19981  Economy / Economics / Re: I have 12 BTC in my Account, How should I invest this?? on: July 08, 2016, 10:05:03 AM
Advice, tips, speculation please.

If I have 12bitcoins, I invest it to trading , gambling, also I hold it and wait until the bitcoin getting high ,Learn how to invest your bitcoins by choosing the right loans and diversifying your portfolio.
gambling is not so good to invest your bitcoins , you can win in gambling but they will get it again once you will addicted to it few months i stopped gambling because at first i get some good profit but after few days my money will dissapear, gambling is too risky.

Gambling is only good when you know the right time to quit, if you continue then you definitely loose everything at the end of the day, if you win better to withdraw your funds.

This is the thing every gambler tells but when be itself starts to play will forget this principal and start to lose and then will start to think about this advice, i am playing in sports book so in this i can control my bankroll and play according to it by splitting the bankroll on each bet so that if i lose 1 or 2 bets other bets win and my loss gets low or even i come back with profit in fully calculation.

Self control and self discipline is very important in gambling, and if you don't have then I think you should never go for gambling as you will definitely loose everything that you have.

all these things are good if you want to gamble and you should have control but none of them make any difference in the fact that gambling is not a good idea if you are looking for an investment because no matter what you do, gambling is risky and you will end up losing.
19982  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have any Good strategy to improved martin fail system Playing Dice Game? on: July 08, 2016, 10:00:43 AM
Hi guys as i continue my journey to seek more ways to win with the house playing dice game, I'm just curious maybe you have a good techniques using this old method as we all know that in a long term run it will only results into a big loss, I personally experience it so seeking for more insight maybe you guys add some more or some tweaks and work for you, I hope you can share it here guys. thanks in advance.

in my experience your success in martingale method is only depending on size of your bankroll and obviously the size of the bet you are starting with.

you can also find out about the highest losing streak record (which i think it is about 25-30 reds in a row on 2x) so that you can make decisions.

but in the end there is no guarantee that you don't see a 31 red in a row or more.
19983  Economy / Gambling / Re: Trustable Best dicing site affiliate? on: July 08, 2016, 09:55:58 AM
I am not sure about other dice sites. I only know about primedice affiliate. They Pay the standard 10% commision  of edge.
Edit: Rollin.io pays 15%
I think 10% commision should be enough if yor dice site is just starting.

Alright, but usually is 10% of their edge right? Btw do you know which site can roll the dice fastest like maybe 4-5 time/ second or similar?

you can also try safedice.com. i m quoting a text which will give you a clear idea about how their referral system works.
Quote
For every bet that using less than 1% house edge, you will earn 10% of the house edge times the wagered amount. For every bet that using 1% house edge and more, you will earn a flat 0.1% of the wagered amount.
ORite! So this is depends on how much they wagered right, thanks! btw is there any dicing site which can do rolls faster?

about roll speed i have to say they usually are depending on a lot of criteria. for example your internet speed, the site's server power, and the current traffic. but also i know for a fact that primedice slows down your rolls if you are making small bets like 1000 satoshis but you are super fast if you are betting big like 1BTC
19984  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If gambling is illegal in your country, would you still gamble? on: July 08, 2016, 09:51:39 AM
If gambling is illegal in your country, would you still gamble?

yes, because i am gambling with bitcoin and because the sites don't ask for any personal information to sign up then i am totally anonymous when i play those games so being legal or not doesn't make any difference for me.
19985  Economy / Speculation / Re: Market fucks the majority on: July 08, 2016, 09:49:19 AM
Nope, it's all falling into place nicely Smiley
There will be a violent shake to get rid of the stragglers
And the price will rise accordingly when the right people have
The majority of the coins... To think anything otherwise would just be foolish.....

Okay, to be honest one time since I post here and not trolling Grin Grin :

I did not say that I do not think that the price will rise more than it is today after the Halving. I actually think that we will reach 1000$ this year.
But most people are expecting a rise on the halving, me included. But because we all do this, the price is falling now. And I do not think it is over right now.

the bold part doesn't even make sense. if most people (and by people i mean the investors not random forum members who are just saying random stuff) expect a rise they will start buying not standing around.
buy == higher demand == rise
so the price should rise. so by your logic most people should have expected a fall that is why they sold and price went down.

but i think this logic is also not the thing that happened, this has nothing to do with our expectations, it is the fucking whales who dumped to prevent the rise and buy more cheaper coins themselves before the rise.
19986  Economy / Speculation / Re: Value of bitcoin after halving in next 2 days on: July 08, 2016, 09:42:48 AM
about 50 hours from now we see halving and do you think will be value of bitcoin in that time and what is your prediction about it?

so far the rise has slowed down significantly and some amount of dumping has been going on that is why price is back at $630 ish as of today and i suspect this trend is going to keep on happening for a while to shakeout more weak hands before the rise happens.
19987  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Bitcoin Price increase for halving is finished a week ago. on: July 08, 2016, 09:38:47 AM
Many are still expecting that the price of bitcoin will still go up but according to my observance at the price trend, the price inflation is finished weeks ago. Halvening will cause dismay to everyone who thought halving will bring an increase to bitcoins monetary value. But it is not the end, since the price movement is not caused by halving there are many possible situations wherein the price will go up regardless of halving.

do you feel obligated to create new topics everyday? because i don't see any logical arguments in any of your topics that you create each day on the forum, it is as if you want to increase the number of topics created stats!!!

and as for the price rise, you have no logical reason in your post that proves price rise is over and you are even saying two contradictory things.
19988  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Anonymous Enough For You? on: July 08, 2016, 09:34:49 AM
Sheeptalk.

Indeed Bitcoin is anonymous enough for me because it's easy to make our trades and deals using Bitcoin without providing any personal info or data, so it's better than using the other currencies.

Then why do you have a BTC mixer in your signature? Do you know why it exists/why its for? Do people here have any idea how schizophrenic they sound when Bitcoin and anonymous are put in the same sentence?  Cheesy

Bitcoin mixer are better than using tor network to send or receive bitcoin .
lol, what the difference between using tor network and not using tor network when sending or receiving bitcoin, both still can be traced except you're mixing bitcoin so your transaction will be mixed until untraceable because it was mixed on the pool

using TOR network is like an extra layer of anonymity that you can add to your process to make it harder by hiding your IP address. but in case of mixing coins i don't really see any reason why you should use TOR because the legit mixing services that are transparent shouldn't keep any log at all.
19989  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who really uses bitcoin? on: July 08, 2016, 09:26:52 AM
Hi I wonder about the demographics of bitcoin. Who uses it, race, location, gender?

I read the coindesk paper on it, but wonder if there is some other more updated documentation on it.

Regards

it would have been so great if we could know this but unfortunately there is no complete information about this, i mean you can find some small studies with a little group like what pawel7777 said but that doesn't show anything really.

another thing that you can do to get that kind of information is to ask a big website like blockchain.info, coinbase, gyft,.. and services like that to give you statistics on where their users come from based on IP but again that information is not really 100%.
19990  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If you recieved random BTC, would you return it? on: July 08, 2016, 09:19:15 AM
this is a rather hard question to answer. i think it depends on how much i am tempted to keep it and it also depends on if it is a random bitcoin that i receive or is it a mistake. if it is random and small i wouldn't even care to look for it but if it is by accident and a little big i would try to give it back to the real owner.
19991  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: looking for free online bitcoin wallet with permanent address on: July 08, 2016, 09:14:47 AM
hello,

i am looking for free online bitcoin wallet with permanent address.
blockchain and coinbase use email or generate new btc address after every transaction so they are not good.

any suggestions?
thanks!

maybe you should tell us what exactly is it you want to do? if you want to have a bitcoin address that you can always receive your payments there then both wallets you mentioned do that. and if you empty that address it wouldn't be removed from your wallet it is still yours.
19992  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in all alts on: July 06, 2016, 04:06:04 AM
Hi

I noticed a lot of movement in altcoins and I'm wondering how stupid or how smart would it be to invest in all altcoins.
The idea would be to invest the same small amount in each altcoin.
Then I'm not sure what would be the best strategy from there. I'm pretty sure most coins would bring losses but the ones that grow would maybe cover that plus some?

it is impossible to make any profit this way. let me put it this way, you have better chance of winning the lottery instead. and besides you can always test your strategies without using money. just go to an exchange site and write down the prices for the coins you have in mind in an excel sheet and then check them in the future to see how much you have lost/gained in total.
19993  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: which bitcoin trading platform is easy and reliable on: July 06, 2016, 03:58:53 AM
you should choose the trading platform or exchange on your own based on where you live and what you like to see in them but generally you should not use those services with low volume and no reputation so use some list of exchanges like this http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/#markets and then read the feedbacks on the forum about them.
the famous ones are bitfinex, bitstamp, kraken, btc-e
19994  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: High bet amounts or low bet amounts? What is your style? on: July 06, 2016, 03:53:11 AM
I choose high bet amounts if i have much money but the sad is i don't have much money because i lose much money on gambling. So, i pick low bet amounts for now.
big bets big win low bet small wins what ever happen it is the fact but if you are going to play little time much better to play big and if you win maybe twice or three times quit with your winnings. good luck.

i don't know why people usually forget to see the other side of this. yeah big bets means big wins but also big bets means big loses too. and we all know that losing is a bit part of gambling and it is the bigger part of it so your losses will be more than your wins which will add up to be huge soon if you bet big.
19995  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: July 06, 2016, 03:49:07 AM
a safe method to gamble means you should win using that method and this on the other hand means the house should lose which can not happen because the house is a business and if they lose it means they are losing money and their business has no reason to stay open.
19996  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: no faith in bitcoin (ddos) on: July 06, 2016, 03:46:48 AM
stop using bitcoin right away if you can't see the difference between a third party website (exchange) that is selling bitcoin and what bitcoin itself is.
19997  Economy / Speculation / Re: Anyone else is going to hold while people try to short the halving? on: July 06, 2016, 03:39:13 AM
when trading you have to learn to accept losses too. but also this doesn't look like a loss it is missed opportunities and since we can't see the future we will always miss a lot of opportunities and there is nothing you can do about it.
19998  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I have money to buy 1 btc as my investment. Please give me tips to make a living on: July 06, 2016, 03:33:21 AM
I want to make a living by trading and selling btc. But I am very new to this industry. Please give me some suggestions and tips to make a living with investment of 1 btc. Thanks for your time.
If i were you ,i will use my money to make a new business rather than buying btc which have no guarantee that it will give you profit.
Btc is.only profitable when the price goes up..
Well, yhanksy,im afraid that actually you are wrong.
You have many bitcoin exchanges, you can speculate bitcoin using two ways: buy it,if you expect it to rise, but some of exchanges also offer you to go bearish:
you sell bitcoin if you expect to loose some of it previous value.Poloniex is one of them, you can try it there.

while trading is a good way of making more bitcoin/money over time with your investment but it is a risky business and as a newbie you have to be careful and start small and you can't expect making a living by trading as a start. besides poloniex is not for trading bitcoin/usd
19999  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will you allow the Government to look into your bitcoin wallets? on: July 06, 2016, 03:26:48 AM
they'd have to prove first that i own bitcoin and if they did. they would have to prove then which is my wallet. and if they did proved its my wallet then it is. they can check it after all its transparent they need not to open a wallet, infact everyone can check someone else wallet.
I think they (government) will not be able to verify or prove that you are a user of bitcoin? they will not know
that you have or have bitcoin wallet. so when they do not know why should we allow them to see our wallet ?

there are a lot of ways to know and there are a lot of ways to prevent them from knowing, so it depends on what you are doing. for example when you buy bitcoin with your money (credit card, bank transfer,...) you are linking your bitcoin wallet to yourself or when you are conducting some business online you can be verified and found.
20000  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you accept bitcoin as your salary? on: July 06, 2016, 03:15:27 AM
this only sounds like a good thing but in fact you will encounter a lot of trouble if you accept bitcoin as your salary. mostly because bitcoin is like 80% investment and 20% or less as a currency so accepting it as your whole salary means you are getting your salary as an investment and it can only work if you have no expenses.
