Did you even look at a chart? The price is around 90 satoshi since yesterday evening.
The chart versus BTC is not great in the last months, but this can be said about most altcoins because of BTCs massive bullrun.
The chart versus $ is excellent, especially with the breakout yesterday.

Verge is a great coin and has made about 800x for investors this year.
So this alone shoud answer your question.
The good news is that there is still room for growth as other privacy coins have a marketcap in the billions and verge just reached 200M.
There will always be the monero shills, who are very active talking shit in threads about competing coins, just don't listen to them.

The problem with altcoins is that it is that the best time for altcoins is when bitoin goes sideways.
With the current bull run of bitcoin it is most likeley that either it continues or there will be a correction.
So maybe after a bitcoin correction there might be a good time to enter alts.

Filling the form seems to be possible now, i just submitted it.

With this argument the rise from 1 sat to where Verge is now was impossible as well.
When you look at the market cap Verge has to rise to 1.4 billion to reach 10 cents,
which doesn't seem impossible if the Devs deliver.

Looking only on the supply is a very one-dimensional analysis. If you had invested in Verge half a year ago you would have a 200x return now, even though there are almost 14 billion coins. The good news is there is still a lot room to grow as the market cap is below 100 million $.
Verge does really well in development and has a great community.

Now Verge has a marketcap of over $100m 
It is amazing how this coin came all the way from a couple of hundred k$ in just half a year and still feels pretty cheap.
I think we can expect a lot from the coming months.

I think you should give your investors a higher equity and remove the investors get paid back part.
Paying more than 60% of the startup costs to get 15% equity doesn't seem like a good deal.
The problem with the pay bak part is, that you can only pay pack when your business suceeds, otherwise the investors won't get their money back.
And if you business succeeds, the startup costs will equal to just a couple percent equity at best.

Then let's do a little experiment:
You choose a coin without looking at the charts and we compare the performance of this coin and Verge in the last half year.
And it would be nice if your coin still has a lot of room to grow.

This is probably because you try to to compare apples and oranges. Verge and Syscoin have completely different use-cases.
Seems to me that it could be a good idea to buy both   

There are actually already 13 coins over 1 billion marketcap. If Verge goes to $1, it would have $13.5 billion marketcap though, which would actually put him in #3 after Bitcoin and Ethereum. Not to say this is impossible, the total market can continue growing, but a timeframe of a year sounds quite ambitious for this.

A price of $0.1 would be about 20x of the current price and a market cap of about 1.3 billion.
This is quite steep, but could be possible when you see that Monero, which is the privacy coin with the biggest actual marketcap, has about 2 billion now.
I guess realistically this could be reached in about two years, obviously with a lot of ifs.
$1 is 200x the current price which is really a lot and can only be reached if Verge gets well adopted in a real-life-usecase i think. I don't have a clue when, but maybe we get surprised
I would really love it though and if you believe this could happen, please invest more than $50 and don't sell too early

With the current price of 114 sats it would be a bit over $50, coinmarketcap shows currenty $52.78.
If you want to calculate the price at 100 sats you just have to multiply with 100/114, that would currently be $46.25.

Viacoin is already above $1 and wings not too far away.
Bytecoin has over 180 billion coins, so it would need to have a marketcap bigger than all Cryptos now to reach $1, this seems unrealistic.
Verge is currently worth about half a cent, so you need a 200x which also seems unrealistic in the near future.
Syscoin would need a 5x which could happen, although you have to consider that it already doubled lately.

But you should ask other questions. Is there a use-case, is it unique and needed? Is there active development and an active community supporting the coin?
And set some realistic goals, like doubling or gaining 50% on your investment. Who cares if you doubled by buying a coin for $500 and selling at $1000 or by buying at 0.1c and selling at 0.2c assuming, that you invested the same amount of money?

Hopefully you will get an opportunity to buy back.
By the way 100 is a strong psychological mark, I wouldn't sell at exactly 100 but a bit below.
Basically there are three scenarios:
1. It will try to test 100 but fail.
2. It breaks 100 but falls back
3. It breaks 100 and keeps rising.

Selling at 98 or 99 will make in scenarios 2 and 3 only 1-2% difference but in scenario 1 you can get a perfect selling point.
Similarly I would try to buy at 101 or 102 if you want to add coins around 100 coming from above 100.

Now the question is if we can rush through this mark significantly or if there are a couple of pullbacks before.

When the intention of the group is to give other people false buying signals you can already see that these guys shouldn't be trusted a lot.
And the problem is always that the first buyers have a huge advantage, because the price is still low.
So it could be that you expose yourself to a lot of risk, because you hop on the train too late.

Verge has almost doubled in a week now. I guess you should have some patience, coins normally don't go up in a straight line.
