21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: XMR vs ETN vs ZEC vs AEON on: January 08, 2018, 01:11:15 AM
Why not mine xmr on the cpus, and ZEC on the gpus?
You should have 750H/s with 1 1080 and 1050ti, what does the pool say?

Testing this with the 1050TI for now.

What should I be using for the mining software, nheqminer saying I’m doing 13 Sols/s feels very wrong, that miner is basically dead now yeah?

Swapped over to excavator and that might actually be doing better, 145h/s still isn’t quite what whattomine says it should be, OC doesn’t seem to increase much.

22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: XMR vs ETN vs ZEC vs AEON on: January 07, 2018, 12:51:48 PM
Are you really mining XMR on NVIDIA? HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA

Like I’ve said, switched to ZEC and was sitting at $3.90 ish per day, which clearly works out to less then XMR.

I know XMR and nvidia don’t mix well, hence looking for options and some advice.

Rather then laugh man, why don’t you help out and let me know what I’m doing wrong to be getting less with ZEC then I do with XMR
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / XMR vs ETN vs ZEC vs AEON on: January 07, 2018, 12:11:05 PM
So I’m stuck, and need some help.

I’ve been mining for a few months now, it’s been great, XMR price increase was nice but with Vega doing amazingly well in mining XMR, I’ve been looking for the next coin, but I’ve got some issues.

Whatever I switch too, I can’t see to get more profit then XMR even when whattomine says I should be.

XMR

Custom XMR-STAK = 0% dev fee

XMR mining CPU+GPU = More hashpower

1% pool fee.

That’s my current stats, I’m running 1 GTX 1080 and 1 GTX 1050TI paired with an I7-6700k and I7-7700k respectivly.
1500 H/s @ $4.50 per day

Miner fees and pool fees + lack of cpu mining seems to keep tanking any profit I could be making with other coins, I’ve yet to find a miner I can remove the dev fee and most pools are 2% fee for other coins then XMR

So please, share your tips, tricks, and what your mining!

Good luck hahaha. No one buys you a beer at all. Smiley after you process they were gone.

Like I’ve said, I’m not doing it expecting tips, not going to complain if I don’t get any either

I’m doing this because i have the means to be able to help others, and just because I’m not receiving financial reward for doing so doesn’t matter.

I’d rather people have a good experience with BTC, and having pending Tx for 7+ days isn’t going to do that.

Neither is the “pay up front and I don’t actually accelerate your Tx and just let it do it’s own thing” BTC accelerators that plague this forum.

Pushed the above three, due to the larger size and number of I/O it might take 12-24 so check back and I’ll update when the above has confirmed

Hello,

I have done two transactions in dec 2017, which will be not confirmed due to the low fees it seems. Would be highly appreciate if you can help.

3 years and this is what most of people here see and talk about:

Share what you see then?

I think everyone’s come to the conclusion that the flames are the only logical place for the key to be hidden, while you and white rabbit seem intent on returning attention to the painting.

I think disregarding the entire painting is wrong, I feel that the correct way to decode the flames will be hidden in the bigger picture, but knowing that regardless of what’s inside the panting, the flame border is the most likely place for the private key to of been painted.

Please provide some of your own critiques or information of kindly leave this thread, I’m guessing you’ve got notifications turned on, and that speaks to the kind of person you are, more dedicated to trolling and shitposting then to solving this puzzle.

Maybe try and apply yourself to the task at hand at see where that gets you.

3+ years and your still at the same step everyone else is, or did we all miss you moving the BTC out of the wallet when you solved it with your clearly superior intellect /s

29  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Legend of Satoshi Nakamato, FINAL STEP PUBLISHED.... 4.87 BTC GRAND PRIZE! on: January 05, 2018, 03:27:52 AM
Seriously...... really ?
People is still trying to solve this riddle?
It is obviously a hoax, just let it go.

LOL, this post from July 2015

and i completely agree with him.

+1

Feedo  are you just here so when someone else or a collective solve this you can be present to witness it, or do you get some rise out of trolling and trying to subvert the discussion?

Anyway, I’m really impressed with the progress everyone’s made just in the last 2 pages, coming together and sharing ideas and information was always at the heart of these types of challenges and puzzles.

While they can be solved independantly, together is the way forwards.

I'll give a fairly big hint. There's two missing flames in the inner ring. Beyond that, the way things are encoded is a mystery. But that should be enough, if you can reason with the theme of the poem, to catch up with what he's likely talking about.

freenode ##paintingsolvers for the interested. we have a handful of cicada solvers chatting about it.

Sini is not only on the right track but is going to likely solve it by actually grouping together.

Forget about the prize, Work together for the experience.

Whatever comes, comes, you could spend forever trying to solve it by yourself or contribute now.
31  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Legend of Satoshi Nakamato, FINAL STEP PUBLISHED.... 4.87 BTC GRAND PRIZE! on: January 02, 2018, 03:03:20 AM
I want them bitcoin

More and more everyday.

The want of the reward has slowed this one down, less sharing, less teamwork.

This requires more then one persons attention, and not in competition with each other.

Working together is the only way forwards.
32  Economy / Services / Re: [FREE] BTC TX Accelerator - FAST - RELIABLE on: January 01, 2018, 11:40:41 AM
Buy me a beer

Good luck with that, 99% will beg you, and after the job is done, they disappear.

Hey that’s not there because I’m expecting it, it’s there because even if one person buys me a beer, thats enough, just lending a hand, mainly with the 7+ day tx as it’s annoying seeing them pending for that long and getting the run around from other accelerators

35  Other / Meta / Re: Get Donator status by donating 10 BTC on: December 24, 2017, 11:41:29 AM
This is the one of the top Bitcoin communities and it would be great if there are more donors. If not, hopefully there are enough donations already to keep this forum running Grin

The forums don't rely anymore on donations. Ads replaced donations long time ago.
More and lower donations are suggested but not yet implemented since it isn't a priority.

Yeah it’s also not a priority when your sitting on 3.6 Million at current price as of writing.

Would be nice to see a way for people to show support to the forums and gain some reward online with the donating ones
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POWR][UPDATE] *** POWER LEDGER TOKEN SALE STARTS FRIDAY 8TH SEPTEMBER *** on: November 14, 2017, 03:16:31 AM
Aussie Blockchain pushing the way forwards.

Listing on bittrex is huge, look at how many other tokens/coins/ico’s are still waiting to be added and Power Ledger gets added!

Great work and keep it up!

hitbtc already has more volume than etherdelta.  Merchants are really accepting eBTC already?

3 merchants already and hopefully more soon!
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] eBTC | The New (ERC20) Bitcoin on: October 22, 2017, 11:40:07 PM
Fud's a here again to make money.. Cheesy they using new accounts then trash talk ebtc.. after the coin is down they will buy it.. then used their real account and promote ebtc to make the price go up then sell their coins.. easy money..  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
(sorry for my bad English  Roll Eyes)

I think everyone knows that’s how FUD and most coins during launch experience it, given we did have some areas that needed to be worked on and some issues address that the community raised, since then we’ve seen 3 merchants accept eBTC as a payment and currently working on more merchant adoption, we’ve also been listed on HitBTC recently.

Look back a few pages and you’ve got people admiting that the only reason they spread FUD is to buy in at a cheaper price and make profit off “weak hands”
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] eBTC | The New (ERC20) Bitcoin on: October 22, 2017, 01:07:03 AM
A store accepting it makes it real. I wish that store and eBTC good luck. There are a lot of people who keep talking down about it, but from all it's gone through, with how many people still believe in it, and the fact a store accepts it, regardless of what people think about it, if enough people want it to succeed it can and will.

We actually have three seperate merchants signed on accepting payments with eBTC already!
