Go to order page, cancel your order.. And sell it again. The price might dump during the time you sell it. You cant withdraw it because its not sold yet.
Hey Thanks for replying to the post. Highly appreciate it I have done what you said and still nothing. The issue is I cannot see anything in open orders to cancel. Really stuck on this one. On a side not, whats your charge out on design services? I need a designer for a project. Thanks Just a quick update on this. My XLM got released. I was told they have loaned the funds out. Not sure why they would do that without my permission but glad i got it. Thanks to the angel at Polo who saw my post and did something about this ticket. |

Hey Guys, Really frustrated not sure what to do here. I bought some STR (XLM) with my hard earned money, I had to live off dimes to save money so I could buy this. Can someone please help me? I had some STR on sell order, then I cancelled the order and decided to withdraw it. When I go to withdraw page it says i have STR but it is on order. Which is quite weird as I cancelled my sell order. Can anyone give me some advise to what to do?

Yes add Kano... Nothing like this pool. I have tried so many now for me there are only 2. Kano and Nicehash. Prohashing I like the concept but they have a lot of work to do to be stable

I have 5X September Batch D3s on the way and selling them now. The main reason why we are selling them is our mini DC wont be ready by the time these get in and I dont have enough current power capacity to make these work.
The combo Includes the following
1X Antminer D3 - You know what this is all about.
1X 2400W Power Supply - 120V to 240V Enought to power 2 miners
1X Power Cable
1X Network Cable
2X Home Silencers
2X Filters
1X External Duct Fan.

I need some advise. What is the best channel for getting Bitmain repairs in USA. I am interested to know peoples opinions?
I am hearing official Bitmain Repair takes over 1-2 months, till that time your miner is sitting and making no money.

yep couple of emails sent but no answer not sure how interested I am in dealing with a company that does not have the courtesy to email back.
Please call Bitmain back, but this is worse. I want to buy 80 Pcs, imagine how support and warranty will be if sales is this bad...
I would say support from these guys will be practically non-existent given how poorly they are communicating on pre-sales communication. Business must be so good they don't have time to respond to inquiries. Or they could care less if they sell any because they are happy mining them. In either case it does not look good if you want any kind of support for this miner once you get it. Agreed mate there with you . I mean I dont want to sound like an ass but dumped 50K so far in mining, happy to dump another 250K easy. We have a lot of industrial power and space. What does it take to get attention, surprising. They lack basic communication etiquette. |
