19801  Economy / Gambling / Re: This is the magnificent bitcoin gem on: March 13, 2013, 07:43:03 PM
I wonder if the random resets are needed at all any more as the 24 hour idle period will & does now always cause a reset before the price goes crazy mad & anyway if it did that's the punter's choice, or at the least make the random reset 0.3% or something less off-putting if you'd like to keep that Russian roulette frisson aspect, I believe that it would increase your take & lead to happier players.

We currently have a "lucky round" without a random reset.

Move this to Gambling please.
19802  Economy / Lending / Re: 2.3 BTC loan request - Every little helps. on: March 13, 2013, 07:29:22 PM
Why do I feel like I'm being interrogated....  Sad

You're saying you went and bought 2.3 btc, and it's difficult to believe.  Post the transaction ID - it will show you weren't just trying to scam 2.3btc off of us.
19803  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] domain - litecoins.org on: March 13, 2013, 07:24:58 PM
LOL - people always overvalue their domains.

I'd take the sedo.com bid if you got offered more than $200.   Wink
19804  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] 3-letter Domain - bet.to - price update on: March 13, 2013, 07:23:55 PM
It's not worth anything near 15btc - sorry.  Sad

I'm going to tell you what I think it's worth, and if someone thinks it is worth me, they can post here and beat my offer!

I would pay 2btc for it.
19805  Economy / Services / Re: [WANTED] Web/PHP Developer! 5BTC on: March 13, 2013, 07:13:39 PM
You are trying to build something that no one will use, especially with your reputation around here.   Sad

The days when people trustingly sent coins to some anonymous online wallet are long gone.  Just saving you the 5btc.
19806  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Why we need a threat center on: March 12, 2013, 11:12:13 PM
Why don't we just get rid of all of this P2P nonsense while we're at it. Using a central server would be much cheaper.

He took the time to post it, let me at least do a  Cheesy
19807  Economy / Services / Re: PHP developer (for hire) on: March 12, 2013, 10:56:35 PM
This community has recently had some negative experiences with underage coders.

How old are you?

I think you could use a humidifier in addition to the AC, so you could be comfortable and protect your vocal cords.
19809  Economy / Goods / Re: Lot of 5 used Sapphire 5830's on: March 12, 2013, 09:18:13 PM
You'll probably get more interest if you move this (bottom left) to the Computer Hardware section.   Smiley

Will this message eventually go away when it is safe to transact again?
19811  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Programmers/Designers wanted for new bitcoin project on: March 12, 2013, 07:14:32 PM
Hi,

We are looking for a team, ideally together, to work with us on a new bitcoin project.

We are currently looking for skilled and reliable programmers designers to work with to put together an outline cost for our project ideas and to begin at the soonest with building and construction.

Would any programmers/designers please email me at cuntsrus@tormail.org with an outline of their skills, previous projects etc and we will be in touch from there.

Payment can be in BTC or normal currency.

I look forward to hearing from you.

What programming language do you want the project in?
19812  Economy / Services / Re: [WANTED] An Artist to do the logos for my websites (more than 1 job here!) on: March 12, 2013, 05:59:44 PM
If you end up paying DPony13 for his work, I'm sure he wouldn't mind if you sent it directly to the people he owes coins to.

A fool and his bitcoins are soon parted.
19814  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Okpay debit card - experiences on: March 12, 2013, 04:03:21 PM
ok, you got my attention.
can you divulge more ?

Not until the negotiations are worked out with the credit card processor.  I will be offering an instant bitcoin to prepaid credit card service.
19815  Economy / Lending / Re: Requesting 2 or 3 BTC Loan c: on: March 12, 2013, 03:44:39 PM
he asked for a picture of me with a shoe and my pc not just me

The point is, ID can be purchased cheaply on the internet.  A lender will want to verify that it is indeed you on the ID.  This verification is done by asking for an unusual photo that you would not be able to produce unless you were the actual person.  To work, your face must be clearly visible.
19816  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Okpay debit card - experiences on: March 12, 2013, 03:32:21 PM
but i guess they will never make a anonymous credit-card...

Not true... I'm actually working on that right now.   Wink
19817  Economy / Lending / Re: Requesting 2 or 3 BTC Loan c: on: March 12, 2013, 03:08:13 PM
The shoe on the head thing was supposed to be a joke but he sent me this in a PM:

there's the pc on the bottom and my face and the shoe.

theres a picture of the inside its kinda dark , sorry

That's not your face.  How is someone supposed to verify that the ID you send them is of you, unless you provide a clear picture of your face, and a shoe on your head?
19818  Economy / Lending / Re: btcjam.com is down? on: March 12, 2013, 01:13:05 PM
Up for me.
19819  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for an 11 BTC loan. on: March 11, 2013, 07:41:35 PM
This business is going to happen and it is going to make money whether I receive support from this community or not.

Glad to read that!

I only say this because based on your signature you are looking for the wrong type of work.   Wink

have you put a letter and number in the password?

Yes, I had a strong 15 character password generated by LastPass - number, upper and lowercase character and symbols.  The web page said the password was strong.
