I have every right to ask for one without people accusing me of things with no basis whatsoever.
You have as much right to that as I have to read these forums without all the scam loan requests. Get over yourself! It's not your right if it infringes on the rights of another (i.e. the right to free speech). I can accuse you of being Hitler just for shits and giggles if I so choose because it's my right (as it is yours) to post on this forum as long as the owners allow it. Account information (for sites like Paypal, eBay, etc) and personal info (address, phone numbers, SIN numbers) can be purchased cheaply online. That is why the peer lending site btcjam is such a cesspool of fraudulent activity. Even if you did provide actual information about yourself, no one has yet sued another person for the return of bitcoins. When you decide not to repay, the lender is simply S.O.L, and I am sure you know that. In short, stop being so lazy and buy some bitcoins yourself. Then if you win or lose, it's YOUR money, and not someone else's. No one here will lend to you - we're not idiots.

Hello. I'd like to request a loan of 8.5 BTC to be paid back 9.5 BTC in 60 days Purpose is funding a new HYIP project Can provide ID upon request. Also I'm the owner of the exchanging website www.sickexchange.comThat website looks like it was put together in 5 mins. It's certainly not an exchange. Anyway, that domain can now be considered a scam as well.

I also have a long history on other sites such as ebay, 2+2 forums, seals with clubs web of trust, etc. with great feedback.
The best part about what Tomato suggested is that you can transfer that history over to your new account when you abandon this one! Seriously - don't ask for a loan for gambling. Pay for your own chips.

Proposition: I am wanting to borrow BTC7 for a period of 60 days. I will pay BTC1 in interest and repay debt in full on the 30th of July. Collateral: I can offer up my ownership of Asicminer (2 shares), RSM (625 shares) and Crypto-trade (25 shares) stock @ btc-tc.co as collateral (value @ current around BTC and I am willing to make this official through a escrow holding trusted forum member who I will give rights to transfer the shares out of my account if I default on the loan. I can also offer payment for the loan in FIAT (USD) via wire transfer or paypal on default at MTGox spot price +10%. You transfer the shares out of your account before you receive the coins. Then when you pay the loan back, the shares get transferred back to you.

I was a winning player on Pokerstars before they shut down to US players. If I were to lose some/most of the chips, I will simply buy the bitcoins to repay the loan. Taking a loan gives me the opportunity to build a bankroll without having to deposit money in the first place. Thanks!
I suggest you buy the bitcoins to fund yourself. It's not cool to gamble with other people's coins.

A couple of days ago I lent 1BTC to a member on the forum although some were suspicious of the transaction. Anyway today a new JR Member sent a private message to me which I have listed below. I am not sure if this is a user I have dealt with before or perhaps a new scammer who thinks I will go for the scam. Although the deal does not interest me I asked for the ID just to get an idea of whether or not he would provide it which he has. The documents look authentic I guess but as they are US docs I am not familiar with, I cant tie the ID to the user "F" either lol. Investigating further I did a info check on the domain he provided, the registrant of which is listed as "Smith, Maria" while his email and ID states "Jonathon Coleman", he did send the email from admin@sickexchange.com though. I am not interested in the loan request even without the risk involved but I wanted to share this just in case he has send private messages to other members. " F" (5 Posts) Hello. I'd like to request a loan of 8.5 BTC to be paid back 9.5 BTC in 60 days Purpose is funding a new HYIP project Can provide ID upon request. Also I'm the owner of the exchanging website www.sickexchange.comWith the username of "F", I think this is the same as the username "." - a scammer. "." sent me the following PM< which is identical to yours. Hello. I'm looking for a loan of 11BTC , I'm working on an HYIP project and I need funds to start it up Will pay back in 45Days. Can provide ID documents upon request. Regards.

You were also once "brand new."
Yes, but I wasn't asking people to send me coins. Build up some reputation first.

I do not have anything physical to show for except my word
The word of a brand new anonymous forum account. Don't send this guy any coins. Put them in escrow until he gets the actual item, and only after he has identified himself.

Also, you are not really seeking to "avoid" taxes, which has quite harsh legal penalties, rather you are seeking a tax effective business structure, and tax minimization strategies, which are legitimate activities.
I like this guy.

I personally wont be dealing with no transactions, i have a team to do that, and it works on a buddy system, so if person#1 makes a change to customer#222's file in any kind of way, it has to be approved from person #2 in one of our 3 other offices chosen at random and anonymously. not to mention everything is kept a track of, as soon as someone enters your file it is automatically noted. They are required to leave a note about why they were in the file for etc. I can view and cancel any transaction. but i personally, cannot change the amount or edit the accounts. I can save wallets, and store them in a 2 person mini vault if that makes people feel more confortable about there money
You'll still have access to the private keys, so you'll be able to walk away at any time with everyone's coins.BTW - Your grammar and spelling are terrible and you use double negatives. You don't really put yourself out as a professional dealing with a team. Sorry.

You mean the user "pandorabct". Interestingly enough, that user just signed onto the forum 2 mins ago (last post almost 2 weeks) - prob to remove his BTC address from his profile. Good catch! Guess all the people that "preordered" have been scammed.

The official Bitcoin Museum hasn't even launched yet. I'm currently working out how much I'll be paying for paid exhibit submissions. I'm settling on the 0.1btc per submission mark, but it's open to change. I'll announce here when the site is launching, but in the meantime I certainly appreciate the bumping.

tvbcof and passerbyThanks a lot for suggestions! I like many of them, so I'll discuss them with the rest of the team and we'll start working right away. I like the "internal transaction" suggestion, though I'd rather avoid using either emails or long "bitcoin not-a-bank account numbers" as internal identifiers. I am considering bitcoin address of the vault itself (gox style) though I am open to other suggestions. Also, I have a few ideas of my own that, to the best of my knowledge, aren't part of any wallet service currently done Wallet.is team will do our best to amaze I believe the fact you glossed over TF's issues without any defense shows his comments were dead on. You are going to collect as many coins as you can then disappear.

I suggest you don't send Paypal as a gift.

they didnt secure it in a very good way then.
We are going to try 3 simple steps, but helps your money be safe:
- All funds are deposited into BANK-WALLET#1, but using different ID's for every deposit. Helps us identify how much belongs to who, and automatically updates your account when there are enough confirmation - Every 3 hours, there is a automatic transfer to BANK-WALLET#2, leaving only a pre-set amount of bitcoins in BANK-WALLET#1 - BANK-WALLET#2 is then splits the amount again, into 5 different wallets, those wallets are stored offline.
Each of those 5 Wallets, is stored on a Seperate USB Stick, and Paper copy.
This is not 100% safe, but those are only a few of the security measures that has to be in place
What about the administrator, who is anonymous with a new forum account? What security is there in place to stop him from just disappearing with all the deposited coins?
