Да, такая СО как на фото плохо совместима с сильным разгоном, хотя если на её радиатор прицепить 2 вентилятора на 92 мм вместо родного с кожухом, то эта альтернатива будет намного лучше заводской. Также вместо термопасты можно ставить на ЖМ или его твердый аналог пластины по виду фольги, которые при нагреве расплавятся и заполнят неровности.  Ему конечно  в повседневных задачах по эффективности почти  не уступают лучшие термопасты, но кроме неё есть у каждого свои плюсы и минусы.

Надо биос обновить (если есть более новый) утилитой для жирафов, перед этим сохранить родной на всякий случай. Может тогда что-то изменится. Скорее это косяк самого Зотака. Мой асус не глючит, хотя тоже разогнан мной с 810 до 900 МГц. Работал без проблем и на 925 МГц с поднятием напряжения.
