of figures for the Proof Tokens it came 423.7317784. Should I be expecting 8.5 Tokens or 85 Tokens?
The pool was decreased in 10 times. So now, there are 6000 PROOF tokens allocated for bounty instead 60000

That is not very nice changing the terms after the work has been done, I bet if this had been known beforehand many including myself would have declined to participate.
I agree. I would also refuse it. But it is not good when hunters have a huge amount of tokens. They did not reach hard cap.

A huge amount of tokens? We are talking about 60,000 tokens out of a market cap of 1,300,000. That is less than 5% of the float. You have a choice when you set up your bounty campaign. Make it a percentage or fixed amount. They made their choice and they should honour their commitment. The selling you worry about is only short term. Now they have ruined their reputation and pissed of a whole load of people who will now trash them for years to come.
They sold only 119453 tokens. If hunters will get 60000 tokens they will have 50% of sold tokens for investors. it's really a huge amount

The rest of the  unsold tokens got burnt, so why all the fuss? The percentages are the same or as one of the PROOF TEAM stated, you are all actually getting more than the initial allotted percentage. Exactly my point also, how can you expect the TEAM to give for FREE 50% of the total supply? If there are less tokens in TOTAL SUPPLY, it makes sense that the actual amount of tokens is less to match the new TOTAL SUPPLY. If you have a problem please go make a complant directly to the PROOF TEAM. They will tell you the same thing, LESS SUPPLY = LESS TOKENS OVERALL. Anyway I wish everyone a HAPPY AND PROSPEROUS 2018.  haven't had a reply yet for more gas from the Team, I am sure NEW YEAR everyone is busy celebrating with their families but as soon as I receive the gas needed to send the rest of the tokens I will.
1976  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple's addition to coinbase??? on: December 30, 2017, 02:28:31 PM
I think it might be added to COINBASE, because let's face it, being the 2nd largest coin in marketcap, even surpassing ETHEREUM and having huge volume would make it a good choice purely out of volume and sales perspective. COINBASE is a business and at the end of the day it will look out for itself to make profits and it's own bottom line, so I wouldn't put it past COINBASE to add XRP because of the seer volume of business it will bring to COINBASE.
1977  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are people buying Ripple? on: December 30, 2017, 02:25:25 PM
I believe RIPPLE will be used by a lot of banks in the future and it will be the Banker's choice, along with STELLAR LUMENS. I believe now it has undergone a big pump and may re trace a little bit but it's on an upward trend. I wouldn't be surprised if the bankstas knock Bitcoin down to 2nd place and get XRP to be the top most coin on CMC. let's see what will happen in 2018, time will tell. It's cheap and fast I guess to use and that's one reason people are buying it. I don't have any myself, I missed the boat.
1978  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best bounties list 50+ on: December 30, 2017, 02:23:03 PM
I also like TRADE.IO and REALISTO, THEY ARE REALLY COOL bounties and am looking at some more to do some blog reviews and videos. I think now there is a great list of Bounties, as long as you are willing to work hard and produce quality work, you can get paid decently from legit projects. BOB'S REPAIR seems like a good one as well and I want to do a video for that tomorrow before the new year if I get time or later on tonight if I can.
1979  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do people actually buy coins with real life money? on: December 30, 2017, 02:20:15 PM
My Dad has bought some Bitcoin and he has invested in his first icos. Only small amounts, he bought Bitcoin when it was cheaper and now he has grown his little pot from 0.25 Bitcoin to 0.8 Bitcoin because the coin he bought has mooned a little bit. Many people now are buying cryptos and Bitcoin with their normal fiat salaries. I don't have a job so I have to earn my coins for both living and growing a nest egg.
1980  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Macbook or Windows Laptop for crypto on: December 30, 2017, 02:18:18 PM
I want to get a macbook as well. I have been using Windows for a while but the security is much less than that of APPLE MACS, so am hoping that one day when I can afford it I will buy one apple 27 IMAC desktop for my home and an IMAC air for travelling around but who knows, I need a ton of money to get these lovely gadgets for both crypto work and play. Every time we go to these computer places with my DAD AND HUBBY, I always look at the 27 inch IMAC and dream of owning it one day.  Grin
