It's a real shame because the XFC team has created a remarkable project and a remarkable game that looks top notch and professional, but the "market" aspect of their project from the pricing of game assets to their strategy of monetization and pricing should be studied as one of the worst examples ever of how to handle an ICO.
This part is absolutely correct. I just checked out Footycash after reading the earlier post and in terms of gameplay and experience, it is nowhere even close to FootballCoin. It is just an extremely simple and straightforward fantasy game. I will not even bother to check that out. most projects in crypto are copies of other projects and sadly, we will mostly hear about the lousy and scammy ones more than the ones which actually have something more behind. Things cannot move in any other way at the moment, and actually, I am glad there is such a responsible team behind this project, who is investing so much time and energy into the game itself and support, as much as they can. Probably they are still trying to figure out some things. Nevertheless, I think they are doing great work. Cryptocurrencies go up and down, depending on the day, on the emotional traders, on gossip and this is spread on social media by people involved in it, leading the general opinion of one coin in heaven or hell, and even this is a subject of change. Now, take a moment and realize that we are those people leading the image of XFCCOIN and then maybe, just maybe we stop talking about others and start promoting ourselves. PS. Won 2 competitions in a row!! To be a winner 2 days in a row is a mass achievement, and I would like to brag about it. Thank you!  |

That telegram group is crazy. it's hard to follow, cuz I cannot read all the replies. Don't you have a telegram channel where the latest updated is posted? it would be so much easier to follow that, having there only the official info from the dev team, and not having what all the others investors are ranting in between.

I'm really hyped with all of this. The development of the project is very encouraging. The announcements have been helping us to better understand what is happening, and why the release of the exchange is delayed. I believe the launching date is close, and all this can only be good news.
What's left for us to do is to play the game, and spread the word about this project. Because it's one of the few crypto projects in which I know for sure there is a team behind it. And that is a great news and announces a promising future for XFC.

I struggled to read the last posts on this thread, and it got me really amused with all this charade. I find it hard to believe that all of a sudden a dozen investors have just registered on bitcoin talk forum and have decided to address their worries and upsets.
I find it more plausible that a very upset investor, or someone who doesn't want this project to succeed, has register 10 new accounts on the forum and it trying to burry FootballCoin. And his reason is complete nonsense. I read that someone whats his investment back in btc. Well, dear investors, I have a news for you: You have no idea what an investment is.
And about addressing this matter to higher grounds. Please try to address it to ANX, or to whomever you see fit. The way I see it, none of you is willing to make that research, and those are pure threats made to diminish the value of the project. Now, if this is the works of a true investor (or group of investors) then we can conclude we live in a mad world.
Building something for the first time may seem easy, looking from the outside. But once you start building it, many unimaginable challenges may appear, which you can only see from within.
I'm not defending anyone, I'm just stating the obvious. If you want justice, then you have to be the one who can judge right.

Fair point. But probably most of the issues the dev team had to address, wasn't on their initial list of things to solve. And probably most decisions were made as they went. Seems like an agile strategy, that any start-up should have. As for the delays, that some people on this forum have been complaining about, was mostly because the single most important decision the team has made, was to develop their own blockchain. Which btw seems like the best decision ever for this project, taking into account the recent events on the eth network with the cryptokitties project. I think that stands proof for the what a crypto game should look like and why they should have their own blockchain. Other than that, I'm excited about Christmas! |

I'm sure you understand that this will not solve the issue at all. Okay, let's say tomorrow CryptoKitties dev team decide to close their game. But one day later someone can create a similar viral thing. A game, gambling or some other Ponzi scheme. And this will shut down Ethereum network again. Ethereum team should solve this on their side, DAP developers are not the root of this problem. CryptoKitties is working as long as the dev team is working on this. The good news is that crypto games are getting more attention. But for sure, these kitties will crash at some point. No doubt about it. Take a look at footballcoin. That's a game based on real stats, with its own blockchain. So that what happened with the eth network will never happen to them. |

THe crypto world is just starting to develop, and this is one of the first attempts of crypto games, but I find it lousy, and I am still struggling to understand why people have adopted to such a large extent this crap.

Hello, guys! Today around 5 hours I tried to collect information about CryptoKitties from different sourses. And what I want to share with you: 1. CryptoKitties did a super-duper hype and it's great - I was waiting any interesting crypto-game since winter and couldn't find anything (maybe, you know and could reccomend me smth  ) I didn't notice any great game hype since Pokemon Go. 2. if you want to join CryptoKitties - it will take a lot of time: you should know and understand all rules and principles (there are a lot of small-small-small details that make the game). And according some info: every day it will be a gap between new people and the first kitty-holders. Maybe, developers will add special rules or compensation after some period - no idea. 3. the main annoying thing - Ethereum network is almost not working... I was so angry  when I tried to buy 4 kitties I had chosen - and as a result - 4 times my transactions were not completed and I didn't buy any cat but comission was taken every time. Just imagine what can be with Ethereum network if few other hype projects will be released in December...  And one day such situation could be! That's very upset. I still find it hard to understand why and how people are so hyped with this crypto game. yes, it is the beginning of a new era in the digital world and it's a good way to get more people involved in the crypto world. But talking about cryptogames, I recommend playing one for free, in which you win crypto and then can use it to buy collectibles or you can keep it, exchange it into any other cryptocurrency. It's called FootballCoin, and it's a fantasy football manager. Those guys seem smart, since they are building their own blockchain, so that this thing that is going to kill cryptokitties, doesn't happen to them. All the best! |
