21  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does the epidemic have a big impact on Bitcoin? on: August 11, 2021, 08:04:07 PM
The pandemic affected the crypto market in two ways, at first when the pandemic came it made people lose their jobs, many people being unemployed had to sell their cryptocurrency to be able to sustain, and this made the crypto market to be so bearish, then after a period of time people being unemployed started looking for a new way to earn money. Some learnt how to trade, some invested the little there have and keep growing it, with this the crypto market started being bullish again and the pump continued.
22  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in China: What’s going on in the crypto community on: August 11, 2021, 07:50:41 PM
I don't think it will be the end of bitcoin in China, it will continue to grow despite the government's anti-bitcoin sentiment. Perhaps Chinese will still put some of their wealth into, just in case.

It is safe to invest in bitcoin in Asia? Absolutely, there are a lot of nations in that region that is bitcoin friendly, and there are a lot of wiggle room. And Asia will be one of the biggest adopters of bitcoin, despite China's hard line stance against it.
No matter the threats a country's government lay on it's citizens there can never pass out a 100% restriction, bitcoin is decentralized which means it doesn't expose users identity, the  Chinese government can only ban the mining of bitcoin and crypto related activities but the government can't stop it's citizens from getting involved in crypto because it's decentralized and can't know who gets involved or not, so it's not the end of bitcoin in china.
23  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buy Low, Sell High on: August 11, 2021, 07:38:11 PM
Sad truth, people misuses opportunity when there see it, I can remember at that time where bitcoin got to $3800 many people where already spreading FUD that bitcoin will come down to $1k some where saying it's the end for bitcoin, only the wise once kept accumulating and when price grew to $20k everyone wants to jump in and invest thier lives whereas there would have got insane gains had it mean there made use of the opportunity when it showcased.
24  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'm now all in BTC. All eggs in one basket! on: August 11, 2021, 07:21:07 PM
The fact there is putting all eggs in one basket is not good, but from the look of things I think your case is different, you invested in bitcoin long time ago and by this time you are already in cool profit, so I think you should take profit and allow the rest to flow, investing only on bitcoin can be good as well because it helps to reduce the risk of loosing, altcoins price movement is determined by bitcoin, If bitcoin is down by 10% some altcoins might already be down by 30%
25  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: There are three kinds of people in the Bitcoin world on: August 11, 2021, 10:54:46 AM
I think I fall in the category of the opportunitist, ever since I knew about bitcoin my sole aim was always to buy low and sell high, tho i still believe that bitcoin someday will be bigger than the way it is that's why am still keeping a portion of it for the long term, everybody's aim is to make profits so many people will fall under this category, well there are other categories as well not just this three, there are some people who does the opposite, buy at the top and sell at the bottom.
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you invest in TRC20 tokens on: August 10, 2021, 12:49:00 AM
To be sincere I don't invest in TRC20 tokens because they seems not to be as good as those project being launched on eth blockchain, but I get pissed off with the eth blockchain because of it's high fees and at same time I needed to invest on a good project which transaction fees won't eat up my capital, fortunately for me I found $near, it's blockchain is superb, I find it more better than eth in so many cases.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is BTC still top1 on the cryptomarket? on: August 10, 2021, 12:40:22 AM
Just to let you know, the invention of bitcoin is what begot altcoin, bitcoin has been in existence for long before altcoins where been created, bitcoin being the oldest is the most popular and trusted cryptocurrency so far and this is more reason which it's at the top, no matter the condition of a father he is still the head of the family, the fact that the new blockchains are doing much more better than bitcoin doesn't mean bitcoin has lost it's purpose of creation.
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what are the things you are doing right now on: August 09, 2021, 09:39:57 PM
At this point we can see the market have started recovering and it's a good time to make good decisions, so for me am filling my spot bag with $Near, project be doing so great, solving so many real world problems and having great partnership which also boost it's value, with all it's features I can definitely say the $near token is still very much undervalued and this is a good time to buy.
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: busd or USDT safe on: August 08, 2021, 02:56:16 PM
The two stable coins are good and safe as well, the difference there is USDT has more popularity than BUSD and it's listed in almost all crypto exchange, while BUSD which is the Binance us dollar has more effectiveness in its exchange (Binance) and isn't listed in so many exchanges. BUSD importance is based on the Binance exchange, there are so many features you can use your BUSD to participate on Binance exchange, but among the two  USDT is the most preferable.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this a bad time for altcoins? on: August 05, 2021, 10:43:42 PM
It's better to go slow and steady and at last be on top in the long run than going so fast and crashes along the line, most of this shit coins are just hypes no uses case, just hype and good marketing strategies nothing else when a little market crash comes the big investors pulls out their funds in profit and you see those shit coins falling so badly while the potential coins are the one's which are going to be in the safe zones, so for me I choose being profitable in the long run that's why I made $near my favourite altcoin.
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum 2.0 what to expect on: August 05, 2021, 10:26:01 PM
Finally the long awaited event has been carried out, the Eth 2.0 has been launched after the long wait, well there is no effect yet on transaction fees, let's just see how the coming days will be like, all we got to do is sit and watch how the eth 2.0 plays out, for me instead of waiting I do uses the Near protocol blockchain which posseses the hyped features of the Eth 2.0, even creates a greener option for the ethereum users using  Aurora built on the Near blockchain.
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why some are still loosing money in crypto on: August 05, 2021, 09:59:43 PM
The earlier crypto investors gets to know about this things the better for them, it's wrong how a person will be through the hard and good times in crypto and still loses a lot of money to crypto, this shows there don't learn from their mistakes, being ignorant is really a bad thing in this space, most people trade base on their instincts which isn't supposed to be so and also there buy up the hyped coins without making any research and this is actually some of the reasons there keep loosing without learning.
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Never Trade On Emotions on: August 05, 2021, 09:41:02 PM
Trading with emotions is the normal characteristics of a newbie trader who had just gained knowledge on trading with prior experience of what should be done probably, on some certain levels of trading. A newbie and intermediate trader are always different based on experience and knowledge of understanding of the market. The cryptocurrency market is big and versatile with much emotions attributed to it when trading or investing. Trading with money you can't afford to lose can also trigger emotions that could affect one trade.
Yah you got a point there! It has always been adviced to trade with what you can afford to loose, so bad most newbies trading skip this rule and uses a huge fund to trade thereby making them being too emotional. All their mind and focus will be on that trade because of the huge funds there  threw into the markets and if the trade eventually goes against them it becomes a big problem which is really very bad for them and their health as well.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi hacks [history] on: August 05, 2021, 09:23:54 PM
It's really unfortunate when projects which struggled hard to reach a certain point got hacked and loose all there  worked for, they are not the only ones affected, investors which believed in such project also loose as well because definitely when a project is hacked the next thing which take place is a rug pull which makes price of the coin dip so badly, well this is more reason projects should choose a blockchain which it's security can't be bridged, e.g polkadot, solana, and the most recommended is Near protocol.
35  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Need help with trading on: August 03, 2021, 10:19:33 PM
At first I think if you really want to make profits then you should trade with a coin that has much volatility because that's where the money is being made from, but at first you need to strategies and have a cool knowledge about technical analysis and also try as much as possible to use stop loss because it will save you very much from high losses. Always try to learn from your mistake and know why you had a loosing trade and try to correct the error.
36  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I feel like there is no way to keep up on: August 03, 2021, 10:09:03 PM
It's not a must to keep up to the price movement of bitcoin and also not a must to own 1 bitcoin, you might get burnt chasing the market so it's better you wait for a dip or crash and keep buying bit by bit and try not to invest your all in bitcoin it might be too risky and the outcome might not be what you did expect, the market is just about risk and reward, try to stay profitable and manage risk, well due to the high prices of bitcoin you can choose an altcoin with potential for more income.
37  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Getting paid in Bitcoin vs getting paid in Fiat on: August 03, 2021, 09:35:14 PM
Everyone has their own choice to make, well not everyone will accept bitcoin as payment because of it's price fluctuations, but a real crypto enthusiast will always choose getting paid in bitcoin over fiat because there know surely it will be beneficial, bitcoin is an asset and also a form of investment tho there are risk involved, for me I will choose getting paid in bitcoin because I know surely with time the initial payment I got will produce more income.
38  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bitcoin worth so much? on: August 03, 2021, 09:20:48 PM
I will just assume your still a newbie and haven't really known much about crypto itself, had it been you know much about bitcoin history and success achieved you won't say bitcoin is inferior to altcoins, we all know due to technology many cryptocurrencies created now have more advantages over bitcoin in terms of fees and transaction fee, but that doesn't mean bitcoin is inferior, bitcoin is the oldest and also the first cryptocurrency ever and also the most popular cryptocurrency.
39  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you first hear about Bitcoin? on: August 03, 2021, 08:59:28 PM
I first of all heard bitcoin randomly from people around and sometimes heard it on news, Buh I fully learnt about bitcoin and started taking part in it when a friend of mine made me know the importance of getting involved with bitcoin related activities, he made me learnt much about bitcoin because I found so much interest in it and wanted to learn more about it tho and  ever since I became so grateful to him because bitcoin has fetched me so much fortune.
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The future of crypto on: August 02, 2021, 09:06:48 PM
No matter what China does, bitcoin will still find it's way through, no matter the ban we can still bet that there are still Chinese citizens who still hodl and trade bitcoin in order to make profits, and about other countries joining them, this can't be possible but if it happens bitcoin will still survive because there are tons of big investors who believes in bitcoin and would always want to buy up any dip there see. Most countries bans bitcoin but it's citizens still continue their activities with bitcoin.
