21  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who believes in HODLING? on: August 08, 2018, 11:27:35 AM
Hello people!

Was looking at CMC and was wondering few years down the line what we will be able to see in this list and how long it will be?

Reality is we are very early in this industry and the pace at which projects are coming up and the technology is changing does anyone believe in HODLING cryptos anything other than Bitcoin and Ethereum?

I feel it's a buzz word used to create a FOMO effect
I am one of the people who believe in hodling, I earned big amount of money from hodling and it is the reason why I believed that it is effective strategy. There are a lot of good outcome that we can get from hodling.
22  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency is a trending topic all over the world? on: July 19, 2018, 12:40:40 PM
Everywhere you can find cryptocurrency topic especially ICO projects are doing well on the marketing through social media like facebook, twitter, reddit, linked, youtube and etc. Celebrities, influential individuals and high ranking government officials are talking about cryptocurrency and that is why i think cryptocurrency is a trending topic all over the world. Do you agree with me? Even haters help cryptocurrency to be known all over the world so let just leave the haters then.
The term "cryptocurrency" became popular in all social media platforms. There are many users that are sharing positive thoughts about cryptocurrency. The society will only adopt cryptocurrency if they are aware on what it is.
23  Economy / Economics / Re: Why most bitcoin users from good economies countries? on: July 14, 2018, 08:03:33 AM
We can not deny the big country with good economy, it will make the society economy better too.
So they can follow the economic development and participate in transactions and investments in Bitcoin era.
How the people of small countries can participate in participation and benefit from it?
It would be very difficult to calculate the statistics of users of each country, but the comparison of Bitcoin ATM growth from this early 2017 report can be the initial reference of the statistics.
Perhaps by the end of this year, there will be more Bitcoin ATM growth across the board due to the growing interest in bitcoin this year.

It is because they have good education in their country. The bitcoin is no legal in my country but most of the people are still not aware on what it is. Education is the main key for the people to adopt bitcoin.
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why some ico failed on: July 13, 2018, 04:15:52 PM
have being studying some ico this year they are failing , what are the causes of there failure
The reason why there are ICOs that are failing is because of the team behind the project are not solid. Investors wants that the team behind the project are solid and have good educational background. The product of the ICO is the most important thing and it is the main reason why the investors are making investment.
25  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can We Finally Call This the DEATH of Bitcoin?!? on: July 13, 2018, 01:11:13 PM
The scammers and crooks finally won! Congratulations because even your fiat will be near worthless at some point too! The economic freedom of the people is once again destroyed by the animalia raised by bad handlers.

To the "Lending" companies (hey man, do you think I can get my money back soon), I salute you.

To Bitmain and "the plan", I salute you.

To Wall Street who always knows my future, I salute you.

To the newbie crypto-millionaires, who only like the part about making easy money, I salute you.

To the lower middle-class who borrowed all the equity in their homes to buy crypto and told everyone about it, I salute you.

To the SEC who will wait until every crypto is worthless to go after anyone, I salute you.

To the old school crypto nerds, who cashed out in 2017 when they saw what was coming, great job!

I still remember the days when getting anything over a 1% yield on a bank account was something to brag about.

One day I will tell my grand kids about the time in 2017 when everyone except politicians were happy and it was a joy to work at any job because you had real money that actually could make you more real money. Time to find the next bubble...
The bitcoin has still value and you can considered that the bitcoin is now dead. The bitcoin is only experiencing dump and it is normal because the bitcoin has the characteristics of being volatile. The bitcoin is now powerful and it is impossible if the bitcoin will lose its value.
26  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What factors scare others from investing into bitcoin? on: July 12, 2018, 02:23:44 PM
The volatility of the bitcoin is the main factor why there are people who are afraid to buy bitcoins. The price of the bitcoin is always changing and it is really hard to predict when is the right time to buy and sell bitcoins.
27  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Transfer My Entire Savings to Cryptocurrencies? on: July 12, 2018, 01:20:57 PM
I am at a point in my my young life where I need to make a decision about my finances. I have a good amount of money saved up in my Robinhood account, and I have been putting it in the stock exchange, making a steady but positive return. Keyword here is positive. I am very conflicted right now because I think I can earn more money trading cryptocurrencies, but the risks are so much greater.

I have a couple good alt-coins in mind that I would like to buy, but don't have the capital because it's all tied up in stocks. Also, is there even a reputable enough exchange that I can put ~$50,000 in and not worry about it getting hacked or stolen? I mean, with stocks, if in the off chance that my account gets hacked, they still need verification before money can be sent, and my money is ensured by the government. With cryptocurrencies, once it's sent, I have zero chance of getting it back.

What should I do. Should I move all my money from stocks to cryptocurrencies? And if I do, which exchanges are reputable enough? I currently use Binance and have only $1000 in there.
Do you think that it is a good decision? You can't even ensure if you can grow your investment. Do not just put all of your saving in cryptocurrency world because there is a high chance that you lose it. There are risks that you are going to face if you will make investment.
28  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trust you trading experience and don't panic on: July 12, 2018, 07:58:14 AM
We should trust our experience in trading even though the situations got worst, and I don't think panic selling is the solution. What will happen to your future profit if you sell it all due to you're panicked? That's why we should stay stronger and keep the faith burning so we could stand against negative speculators.
You can not grow your investment in trading of cryptocurrencies if you do not trust your self. You should be aware to the negative effect that you can get from panicking.
29  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is technical analysis useful? on: July 12, 2018, 01:14:04 AM
Technical analysis is the reason why I can enter and exit safely in trading of cryptocurrencies. I can predict what is the best time to purchase and to sell cryptocurrencies. The technical analysis is giving reliable information for me to perform trading well.
30  Economy / Economics / Re: How will crypto go long term? on: July 12, 2018, 12:32:09 AM
I am fairly new to the crypto world. During my short time, I have contemplated how crypto will go down over the next few years.

Slowly, over time more regulations will be adopted worldwide. This is not because regulators are scared that people are getting scammed, but because they will start limiting this world from us small fish so the banks and "qualified" investors can tke over. All the large banks will then push their own crypto, and we will be left with nothing.

In my opinion, it is in our best interest to gain enough profit so we will have the funds to become qualified investors, and be able to re-enter the markets through the banks exchanges.

What does everyone else think? Do you think the big fish will continue allowing us to do trading long term, or are our days numbered?
As long as people are continuing to patronize bitcoin, you can ensure that the price of the bitcoin will become more valuable. I think it is now impossible to lose the value of the bitcoin because people and investors will not let it happen.
31  Economy / Economics / Re: When will people feel comfortable using BTC ? on: July 11, 2018, 12:44:32 PM
When will people spend BTC as easily as fiat , not seeing it as an investment opportunity but a better currency for them to use ? Most of my friends that I have currently told about Bitcoin are most intrigued by its rapid rate of growth and not its outstanding features as a currency. They don't really care that it is free from government control , but are more focused on the fact that it has risen xy%

I don't really spend much of my Bitcoin , because I am always in fear.
I am not talking about cashing out , but for digital goods.

How do you spend 10 mBTC on a 5$ digital good when you believe that the same 10mBTC is worth atleast 15$ , probably more.
How much of your Bitcoin have you hoarded , and how much have you really spent ?
I am under the impression that people tend to hoard more with BTC than with fiat , considering it an investment more than a currency

I don't know how to make a poll here , so :- http://strawpoll.me/1793917
This is not referring to your blockchain.info statistic , which includes money you have moved around. I am looking at money you have truly spent vs total amount of BTC you have received.

Overall , I'm trying to look at how much my guess is true by the poll and your estimates of when majority of people will start looking at BTC as a currency.

EDIT : I'm not sure this is the right section , tell me if this should go in General Discussion or so.
We can only feel comfortable of using bitcoins if the government in our country will legalized it. There are many people who can't use bitcoins because their government banned it. People will only adopt if the bitcoin will be legalized around the globe.
32  Economy / Economics / Re: it is possible fiat currency will crashed? on: July 11, 2018, 12:04:14 PM
I heard Robert Kyosaki is talking about the crashed of FIAT CURRENCY? when this thing will happen? how are we going to respond?
It is not possible, even the mass adoption occurs; the people will still use fiat money. There will be a problem will exist if the fiat money will crashed. There should be balance between fiat currency and virtual currency.
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: how to manage losses? on: July 11, 2018, 11:22:55 AM

If you lose your money, it is obvious that your skills and knowledge is not enough. Trading of cryptocurrencies are not easy job, it requires a lot of skills and knowledge for you to perform well. I also prefer to you to just trade profitable and promising altcoins.

35  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My country banned bitcoin. What I can do ? on: July 10, 2018, 04:21:17 AM
I love bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. I feel more comfortable doing so and will do whatever that I can to support it. Now tell me how can I work with Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies? Although it is illegal in my country.

My country Bangladesh.

Apologies if this is not the right place to discuss.
Thanks in advance.
If bitcoin banned in your country, then you can't use it anymore. You should obey the laws implemented by your government. The best thing that you should do is you should just save it in cold storage and do long term investment.
36  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why are people afraid to invest in cryptocurrency? on: July 09, 2018, 10:34:20 AM
Some times I usually think of the reason people are afraid of investing in cryptocurrency, despite the its value and durability, cryptocurrency is a standards investment that will always give the investor the chance of becoming a millionaire due to its appreciative nature, people fail to understand the fact behind cryptocurrency investment, most times the people trying to invest may not have a maximum knowledge of cryptocurrency.
The risks of the cryptocurrencies are the reason why there are people who are afraid to make investment. One of the characteristics of cryptocurrency investor should have is being a risk taker. We can only become successful if we have courage to face different risks.
37  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: day trading for quick profit on: July 09, 2018, 04:54:41 AM
Hello any suggestion for trade every day and make good profit ? like 50$ day.
i think the best pair are BTC USDT ? is possible to trade only this or need difference the crypto ?
There are many day traders who are trading daily for quick profit. It is true that it is profitable but it is extremely risky due to the volatility. There are altcoins that can be considered as bubbles, it is better if we will choose wise altcoins for us to make profit.

As far as i know bitcoin has a high volatility given the fact that it is in demand in the market but i did not expect hat it is so high that it can really go from 1-100 and 100-0.
I want your insights about this volatility of bitcoin.
Facing risks are important for you to become successful investor, volatility of the bitcoin is one of the risk that you should face if you will make investment. You should know when is the right time to enter and to exit in bitcoin trading for you to avoid losses.
40  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people are still buying BTC? on: July 09, 2018, 02:18:52 AM
It is simply because people are aware on the future of the bitcoins. Even the price of the bitcoin is still down, investors have trust to the bitcoin that it can overcome its challenges. We can ensure that we can grow our investment if putted our money on bitcoins.
