21  Economy / Exchanges / Any Experienced BTC-E users here? on: May 27, 2017, 11:55:40 AM
I'm trying to figure out about BTC-E limits.

From what I could see, if you load $1000 in the same day from okpay you get locked from withdrawals for 24 hours  ( including btc ).

If I load using BTC-E codes, will they also lock withdrawals for some time?

I couldn't find a chart on their site explaining those kind of limitations.

thanks!

23  Economy / Exchanges / Re: > BTC-E >>>dont send my dolor after 3 days ... dont answer to my tickets on: May 19, 2017, 06:58:52 PM
Looks like at this point all you can do is keep asking BTC-E for the Okpay transaction ID. It should be very easy for them to give it to you. Actually they should always put it up on their site under the history section everytime a transaction is done!

Do you still have 4 tickets opened with them? if not and you have only 1 left, Maybe you could create one more that simply say:

"Please provide me with the OKpay trs ID for my Btc-e transaction #123456789"

Just one single line. This is a real simple request, they will have to respond and quick! I hope...

What a stupid answer they sent you! They should have been given you that trs ID right away!!

I bet they can't find it cause if there was one you would see it in your account.

I hope they will not let you wait another 4 days for their next reply.

now no one can say they offer a "good" support", they just don't

After each of the new tickets you submitted you have received an email with a link to check the status. We are the status of your tickets?

Mine shows as "In Progress"

There's a "live support box" on the left but it shows offline as I type this. Wonder if it even turns online...

Since it is the weekend I wouldn't be surprised that you haven't got any reply yet.

Tell me, about okpay. I read somewhere, probably in a thread here, that they were not ok with bitcoin starting couple of months ago. At the same time I see it is an option in btc-e so that must not be the case. you know about this?
31  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Can't Withdraw BTC from BTC-e on: May 14, 2017, 01:11:21 PM
I'm trying to withdraw some btc, low value. the system says it sent me instructions by email but I never get that email. I already tried the "resend email" link.

When I log to my account I do receive the email telling me there was an login from my ip so my email does work.

when trying to withdraw, are you guys getting the email they are sending? trying to figure out if I'm the only one. Also wondering if that email is coming from no_reply@btc-e.com ?
32  Economy / Services / Re: USA BANK ACCOUNTS FOR WIRE TRANSFER on: May 13, 2017, 02:25:42 PM
I would certainly not deal with him however I am in need of a US Bank Account from which I can safely wire in/out to different trading sites.

I can't do it with a bank account here in Canada cause they will ban me one they detect I'm interacting with Bitcoin related sites.

I'm looking to find out how the big traders doing a few 1000 a day in volume do it? There must be a real bank somewhere accepting offshore customers and support US currency?

any idea?
33  Economy / Economics / Re: List of Bitcoin Hostile (and friendly) Banks on: May 13, 2017, 12:05:23 PM
The Bank of Montreal is not longer btc friendly.

I am looking for a virtual bank account from which I can wire in and out to different trading sites like btc-e. My bank should not be able to know that my transactions are related to BTC if all I do is to switch my profit from time to time from my virtual bank account to my actual bank account?

I would be curious to know what large traders are doing, where do they send their USD to?

Also I was surprised to read Okpay wasn't btc friendly while I could load btc-e using it just yesterday?

Any only virtual bank to recommend?

Thanks
