CryptoNova

New Pool for ReddByteCoin.
Payouts are made automatically every hour. Don't hesitate mine your coins here.

Stop your pool. You've forked and are mining your own chain. You're on block 827,212 but the network is on 1,088,436.

Funny enough, there are two versions of the blockchain. One at 21348 and one at 21385 at the time of this post.

Bitcoin core 8 has some issues with wallets struggling with orphan blocks, hopefully not too many peers are stalled. The correct block is 21395.
Bitcoin core 10 handles this with UpdateTip and soon PHC will be implemented.

Stalled wallets might need to reset their datadir (remove blk0001.dat, database, txtleveldb) and resync.

Why is PHC getting mined with such excessive hashrates? You earn more by mining efficiently...

I just noticed this too. If you are mining on the chain that is behind, these blocks are invalid?

Can you explain this please? The description in the ANN is hard to understand.

"Why is PHC getting mined with such excessive hashrates? You earn more by mining efficiently..."
What is an excessive hashrate? What is the ideal hashrate for this chain?

Can you provide us the official website of this coin? would like to know more about this coin like the whitepaper, roadmap, etc. Thank you.

The only thing that is still missing from what you are asking for now is the website, and it will be available in a few weeks or sooner. Ah and the white paper,  sorry

github will be available in a few days in the downloads section. thanks you

Why the delay? If you've already got compiled versions to download, then the source exists.

Yeah, I saw that too. But still, the dev doesn't drop in. I guess they have lost interest.

Dev, add on www.crypto-bridge.org. This exchange is decentralized and works on the blockchain. They even have Windows, Linux, Mac applications. Innovation at its best. Deposits and withdrawls are instant.

This has been mentioned on github as it will require the devs to make the wallet compatible with Cryptobridge. If you want to support this suggestion, you should upvote it on github.

Hey guy´s, where is the best mining pool?
http://s1.altcoinix.com   have the best hashrate but only pay 7.19SWP per block.
https://aikapool.com      this pool pays 12SWP.

Hi.

Aikapool is not enforcing masternode payments - which means blocks will be invalidated with the next version of the wallet. We have a maintenance release of the wallet ready - we will contact them and try to fix it before we release it.

Be very careful using pools that are not on listed on the Swipp site. You may end up on the wrong chain, meaning you are just mining in thin air. All pools listed get notified by us when we do new wallet updates.

Yours, team swipp

What? I have been working on Aika pool for more than 14 hours with 15 D3s, now will I lose all this coins? If Coinsmarket I sell on it, the buyer will lose? Or I sell hands off now to others in my country, will they lose?

You are fine. When the wallet is next updated, Aika pool will go down to 7swp. If Aika do not update their wallet, their blocks will not be valid.

Its very unfortunate that the devs (if they did) give up on this project. One has to work hard to earn the value for their coins and this is really sad to see this coin getting delisted from the only exchange it made it to.

It's true but is the risk we all have to take when we are the earliest adopters of the coin. I started mining this coin the very first day it was launched and saw it getting listed in coinsmarkets, then they had an issue with the wallet, dev didn't update anything so they delisted PUZ. I think they were having issues forking the coin, they couldn't sort things out and they just prefer to abandon PUZ and do something else. It would be amazing if they were working behind scenes all this time in implementing better code or something and take this coin from the ashes but, thst would be too idealist.

Let's hope the dev at least have the decency to say the project is officially dead.

Very well said. Its the devs moral responsibility to let us know about any plans. I am sick of these projects popping up and making us loose our precious time on them. I am all in to take over the coin if the dev wants.

Given that the dev has disappeared, if you feel you want to take over the project, go ahead. It's an abandonned project otherwise, so, no harm done.

We will still need support from the dev in the initial transition. Unfortunately he is not even showing up online. I will try to send him dm and see if he responds.

I don't think so. I follow as coins which were taken over by after the dev completely abandoned, never to be seen again. Access to the source code was all they needed to clone the source and continue development themselves. I can point you in the direction of someone whose done this if that would help.

That would be a great help if you can. I feel the initial code is pretty strong and working very well and dev should have had done some marketing to promote this coin in a right way.

Not a problem. Let me ask them first if they're OK with me putting you two together. If they're all good with it, I'll put you two together.

32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LTCC]LISTER COIN CLASSIC - The Next Generation Cryptocurrency on: January 05, 2018, 07:19:01 AM
This is a pump and dump. Seen it before.

https://listerexchange.com/
This isn't the first project to copy the cex.io website and pass it off as their own. Won't be the last.

Also, this paragraph in the OP:
"It is a user as well as a tech friendly digital currency and thus public can access it easily. Nobody owns or controls LTCC coin cryptocurrency. It encompasses exciting uses with its different features that could not be covered by previously designed payment systems. It is a Decentralized Cryptocurrency thus highly secure & provides protection against fraudulent activities."

You could at least dream up with your own words instead of copying from https://www.flitpay.in/

ANNOUNCING SWIPPSWAP

HAPPY NEW YEAR everybody.

As you know, we have tried to apply for a listing on a few exchanges. While some of them might actually list us (after us badgering them enough), others ask for insanely absurd amounts of payments in order to process and list a new currency. While developing an exchange was not part of our original plan, it is painfully obvious that the cryptocurrency world needs a proper free exchange where new currencies can flourish and get listed. The current situation with a few exchanges with business models solely driven by greed monopolizes the market and hampers innovation and directly goes against the free and open spirit that the original Bitcoin was developed under.

As a community and for the benefit of all cryptocurrencies out there, we need to, at one point or another, say that enough is enough!

Therefore we plan to, during the first quarter of 2018, release SwippSwap! A centralized exchange for the benefit of the whole cryptocurrency community where all new currencies can get listed for free. The exchange will be developed by a Swedish business and hosted in their private data center. To make the exchange easy to use, the interface and design is inspired by Cryptopia - something we beliveve will allow everybody to easily migrate to SwippSwap.

So to summarize the exchange;

Processed trades will cost 0.15%, putting us mostly below the rest of the market.
Listing a cryptocurrency in all current base markets will be completely free - something that will never change.
Developers will be able to buy extra services for their cryptocurrencies (base market listing, mining pool to name a few). These extra services will require Swipp for purchase.
The initially planned base markets for the exchange are SWIPP, BTC, ETH, DASH, BCH and LTC.

In the long term, we believe the exchange will grow the Swipp currency and allow us to generate some funding for the project.

More details about  the exchange will follow on the website. We will also post a seperate announcement here on bitcointalk about the exchange once we have more of the details in place.

Happy new year everybody.

Yours, team swipp

Exciting development but also wary of the demand this will place on your small team. I don't think any member of teamswipp imaged that they would one day be answering endless, inane support tickets and trying to debug some else's copy-and-paste wallet to get it to work with the SwippSwap system.

If I could make a suggestion, I would not advise that you make it free to list as that might make SwippSwap a dumping ground for every cloned shitcoin out there and make a tonne of work for yourselves. Make it cheap, by all means, but make it something. The difference between free and cheap is infinite.

Apologies if I've missed this information.
I'm trying to stake some coins. Transferred them to an address about 12 hours / 500 confirmations ago. My wallet shows that they don't have any stake weight yet. What is the confirmations / time required before they're mature for staking?

Any update? Hasn't been any news for some time. The coin's price has steadily declined but there has always been some solid hash on this coin; 140 gh/s currently.

It's a real shame as this wallet works well, downloads the blockchain quickly, and the masternodes have been easy to get going and run solidly. More than can be said for the majority of coins released these days; masternodes have been problematic on a lot of recent coins. PUZ has also, even now, had some solid mining hash on it. There's 52 GH/s mining it currently on lpool.

Anyone else have a problem on c-cex when logging in where, after you enter your 2FA code, the 2FA input field disappears and the page just sits there?

For setting a node up is this 250 coins needed to make masternode or is it 250k someone like to advise as the details are a little misleading. Thanks
