So I am meesing arround with settings...
7x vega 56 reference cards rig. 1408/875 1100/875
16+16 just hangs at launch 16+15 starts to work, but restarts rig after few minutes 16+14 works, but restarts rig after 30 mins or so. which never happend with other miners.14.3khs 1250w from wall 14+14 gives a little lower hashrate, but seems to be stable, also zero lost shares. 14.1khs 1250w from wall

good to know. wont bother updating minig soft for phi2. but on vega rig and cnv8 teamredminer kicks strong! power drain went down for liek few % and hashrate seems much higher - 12800 before 13800 now. Bet lets see ho stable this new miner is!

|
dont try! this is old miner and is very buggy. it has not been updated like half a year

You have done amazing job! Nn nvidia front there are many good miners like zenemy, cryptodredge, t-rex. Theres not much on team red side - cryptonight and ethash algos only basically. With very few exceptions. I am happy that i could mine lyra2z and now phi2 with your miner on my amd rigs. Still with little, but profit. Thank you!
After cnv8 whats next planned algo?

The stats look wrong to me apart from Ethereum.
For Lyra2z you should have used latest T-Rex miner. For X16R you should have used latest Z-Enemy and T-Rex. 1080TI does more then 16 mh/s.
yes it does more. like 20-30. those tests are very lazy.

monero v8 made some instability to my vega rig so i lovered intensity from 120 to 100. Little less hasharate, but it is stable for few days. 12800 h/s on 7x vega 56 rig 1100w 1800-1850 hs on per card.

Anyone else getting 5.6mhs on phi2 with rx580?
If you are what OC settings are you running?
I am getting like 5mhs from rx580 - arround 80w per card. My oc is 1150-1220mhz per card, 850mv on core and mem, mem speed 300. Thats on linux. Phi2 doesnt require mem speed afaik. Also i can go little higher, but this is kinda sweetspot for me. 5.6mhs is possible - it think like 1300mhz on core and 900-950 core voltage should get you there.

teamredminer has new version. and more than a month has passed sicne teamred was introduced, but only descent amd lyra2z and phi2 miner in existance and simpleminingos doesnt add it. i am waiting all the time for this miner os smos, because somehow smos is more stable on few of my rigs. but ill stick with hive os i guess

Could you please post universal guide how to update existing miners? lets say you have trex miner 0.7 added - when 0.8 comes out for example - how can i update it via ssh?

I just dont understand how hiveos is different from smos. all rigs are working great on hiveos except one - asrock h110 13 gpu 1070ti rig. it has all type of errors: nvidia driver errors, freezing and hanging, low hashrate on most cards, and restarts. where smos is just working on same conditions just out of the box (like same mining soft, settings etc.). tried to reflash, different usb drives or ssd, different bios pcie settings and bios versions. nothing helps - i just have different type of errors. same rig also works on windows just great without any glitches.

This was one promising miner. sad not developed anymore.

mining lux on several amd rigs with hiveos. works great. i just used same oc settings as if mining lyra2z. power consumption os like 3% less than lyra2z on same oc settings.

This coin is arround more than 4 years. So - where are practical use cases for this coin? I have found zero!

|

sad there is no progress...

mining calculators are getting outdated very quickly. New miner versions like cryptodredge, trex and zenemy are getting better and better.

cryptodredge 0.9.1 works like a charm on hive os on rig with 7x 1080ti doesnt work at all on 13x 1070ti, it is just giving zero hashrate
tho cryptodredge is working on simpleminingos with 13x 1070ti rig

new driver support would be great. confirming that 18.6.1 doesnt work with this miner.
