I know that in Japan as well as in Russia they haven't implemented a legal framework for crypto yet. Don't know about Switzerland..
And what about Estonia?

Well, that's a nice question. Because sometimes you can earn big money, but have no ways to switch it into cash.
I'd suggest Japan, it seems to be really friendly with crypto

Netherlands has been a love even before crypto revolution...  I think some good suggestions already in the thread strange no one mentioned Dubai or Thailand apparently u have BTMs there

Switzerland is in full support no.. various startups getting support from Swiss banks for fiat deposits to accept ICO contributions.. Estonia too easy to register a crypto based company and full bank support

South Africa mainly because it is exposed to high cross-borders transactions costs, also one of largest online marketplace BidorBuy has introduced Bitcoin as a payment method on its website. (Sarb) is interested in Bitcoin and open to issuing a national digital currency.
