1981  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: November 12, 2020, 10:17:04 PM
Right before the break due to these nations league games the table looks like this:
https://i.ibb.co/NKBfxHM/EPLleaderboard.jpg
Never would of thought the team on top of the table would be Leicester city and Tottenham and Southampton in the top 5.
Just hope not more players get injured during these games until the Premier league starts back up on the 21st again. Undecided
And Manchester City isn't even among the top 10?
This season feels more like the  2015–16 Premier League season, when Leicester City won the trophy. Most of the top dogs were inconsistent at that time and the underdog sniffed it right off their noses
Then should we put a couple bucks on aston villa,  southampton or everton to win the premier league?

Even though it wont as good as leicester x5,000 as the league running now, the latest odds i can see for aston villa is @135 and everton @110 and southampton @150.
While the two debutants fulham and west brom each got @5,000 which it's a mission impossible for now.
But if you make a bet for aston villa in pre-season i guess you'll get a better odds like @2,500 or so. Anyone?
1982  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Copy Trading... on: November 12, 2020, 03:39:40 PM
The unpleasant thing about copy trade is that we don't know how much capital the traders we follow have, the amount of capital will greatly affect the next steps, for example, the price drops and the traders that we copy about they do have large capital and choose to continue to buy at lower prices while we have small capital can only wait for the price to up again, this is what I experienced when I do copy trades in 1 week lost about $200, even doing copy trade we still need skill to analysis the chart.
I Never used any copy trading services...

But , if the service let you copy a strategy of a trader that has $100k daily trading volume , while you are only trading $1k daily in volume, then of course this is a huge glitch, things won't work.
But if there's a copy trading services that allows you to match your trading volume , then why not to give it a try?
The question is .. will it still worth?
1983  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: November 09, 2020, 02:35:23 PM
Damn bruh , valencia doing a crazy comeback right now against real madrid, there's 3 penalty given for valencia, it's a madness .. with this .. you guys never ever pessi or penaldo again lol.
So should we change the name of the Hattrick penalty Hero from Carlos Soler to "Penlos" Soler?  Grin

Watching us take a lead then lose 4-1 to Valencia was terrifying. Our defense was in shambles. One of the biggest problems we have right now is Varane. He isn't that old, but he seems very nervous at the back every time the opponents applies pressure, and he ends up making silly error
Yess please no more pessi or penaldo again  Cheesy .

It seems both Barcelona and Real Madrid as the title contenders this season got a serious problem, they don't have a game changer like they used to back in the days where cristiano exist and the prime messi who scored 75 goals + 28 assist in a season.
Some says if real madrid bring mbappe to Santiago Bernabeu and Barcelona bring some real la masia talent in ( yeah they don't have enough money in this pandemic era so they just have to rely on their academy lol ) the heat between the two might be as excited as it used to.
But that's good to break the domination as we can see real sociedad and villareal on the top now lol
1984  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Ways to get Bitcoin/ETH under 18/ trade. on: November 09, 2020, 08:09:34 AM
I think it's difficult trying to do that and you might want to familiarise yourself with the risks and only trade with what you don't NEED.

You could take a look at a service like bisq that'll allow you to buy up to 250 of your currency afaik for a certain time period but it might not be 100% secure (if your balk accepts reversing bank transfers which you ought want to check).
Yupp i think there's some exchanges set certain limit for those who doesn’t want a KYC , binance offers a transaction below 1 btc for an account without KYC , so do with bittrex i think.
But when it comes to cash the bitcoin out to your local currency  it's  always best to Finding someone you know around your local area, find it through the forum ask them if it's okay to make a deal face to face or simply find it here in this forum a person with a high reputation doing trade in the last few months at least.

Other than that i think yeah age restrictions always become a problem and that rules come with a reason though.
1985  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How btc price correction make things right. And what you should be aware of. on: November 09, 2020, 06:21:42 AM
What I know is, If anyone buy any shit coin or token in the deep, you are digging more hole for it to go deeper. Beware of coins or token price that fell more than expectation.

The majority of dead ICO projects will never return, the development team and investors have left the project, and a project not taken care of by the development team will simply be a pile of trash.
After the ICO hype back in 2017 I learned from experience never investing in a project the development team left it.
You might learned something from the good old days ICO hype but not with everyone else as we still see a lot of people trapped on a brand new DeFi hype project , some people losing money within 24 hours as the projects run in awfully code audited just like the weird project ever YAM.
And some people might taste a nice unexpected profit from the UNI project , well we can't blame anyone for this right? The crypto space grow so fast and you can't really follow it thoroughly all the time.

The current correction phase would decide whether the altcoin season begins very soon or the bitcoin rally will continue, *watching it closely.

15 minutes to go and it's 4-1 for valencia. This must be one of the biggest lost for real madrid .

The odds for real madrid to get draw in the last 15 minutes is @29 now , is it a worth stake? I guess so , let's do it .
1987  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: November 08, 2020, 02:06:58 PM
The goal was only a header.

Tottenham don't deserve the win.

At least a draw, so harsh.
Typical mourinho, turning a great team with attacking minded into defensive minded that makes everyone frustrated.
He did it to Real madrid, Chelsea, Manchester United and now Tottenham, they are playing like zombies, they had no vision to move forward especially in the first half.
That time i decided to wait and see to place my bet .. until the second half come which they got a little bit improved, i know they are loving to score in the last 20 minutes , i guess this is my 3rd time this season had Tottenham bet at 70' ++ to get a higher odds on money line.

And this time i got @3.5 when the game had 10 minutes left in normal time, 8 minutes later .. boom a cross from doherty successfully converted into a goal by kane.
I must agree that westbrom deserves a draw tho.
1988  Economy / Economics / Re: Biggest threats to the price of Bitcoin. on: November 08, 2020, 12:25:54 PM
One major risk is weak hands. Selling on a crash. Don't do that. Buy more, instead.

Personally I'm ready for the price to go back to about 5000$, my buy orders are already set up. If we go there and stay for a time, I will buy more.
I have the same preparations right now, although the funds needed are still not enough. Whales could crash bitcoin if they all sold their shares. I do not think that there are no other threats to bitcoin than whales doing the unthinkable. A 5k drop will be unlikely in the foreseeable future but the chances of it happening is still uncertain which is why we should be prepared.
Funny to see people's reactions after yesterday correction down to $15k .. there's an immediate speculation popping up whether the rally going to the new all time high could be stalled or continues. Well linking those possible threats to bitcoin now just making weak hands shaking and leaving .. that's alright, the true believer will keep going no matter what. Those talking have been exist for quite a while , won't affect much.

I mean if the quantum computing did could break bitcoin encryption in the future , then just do it , we'll see. So far it's just a claim , everything just safe and fine.
1989  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An Indian boy committed suicide after losing money by Betting in IPL on: November 08, 2020, 08:24:26 AM
I can't stop wondering how his friends are willing to lend money to doubters and how the dead man promised bail?

I also live in an environment where traditional gamblers can be found. In order to lend to gamblers, I had to think several times. I don't really care if they die from gambling in the end, but I care more if nobody returns my money. As people who are aware of the risks of gambling, we should do our best to prevent people from borrowing money for gambling.
Traditional gambling are sucks .. you know you can't get out of that deadly circle unless if you completely lost everything , that time you are allowed to leave free lol this is the general rules , better you gamble online while nobody threatening you  .. nobody feel ashamed and things a little better in the online betting i guess. God damn poor boy , 19 years old ... he should have a bright future still despite this huge loss .

Sometimes when your friend has a sign of feeling desperate, depressed , you as a friend should keep your waffling away. One word that offends this depressed person it could decide whether is he gonna survive or choose a shortcut way to die. I would be careful on what I'm saying, life isn't that cheap to say 'I don't really care if they die from gambling in the end'
I have been in that kind dark situation where all my business went in bankruptcy. A word can decide a life.

I gotchu , I've met a lot of united's hopeless fan raging their own team thesedays.

I can't feel how it is but it must be not good for your health being a united fan right now lol.
Anw everton are leading first with bernard goal at 19' , careless united but then bruno make it level 1-1 . I do bet against the odds by placing united to win while they left behind 1-0 .. the odds quite interesting @4.5 or so

well, congrats on your winning.
FT: Everton 1 - 3 Manchester United

Yeah, it's not good for my mental health LOL.
Like I said before, United is Liverpool BK now, they have a mediocre mentality. They have high motivation and playing well against a "better" team, but really bad against lower-level teams.

however, I love the way they played today. all line is connected now. bruno is back, he played well.
and glad to see cavani made his first goal.
and still, martial can be replaced with a wood on the field.
can we just play like this every week?  Grin
I knew it united will make a comeback , i see everton play awfully and james rodriguez seems play a bit too slow that's why he subbed off.
Pickford is the most awful player in the field with another kung fu kick on maguire damn what's wrong with this guy lol .. van dijk, maguire, who's next?
It's classic manchester united as whenever ole at the risk being sacked , there's great performance shown. This time bruno and cavani saves ole . Nice win united!

And another day another winning for my team chelsea, eventhough we didn't keep it cleansheet , glad that the team become more and more solid from the back to the front. It's 11 matches unbeaten for chelsea in all competition and 5 unbeaten run in the league, let's keep it up lads.

Check out this list if there's an exchange that's compatible and supporting fiat withdrawal in your country.

--> https://www.bitrawr.com/the-dominican-republic
Or simply through local bitcoins .. https://localbitcoins.com/country/DO

I heard also that coinbase supported Dominican Republic https://www.coinbase.com/places/dominican-republic , I'm not familiar with coinmama though. Better choose coinbase if i were you.
You can also explore currency exchange board here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0 , if you feel comfortable you might get in touch with people near you but yeah i knew it, privacy is number 1  Wink.
Goodluck.
1992  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why is Bitcoin dumping right now? on: November 08, 2020, 05:29:13 AM
Is it really a dump? People overuse this word a lot.

If it goes up by 5000 USD and then down 2000 is it a dump? I wouldn't call it that. It's a correction in an uptrend.

If it goes up by 5000 and goes down 5000 it's a fakeout or a pump and dump.

Bitcoin went from 11 to 16 thousand in 1 month but it took it about 27 days to reach 14 thousand and the last 2 thousand was a FOMO rally that took only 2 days. That's more than 30% of the total monthly growth completed in 2 days.

Moves like that are hardly natural for any coin and difficult to hold.
Well let's see what would happened in the next few weeks , if it goes down back to around $11k or $10k then it's a dump according to your theory right?

But i must agree that behind every bullish there's always a correction which it's well known enough for most of us. So far so good , that's around $1,000 correction. I expect we are moving swing now in few days from $15.5k to $14.5k and so on until we found another path to a $20k rally back. Chill , it's not a real hard dump. It's just normal for a healthy market.
1993  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: November 07, 2020, 09:15:18 PM
Munich won. They are really impressive. Maybe not a solid victory, but they won the match and I do not see anybody come close to fight for the championship.
This squad is so strong.
It's always exciting watching this der klassiker , never fail to entertain you with a lot of goals scored!

Open play and that's de javu for Borussia Dortmund as they lost with the same score 2-3 in the german super cup last month.
Early goal from reus and late goal from haaland can't save them from losing points.
They still on the track though, it's just unfortunate can't steal 3 points from bayern at least to cut their dominance in Bundesliga, we do hate to see this happened every year.
Someone need to stop this Bayern Munich perfect run.
1994  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: November 07, 2020, 04:42:34 PM
People are overreacting with what's going on in Barcelona, they could win or lose these type of games but they are not going to just suddenly become a bad team, do not expect them to suddenly fight for European ticket, this is just a bad rut they are in and they are going to fix it eventually to become better again. Obviously that may take some time but it is going to happen for sure.

If you really want to bet on betis, go ahead and bet on betis, but know that normally you should not doubt Barcelona, even if they somehow lose 5 games in a row, on the sixth game I would still not bet against Barcelona, not unless there is huge odds for the other side like 20+ because that is the only time it makes sense. I believe they will recover soon and have a good back to back win streak.
Barcelona current situation is bad compared to how we used to know Barca imo. Even Barca's players admitted that.
In the first half Barca 1-1 Betis, ironically the other two games results this weekend were 1-1 Roll Eyes
Not this time , it's 3-1 now at 62' after messi scored through penalty.

Plus real betis got the red card, well i can expect there should be 2 more goals scored at least if we used to see the old Barcelona, let's see what they can do with this brand new koeman era.
A goal galore or a draw against ten men real betis lol. This gonna be a great headline if betis managed to level it up.
1995  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: November 07, 2020, 03:03:08 PM
I think Schalke is not favorite too choose because they have bad result and now Schalke position on lower fixture and have been in 16th position.
Seems so, Mainz is leading 1 - 0. Also Union Berlin is leading 2 - 0 very early. I just set a bet for double chance Augsburg against Hertha Berlin. Currently it is still 0 - 0, but I am hopeful Augsburg can at least make a draw.
Oh god schalke winless streaks seems will continue today. How can they play so awfully, it's the battle of sucks team at the bottom of bundesliga table.
Mainz certainly the better team here as Schalke in the worst mode by conceded the most in the league and scored less , damn Schalke what's wrong with this team.

Leipzig up to the top with the current leads as Bayern will have to face Dortmund in few hours.
1996  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading losses on: November 07, 2020, 01:16:52 PM
Can someone balance me real quick, how do people get losses even though we know that Bitcoin is destined for growth?
is it because people are looking to buy and sell quickly which may result in a loss if market falls?

This involves counting human psychology when trading. Because they cannot hold their stance, they are often intimidated by the crowd and must act blindly. That is why new traders often lose a lot before they can make a lot of money.
Not only does Fomo make traders lose money, it also depends on human greed. as long as you are greedy for one more second the risk of your portfolio will increase again. That is the experience I learned in 3 years trading in the crypto market.
Yupp that's true, the cost to become a proper trader is expensive but worth it. So you should never give up on making money through trading as long as you learn it in the right way, i mean not to continuously trade like a cowboy to buy here and there randomly in hopes it would go up for no reason, no that's not trading at all.
Even when you think you have mastered every single technique, there always a time for you to get some losses, well that's normal.

To make a big difference between the real trader and the real loser is , the action you take after you see yourself in unacceptable losses.
1997  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: November 07, 2020, 12:58:46 PM
the line-up for both teams is already announced.
maguire "the ironman mark 1" and martial "the clueless dribbler" starts from the beginning.
lindelof and wan bissaka will surely have a nightmare from everton's front three.

ancelloti vs ole.
multi level of strategy vs no-plan-b strategy.
cant be compared apple to apple.

if united cant win today it means I lose my bet on the first 3 EPL match this week.   Grin Grin Grin

however, everton is a good team this season. united as a mediocre will have a high motivation to win this match.

sorry for being sarcastic. I am a hopeless united fan Sad

I've been asked that kind questions since long time ago but it's true thesedays the demands getting more and more , even from someone that i rarely have a conversation with lol.
It's a super hot topic!
2000  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: November 06, 2020, 07:51:04 AM
I did not bet on this match. But I would be happy if Hoffenheim won the match. They played very well the whole time. I think the turning point of the match was Robert Skov's red card. After that the Union Barlin got some chance to score. And easily won the match.

just look at the the performance of Hoffenheim after that 4-1 win over Bayern. they lost 3 matches and drew once in the Bundesliga. that win didn't have a positive impact on the team spirit and loss to Union Berlin just another proof.
That one game mean nothing in a long bundesliga competition ... you need a cahmpion mentality,  to keep up the good performance and Hoffenheim failed to do so.
Eventhough they have a perfect start in the europa league by winning 3 of 3 matches , they seems struggle in Bundesliga by won it twice draw once and three losses out of 6 matches total. Having kramaric got injured and tested positive for the covid19 make things even worse , glad that he'll make a comeback later on in the next bundesliga game according to stats from https://www.transfermarkt.com/andrej-kramaric/verletzungen/spieler/46580

It's bremen against koln tonight, both scored very low goals thesedays .. i bet it would be under 2.5 goals.
