Can we call it Inflation.... well its pretty simple isn't it, the approx Earth population now is 7.5 billion and approx BTC users are relatively small no around 5.4 million users world wide (according to Quora) That is way less than 0.5% of Earth's population 0.0720% to be exact according to figures.
Now where do you think the price will reach if users become even 1% of the whole population; of course nobody can imagine its hard to give even a ball park figure but everyone is certain that it is going to be insane, considering supply and demand ..... Now how does inflation implies on Bitcoin I don't understand
If you are holding a 100 dollar bill for 10 years just to find out after 10 years that its worth not even a bottle of your favourite beverage ... it has devalued over time ok thats because of inflation effect
If you are holding 1 BTC for 10 years and you find out after 10 years that you can buy a villa (may be a small apartment) and your favourite car (if its not bugatti... if it is veyron keep 50 BTC aside you will be sorted) and spare some change for years and years of supplies... Thats BITCOIN

So those who had been strong financially in the OLD world (pre satoshi times) for them its a no brainer They will HOLD like forever.... just because they can.
Now for the NEW World early birds like ourselves; Smart, apt for change, the believers and revolutionary investors we should DEFINITELY Hold big percentage of BTC and use remaining "if we must spent" given to the circumstances, honestly its so hard to depart with BTC...the feeling when it leaves your node wallet is killer but its also important that we keep the ecosystem healthy by keep on rotating and keep the market flowing... just make sure when u are spending it is well spent on something which is of some importance to you and not on a pair of jeans or a pizza or that cute teddy your girlfriend liked.. u know what I mean

Ok so from my experience I've categorised coins/Tokens investment broadly in 2 categories...
TYPE A Technology driven coins; promising coins reflecting some innovation; exciting new ideas from a strong tech team...
TYPE B Network marketeers driven coins: the actual coin might not have a technological breakthrough.. mostly are script based blockchains BUT Have big network marketeers backing it up with massive investors and huge network (mostly folks with money and limited knowledge about crypto.. but they know with the help of these network marketeers they will double or triple their investment in couple of months) ... Ok almost all end up on bad note for you if you have hopped on at the end of trail.
Please share your opinions and findings if there is another type beside these two...

Well if it is upto the governments BTC was never legal... so even possession of one is crime... but since there is no way for government to track down the exact ownership they are settling down with taxes that is of course if you involve bank in to your transaction... I think there is nothing wrong in selling bitcoins in cash even better trade straight with seller in BTC rather bringing in fiat in transaction at all.... If you are seeking cash for daily needs than it means you are selling small amount of btc's may be in satoshi's ... which should be ok to sell in cash

Helpful source. There are many people around me having any idea about blockchain technology but they use most of they money for investment. Having information is a must before investing. This is another explanatory page, a visual demo of the technology for those who may be interested: https://anders.com/blockchain/Thanks for a wonderfully composed explanatory video... super informative

It sounds like Panama is pretty crypto friendly
I think Switzerland and Japan are pretty crypto friendly, probably a few more.. maybe Russia?
I know that in Japan as well as in Russia they haven't implemented a legal framework for crypto yet. Don't know about Switzerland.. And what about Estonia? Switzerland is in full support no.. various startups getting support from Swiss banks for fiat deposits to accept ICO contributions.. Estonia too easy to register a crypto based company and full bank support

Yes best is to Buy/Sell in immediate network, there must be others dealing in bitcoins in your network who introduced you or got you interested at the first place... best is to form a local BTC users group Watsapp telegram what ever you prefer and just post a message... If you are the first one in your social circle flirting with bitcoins then localbitcoin is the place for you... tried and tested just be cautious on the first date.
