Knowing the crypto world was the best thing I have ever done. Today I was given an amount of $20000 by my uncle to make an investment for him at the bank so that by the end of the year he can get some additional money added to his capital. I sat down and calculated and found out that, investing at the bank will give him just $2000 interest.
I then called him and explain to him about cryptocurrency and how secured it is with evidences and it price increment for last year. After seeing it he told me to invest that amount into BITCOIN and I have done it for him. I know that is volatile and can fluctuate but I made time to explain to him that although the market is red now but when the green days come he will get not less thank $25000 added to his capital. I know I did the right thing and he will surely laugh some days to come. What do you think guys?
Knowing that it is not your actual money investing in bitcoin, you made a bad decision man. If i were you i will suggest my auncle to split his investment, because what if the market won’t recover? Or what if it continues to go down? As what you have known in crypto, nothing is stable and everything is volatile and will always fluctuate. You will take all the blame when everthing go wrong with the investment. Splitting it into two giving him assurance with his money and what ever happens his money is safe on the other side of investment in the bank. |

All of you guys are so lucky that you can afford to have a loan to own a house or have enough money to invest in bitcoin. Many people in many poor country don’t have that opportunity in life. But if given the chance i will prefer to invest in property and have my own house because it is so hard to pay every month for the rent, instead use the money for family expense. However investing in bitcoin is also good if you are investor, because if it goes up again like last year it is very easy for you to buy a house. But as for me, i can’t afford to risk my only money in bitcoin if i don’t have my own house to live in.

If you read news like this https://www.ccn.com/mysterious-asian-whale-begins-funneling-funds-back-to-huobi/ that there is someone who has mysteriously bought a large amount of bitcoin. Then sell. All I can read is that Bitcoin has a fan of "Giant" who likes to invest and sell Bitcoin. This means Bitcoin will continue to run. What to worry about? What I do not want is if there is no Bitcoin buying and selling activity. Because that means Bitcoin no longer has any interest. That's what I should be afraid of. This is just My Opinion Personally. Please fix it if it's wrong. In my opinion we can’t rely on one person only who is buying bitcoin with huge amount of it to enable to rise up it’s price and keeping it alive. Buying and selling demand of bitcoin makes it more profitable, this man do the right thing with his huge amount of bitcoin by buying it and selling it when it rise up, because holding bitcoins won’t give us benefit if all of us holding not and not selling it, because it only slows down the demand of bitcoin resulting to reducing it’s price. |

So, what should we do? Is there a reason to just sit and wait for cryptocurrencies to grow? I believe there is none. The only possible solution is that people actually start using crypto in their everyday lives. The number of crypto transactions should amount to hundreds of millions a day. Then, and only then, will cryptocurrencies grow in price. Personally, I see no other options. However, this cannot be handled by one man alone. The whole crypto community should do this. You may ask: is it possible to live paying with cryptocurrencies only? Judging from our experience – yes. I don’t think you are late in trend, bitcoin is now down and it’s price is cheaper than before and you can start investing for the moment and wait for the next pump and sell. In this current situation of the market choosing altcoin to hold for long term is hard to decide because of the bearish market. But ethereum is the safest investment you can rely on and best for long term investment especially in this market crisis, the stability of ethereum make you feel comfortable with your investment. Competition only happens when both coins have similar services offeredto the public. In cases regarding bitcoin and ethereum they are both good coins in their own category or market. They are being compared because of the popularity of these two coins and the stability of it. Ethereum is rising and have it’s own growth separated to bitcoins blockchain. Bitcoin Gold was 51% attacked - apparently successfully. This is very important. While not exactly Bitcoin, it is a kind of Bitcoin. And it was hacked.
We can no longer argue Bitcoin is unhackable. 51% attacks are real and possible. $18 million stolen. It can be done.
The US government could probably put into place enough hashpower very quickly. The new 7nm process could be bought by someone and get a shitload of competitve hashing up and running. It is possible.
My conclusion: Bitcoin can be hacked.
We cannot say that bitcoin can’t be hacked eventhough it has never been hacked for now but hackers always finds way to hack bitcoin. In this recent news some of crypto are being invaded by the hackers and get millions of USD from it, for now everything is possible to happen but if bitcoin will upgrade their security features every now and then to make it difficult to decode it, then it will remain unhackable. For now investors and holders should be vigilant with their bitcoins and cryptos because everything is possible, don’t be too confident or else regret is always in the end. |

Most of the project who have unidentified team mostly failed because investors are doubting the credibility of the project because of the unknown team members. However there are some projects that the team is visible to the public but end up to be scam, we can’t tell if where is the trusted one. In crypto risk is always there but to minimized the possibility to be scam, team is important so better to check it before you invest.

The downtrend will end if the hack issues are being neutralized. People are scared to invest because of this issues and some investors sell their coins because they are afraid of the next move of the hackers if not being neutralized. It is depending on what altcoin that you are holding right now because many altcoins in the market that are existed for a couple of year and some are 5 year existing in the market. Yes, potential altcoins can survive but there are some alts that will be gone and dead in the next 5 years i.e coins that have nothing to offer to the market. You must check your holdings if you hold the potentials coins in your wallet. |

So you have to make sure that every post you make is informative and do have qualities. This work doesn't depend on luck. It requires hard work and persistence.
Yes bounty hunters is the most hard working people here in the forum for the sake of the tokens they receive after the ICO or bounty projects. Although they sell immediately when the token get listed but they deserve what they have in that moment perhaps it is their decision to sell it for a cheap price, but not all bounty hunters selling, some of them are patient and hold their coins. Persistence is good for all of us i.e for the ICO’s out there that needed bounty hunter and their hardwork to promote them. |

A lot has been said about mining and about the electricity consumption of the activities related to bitcoin mining. However, I have thought of the alternatives and how other systems produce not just energy waste, but also plenty of useless work and "human waste".
To have a network that can ensure the completeness of transactions, the global accessibility and all the features that bitcoins, and many alts, have at the moment, would probable produce a huge carbon footprint. Just think of the VISA system or the banking system... the amount of people working on it, the waste of commuting to works, the infrastructure.
Thinking of all that, would you still say Bitcoin is bad for the environment?
Bitcoin mining is using electricity, obviously and 24/7 mining a bitcoin. However banking system also used electricity when doing transactions as well as paper receipts and records and bank books. Comparing these two, bitcoin although using electricity it is very safe in the enviroment, there is an alternatives to use electricity like solar power it conserves power consumption in some power plants, also coalfire power plant can also be used as a power source. |

It is true that many late comers trying their luck in bitcoin especially last years price hike and now hoping to cope up their losses.
