Its OK that they have a chatbox, but why does everybody who doesn't care have to see what people are saying as default every time they log in? It's really annoying -- I don't care about the chat at all. I know you can click it closed, and I always do. I just wish they'd do away with having it visible upon login. It's kind of annoying and distracting.
For me their chat is always minimized after logging in you only see 1 message at a time. Sometimes the people in the chat can be quite toxic when they're betting and beggars ruin the interaction but the mods are quick in dropping the bans, The chat is not bad (for me at least), I mostly use it to get a quick answer from their support or if i'm trying to bet on their in play live I have to open the chat because their support always announce the lines when they're up. We do not need to worry about the beggars, it's been taken cared of constantly by their active forum moderators.
