1981  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will you use old Bitcoin if XT wins? on: August 21, 2015, 04:59:27 PM
We thought that Bitcoin would be widely accepted and it's prices will reach the moon.
But there comes a nightmare commonly called "Bitcoin XT" and if it is accepted by more than 75% of the network, then Bitcoin will have no future according to me as Bitcoin XT is totally violating the principles of bitcoin core.
1982  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: August 21, 2015, 04:46:24 PM
Gambling should be fun. You should gamble what you can effort to loose.
but thats not the way all people do, they think that they will end up in profit but they cant stop when they should
Yes it was the same for me too.
When I saw that I was winning then I started to bet big and ultimately I lost what I deposited in bustabit.
Surely gambling is for peaceful minds.
1983  Economy / Economics / Re: Alright , Time to Dump or Time to Buy ? on: August 21, 2015, 04:36:30 PM
If Bitcoin XT grows in network power and adapted by majority then it's time to sell all I have.
But if XT remains a soft fork and is rejected by the network then it is the time for me to buy more and more Bitcoins.

the amount of xt nodes is rising every day. i think we'll stay at least a few more weeks or maybe more than a month in current price drama. only time will tell what's going to happen.

Nodes dosen't seem to matter as far as I know and I saw last time a topic speaking about BitcoinXT using Azure , DigitalOcean and those hosting companies that offer free trials .
the most important is Hashing power and we are now at 3 mined blocks (third mined today)
How much time it take to mine a block on bitcoin XT.
Because 3 blocks is really very low for that much time.
And what about the difficulty on bitcoin XT, I believe it will be very low because of low hashing power.

Yes difficulty is pretty low right now I guess and they are mining like 1 per day or little bit less as you can see this chart http://xtnodes.com/xt_blocks_pie_chart.php
But why only such small amount of blocks are mined on bitcoin XT Huh Is the size of blocks an issue in the mining of blocks or any other unknown reason.
1984  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: August 21, 2015, 01:10:49 PM
I never imagine myself be like a gambler before but now,  Cry
Yes me too is becoming some sort of a gambler.
My friend recommend me bustabit and so I deposited on it to see how good is it.
I played for around half an hour and doubled my Bitcoins.
But then after sometime I lost all of it because of quick busts.
And now I'm in 0.05btc loss.
And with my earnings of this week I will deposit some amount on it to get back what I lost, or end up loosing this Time too.

1986  Economy / Speculation / Re: PRICE DOWN on: August 21, 2015, 12:54:04 PM
yes the price went very down but it will go more down just wait  Smiley
If Bitcoin XT gets more than 75% acceptance by the network then yes Bitcoin prices will touch the ground and maybe go under it.
Bitcoin XT makes the double spending of coins mined before it possible, so it is gonna destroy Bitcoin.
1987  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: August 21, 2015, 12:50:43 PM
The best way to invest money is bank!, saving money is more better option. if we invest money we always use it lavishly!..
Investing your money in the banks is literally burning your money.
Because banks gives us an interest rate which is very low than the current inflation rate, so banks are not increasing your money but they are decreasing it.
1988  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest problem with Bitcoin on: August 21, 2015, 12:46:51 PM
I have a few problems with bitcoin.
In my country there are only a few places where you can buy or spend bitcoin.
I can't report earnings from bitcoin to the tax authorities, they still did not anticipate such earnings in their respective taxation laws Smiley
Recently, we got first bitcoin ATM in the country, but this is not enough, of course.
I had to wait for the last transaction confirmation a few hours.

Hey, everybody has to wait for the confirmation of transaction, so it's not a big problem.

As Bitcoin is not widely accepted in your country then you can use bitcoins online to buy the goods you want.
There are many websites which give us function to choose to pay in Bitcoin and there also are sites like purse.io through which you can buy goods from Amazon and Newegg offers fully Bitcoin interface and their user reviews are also good.
1989  Economy / Speculation / Re: Who here has bought sub 225 in the past couple days? on: August 20, 2015, 05:55:36 PM
I have successfully brought some Bitcoins out of my bankroll in past few days and is currently looking a good investment and I'm looking forward for prices to increase in the upcoming months as halving period is coming closers.
Just made a good decision at the right moment and want some profit off it.
1990  Economy / Speculation / Re: Accumulation Phase on: August 20, 2015, 05:51:57 PM
I have brought some Bitcoins in these few days of crash so far my investment is looking good and I think that I will make a decent profit off it if the prices rise again. So till then I am hodling my Bitcoins and advice all members also to do so.
1991  Economy / Speculation / Re: PRICE DOWN on: August 20, 2015, 05:46:28 PM
This fall in price is due to large scale panic selling and some small scale smart buying.
Bitcoin XT should go away as it is going to destroy the bitcoin and the idea of decentralization behind it.

1993  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: core or xt ? on: August 20, 2015, 05:31:35 PM
XT offcourse. Core is missing a leader lol
Hmmm as XT is having a leader and it opposes the idea behind decentralized Bitcoin, as if majority chooses Bitcoin XT then it will fall into hands of a few people and God knows what they will do to Bitcoin.

BTW for a soft fork to become a hard fork the 95%adaption was required previously and why this time only 75%is the minimum requirement for XT to become hard fork Huh
1994  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest problem with Bitcoin on: August 20, 2015, 05:12:16 PM
The transaction confirmation time can sometimes be really annoying. Sometimes it doesn't confirm for hours...
Or maybe you can do one thing,
Just make transaction fee per kilobytes from 10,000satoshi to 10,001satoshi and the transaction fee you will be paying will become more than most of the users on the network and it might increase your chances of getting quick confirmation.
Make sure you add a sufficient fee then. 0.0001 isn't much at all.
1995  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: August 20, 2015, 05:09:33 PM
I'm about to deposit bigger than usual  Grin I won't lose because a girlfriend will sit with me all the time to hold me back when I tend to go all-in
And what will she do when you lose? Beat your butt up with a stick?
Though I can predict what will happen if you win Wink
And I wish that the loosing part you say comes true.
And I would be present there with him to see the effects of it. Lol
BTW if we follow some kind of strategy and bet in control then we can win, but due to emotions after winning many times we think that go big and make big and ends up being left with nothing.
1996  Other / Off-topic / Re: Worst mistake you did with Bitcoin? on: August 20, 2015, 04:56:29 PM
dont be too ambitious to recover, remain patient when playing gambling,
because I ever lost with some of my money in gambling, my ambition is to recover my money, I bet with all my money and think that I will win, but not as expected I lost,
so patient in playing gambling Cheesy
hahaha lol.
Only those people get into gambling who doesn't have any patience and want to make money in much less time.
Gamblers are always the impatient persons.
That's why the gambling sites make money and people loose money but they always think that they can beat the house edge and deposit more after loosing previously but never get money back.
I've seen very rarely that someone say to me that they have made good ROI in gambling.
haha do you think all the players gambling impatient?
patience is always there, if they dont have the patience surely everyone will lose in gambling and no one is gambling,
but the fact that gambling is still there, it means that there are still many people who play
if you dont know who is rich from gambling look for this name in google James Packer,

Yes I also know a handful of players who made a good ROI in gambling.

And I've said the same in above post that "I've seen very rarely that someone say to me that they have made good ROI in gambling."

And the fact that gambling is here because people want to make a quick buck and ends up loosing and the house always laughs and think how stupid these people are. And the casinos and online sites are making money, so daily new casinos and online gambling site are set up.
1997  Other / Off-topic / Re: DO YOU HAVE 1 BITCOIN? on: August 20, 2015, 04:49:44 PM
With the sudden price low , do you think guys this is the best time to buy bitcoin eventhough the main cause of this is really a big issue?
Yes of course this is a very big issue.
As Bitcoin was most feared of double spend attack and with bitcoin XT it is possible.
All the coins minted before the bitcoin XT can be spend two times, one time on bitcoin core and another on Bitcoin XT.

So let me bust this myth for you! I have made decent returns through gambling and through investments. You can check my profile on Fortunejack to see how much i have made. True, gamblers are sometimes impatient and greedy which is what actually causes their downfall, but not everyone is a hardcore gambler and not everyone is addicted! You can get some decent returns from gambling by setting yourself a target and playing the lower edge games like dice. When people start winning, unfortunately they seem to have a surge of adrenaline which pushes them further and further until they lose everything. So yeah, while most gamblers may be impatient or greedy like you have said, there are some people who are level headed too and make money off casinos.
Yes, I know that.
That's why I said that I've seen rarely that someone say to me that they have made a good ROI in gambling.
And you are one of those rare persons who I met.
Wishing you good luck for future.
1999  Other / Off-topic / Re: Complete the sentence... "I would sell all my Bitcoins if..." on: August 19, 2015, 05:09:06 PM
When BTC goin' to be worthless  Grin
At that time, how are you going to find a potential customer or buyer who will be willing to burn his money on a thing which is going to be worthless Huh

In my opinion, just cash out early while you can or it will be too late for you.
2000  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: August 19, 2015, 02:36:12 PM
You can always keep some Bitcoins, if price will go up.  Wink I do not think, that BTC price can go back to 1000 USD/BTC, because BTC mining farms worldwide are working hard  Wink
prices are decided on the basis of supply and demand.
If supply is more than prices drop.
And if supply is less than prices are increased.

So whales manipulate the market by creating fake sell orders and buy orders.
