100% d'accord avec Reddeworld : dissimuler sa véritable activité à son banquier est une mauvaise idée. Il finira par comprendre d'ou provienne les fonds (Les banquiers se forment discrètement mais vite sur le sujet !) et là, ils clôtureront le compte ne serais-ce qu'en raison du manque de confiance dans le client. D'autre part, il n'existe pas de limite pour une déclaration de soupçon TRACFIN bien que celle-ci soit automatique à partir de 1 000 € en cas de versement d’espèces ou de monnaie électronique ( https://www.economie.gouv.fr/tracfin/communication-systematique-dinformations-cosi-relative-aux-transmissions-fonds). Evidemment, dissimuler à son banquier la véritable provenance des fonds est probablement la chose la plus stupide à faire. Quand vous rapatrierez vos fonds en provenance de Kraken, Binance ou encore CoinBase... Je peux vous garantir que votre banquier sera au courant. |
