1981  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CLAM] CLAMs, Proof-Of-Chain, Proof-Of-Working-Stake, a.k.a. "Clamcoin" on: March 17, 2019, 06:01:58 AM
Hello, my wallet stucked at block 2446475 (2019-03-01) and canīt sync since then. Also I have just 3 connections. Anyone can help me to fix this? Should I do a resync? Or do yo have good peers to connect to?

Here is a list of live nodes:
https://criptocambio.com.br/clamNodes

To speed up the sync process, please use the bootstrap file from dooglus and/or update your clam.conf with this setting:

Code:
maxorphanblocks=10000

And then restart the client. The bigger the maximum orphan blocks, the quicker it syncs (but with the cost of ram usage)

Hey do you know how to enter the node into the client?
Proxy IP and port number?

(Glad to see you here!  Thanks!)
1982  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustadice – Next Generation Dice on: March 16, 2019, 11:21:44 AM
(Disclaimer: I'm currently acting an auditor of bustadice, and can cryptographically verify the bet-results. However it's only really got decent guarantees for investors, for players they are much better off verifying their own bets. It's also only a useful service if you believe I'm independent from Daniel, which while true, I wouldn't blame anyone for doubting... But fortunately players can trustlessly verify their own bets )

There is no way for a game to be guaranteed or provable fair to investors.

I don't understand why you would put yourself in such a sticky spot on purpose?

Important: There is no guarantee to investors on provably fair sites because the owner can still play within the rules and "beat you fairly".  These sites are only proveably fair to players... NOT investors, it isn't possible to prove.  Unless I'm outside on something new.

Freedom of speech please, thanks.

Dropbox disagrees, it's gone.

Figures.

I even fucking thought of y'all this morning, but I didn't want to be the one to put it on Alexandria.io & cause any headaches for y'all.

Glad you're still thinking about us but currently our web publisher isn't online so it wouldn't have been easy to publish anyway - been working on the core system lately

It's constantly an uphill battle at this part in life it seems.  Just keep pounding the pavement.

Still here to do anything I can whenever I can... But timing is everything too of course. <3

I own a small fraction of Alexandria.  No clue how much, but a few hundred bucks worth of very early days!  (prob a fly fart worth but it's the thought that counts)

Heres a link to the New Zealand shooting:  https://www.dropbox.com/s/7o9w2a8tzle7s1d/%5BDOWNLOAD%20AND%20REUPLOAD%20ME%5D.mp4?dl=0

"They" don't want you to see it because this could have been "easily" prevented with that 1911.

(Videos fucked up, but you should understand what someone does in a fucked up moment if you want to be the one to straighten them out.)

Freedom of speech please, thanks.

10% off for all our muslim friends in the USA (as long as you pink promise you won't use them to exterminate Christians someday).  We don't play that New Zealand shit here regardless of what building you go to on whatever day of the week.

I strongly recommend the Kimber as a solid ass church gun.  It's compact, fits a large hand and will fucking fuck something up.

No way that New Zealand trash could EVER happen in my area of the country in the USA.

More good guys need guns... step right up, it's easy to buy here.
1987  Economy / Gambling / Re: [FreeBitcoins.com] Rocket Game "blastOFF" - Play / Invest / Faucet! 100 satoshis on: March 15, 2019, 07:31:11 AM
This needs more attention and traffic again, I visited the site and  I only saw 1 to 2 players playing the rocket crash game and there is like 1.64 BTC invested. The site needs more active bettors and players.

We have like 1.64 BTC invested and 1800 CLAMS (clams are also a mining pool).

Our site is still in the building phase.

We have to complete a few things before I start marketing the ever living shit out of it.

The Poloniex's Clam client seems to be in some troubles. When I deposited the clams it took 4-6 hours to get credited few days ago.
The withdrawal today ended up with Complete: Error. And the coins were not credited back to the balance. Contacted support.

Anyway, the margin lending is really high there.

I got a problem while withdrawing from poloniex too. In the withdraw history there was a txid, but a invalid one that do not show up on explorers. A huge amount, scared the soul out of my body! They took a week to solve that. But for now, i will just send and receive small amounts from poloniex until the bullrun ends

UPDATE: I got the coins credited back. I did new withdrawal. Now I got "Complete" with txid... But the transaction doesn't appeared on the blockchain.

It happened for me, too. Open a ticket, and they will take a look at it. For me, it took almost a week for them to send my coins.

Additionally, looks like poloniex is having serious problems with the CLAM client: I saw a lot of this cases happening after the bullrun, and i have two deposits still waiting to be processed. One of them shows with 0 confirmations for more than 5 hours now, the other does not even show in history.

I would recommend another exchange, but... Well, there are none trading CLAMs, i think. Cryptopia relaunched in read-only mode some weeks ago, and are working to enable trading again, but i wold not recommend them after what happened

We are building a Bid/Ask on FreeBitcoin.com for BTC/CLAM.

Going as fast as we can, but we got two things ahead of that.

Can the dev help to ad clamcoin unlike shapeshift they don't have KYC   https://twitter.com/SimpleSwap_io/status/1103421887642849282

Check out FreeBitcoins.com/Swap.

I own it.

I know. We need more platforms. Unlike yours they don't have limits  https://simpleswap.io/

They don't seem to support CLAM.  Is there something we can do in order to get them to support CLAM?

Also, I don't know how someone could offer limitless trading in these ecosystems...  if it's too good to be true, it probably is.

Please don't be scared to bid or ask questions.  This is supposed to be more laid back than the Bitcointalk ad's but still serious.   I won't neg your account for an honest mistake.  Good luck and thanks for supporting our little gay faucet.  We have a lot of cool things coming next round for advertisers.

Top Two Banner Auction details:

Starting bid .001 BTC. Bids must be divisible by .001.

Bidding will end 3-14-19 at 11:59 PM CST. The ads will run from 12:00 AM CST 3-15-19 to 11:59 PM CST 3-21-19.

We have two tops ad's and two bottoms ad's that are both 468 x 60.  These banners are displayed to all of our users (mobile/computer/tablet).  The ads to stagger for mobile users and small windows, but the two top are still the two top.

Bidding style:

Post your bids in this thread. Prices must be stated in BTC per slot. You must state the maximum number of slots you want. When the auction ends, the highest bidders will have their slots filled until all nine slots are filled.

So if someone bids for 9 slots @ 1 BTC and this is the highest bid, then he'll get all 9 slots. If the two highest bids are 9 slots @ 4 BTC and 1 slot @ 5 BTC, then the first person will get 8 slots and the second person will get 1 slot.

The notation "2 @ 5" means 2 slots for 5 BTC each. Not 2 slots for 5 BTC total.
(used italic text from Bitcointalk thread wording)

Bids must be divisible by .001

Each bid extends the auction 30 minutes when there is <30 minutes remaining in the auctions.  (Snipe prevention)

Bottom Two Banner Buy-It-Now details:

Buy it now for both of the bottom banner section is 10 @ .01.

Banners

Banner sizes we need are:  468 x 60

Feel free to send your banners before the auction ends.  This will ensure that your banner gets the most up time up as possible.

Unsold space

Unsold space will be used by the company (FreeBitcoins).

Poloniex support is MUCH better atm, but it'd just be great if their site worked for CLAMS.  The know how to fix it.

I assume there is no Dev fund, so commits will have to come from pro-bono work.

That's correct.

I've thought about hosting a CLAM fund for devs and bounties... but my concern is that I don't have enough experience yet to accurately pay folks using other peoples money and I'd rather not piss anyone off.

Maybe I should just bite the bullet and do it... hire Xploited.  Hiring Dooglus would be important too, but that's a really tough one because he's one of those people that has what he wants (I think.)

It may be worth asking what doog needs to full time this vs pro-bono.  Doog gets sick of pro-bono'ing alone and we try to contribute/be there as much as we can without financially going tits up ourself!
