For those that look for a long term investment it will rise eventually but for those that expect it rise again to 0.90 cents on next days, I do not think it will now. So if you need such money, wait some time more before invest. Take a look on the charts and do whatever you choose. https://www.worldcoinindex.com/coin/powerledgerI see lots of people losing money when they buy a coin that is on hype, then it start falling and they can't recover such money faster as they thought. Maybe I am wrong, but I am out for now. I will wait more days or weeks to buy again this coin. Yes I am getting a bit twitchy, sitting at 15k of these - I'll rise back up as soon as the BTC madness slows, I'm pretty sure we were on track for a 1.00 breakthrough but then coinbase added 100k new users in a day and they're all picking up btc. Now that being said there was 75btc that went into ION because... reasons? and today ADA / XMR and a few others had big spikes, - I made a bit on ADA (wallet on trex went into maintenance) I'll convert it and buy more POWR. All my mining revenues are buying POWR - I got in at .39 so I'm still in healthy profit anyways, its just that almost 1 btc of my investment has been sheared off in the last couple days and that makes my eyes start to twitch. (I got suckered into a crash sell - trading on emotion and i ended up selling low and buying high, stupid mistake, but we all do them) I think institutional money is just buying up big caps. They look at it as an index. Soon they will be pouring $ into POWR. |

No! No that won't happen. But don't freak out, and hold your investment. If Power Ledger does indeed manage to deliver on their product, in 6-12 months it will explode again by 500% - 1000%. Until then, it will probably fall back to $0.30.
The absolute worst thing that can happen, is that Power Ledger will fail to deliver and go bankrupt, or a competitor will beat them to the market, that will make POWR be rendered worthless. But that chances of that happening, is smaller than their potential success.
If you invested everything you had and you can't wait 12 months, well then cut your losses now, if you can hold it for 12 months, then don't sell. Easy as that.

I don't understand the reason why some people giving the links of other projects and suggesting to invest into them. This is decision of the people who want to stay with this than why others forcing to let them and invest into other projects?
They are trolls in any form attempting to kill POWR weak hands with propaganda, so they can scoop it up lower and lower. It is going to go on another run any time and they know it. This is how it always is in crypto. People get scared, or greedy, they sell, whales jump in and it booms. What it means - you are onto something HUGE here and they all want your slice. Look how many people they got to dump IOTA so they could get in cheap. Tons of other examples. It’s disgusting how vulnerable we all are to propaganda and we don’t fight back. Fight back by HODLing, calling out BS, and buying more of the good projects.. |

I am honestly not trying to scare or troll anyone, I am a realist. The idea of Power Ledger is great. I am all for it, I have invested myself.
Reality is however that anyone investing into POWR is essentially funding a vision of a company that has not even a working product yet. They have no product, no partners, just $34 million in funding, a single developer and a vision of the future.
The only reason POWR went up like crazy 8 days ago, was because Australians government gave them an $8 million grant.
You can read it on their website and see why they released the POWR token before they even begin with the development of their product, because they need funding, and an ICO is perfect for that.
The cold hard truth is, that right now as of this moment, Power Ledger is just an idea with an ICO that kick started their funding with over $25 million in tokens, which they are now cashing out for BTC or other legal currencies, as they need cold hard cash to start developing their product. Them cashing out as well as the hype being over, is the reason why the value is going down and will do so for up to a year.
The only way POWR will go up, is if other investors are investing into Power Ledger, however the company clearly said, they are not planning on new partnerships until Q3 2018.
So please, don't hype, don't troll, stay realistic. Of course we all want POWR to go up, who doesn't! But realistically speaking, it will go down to what it was before the November 20th announcement and during 2018 it will recover.
It follows the exact same pattern as Ripple XRP, which is now 5 years old and only once a year they had a pump due to announcements of investors. POWR is now a few months old, and last week was it's first pump due to an investmet announcement. It will be anywhere from 6-12 months until we see the next pump.
The biggest risk as the moment is, that the company will fail to deliver their product. Another big risk is, that several competitors will pop up which do is better. If either of those happen, POWR will go under.
On the up side, if everything goes well and it gets the attention of the mass, then you might be sitting on a gold mine right now, but we won't know until late 2018 or even 2019.
Just because was going up and down by +10% / -10% for a week, doesn't mean it's permanently this case. POWR is a risky long term investment, that might have a 10,000% return in 1-2 years. Stop looking at POWR as a great day trading solution - it's not! That hype is over.

I don’t recall Elon Musk or Richard Branson meeting with the founders of Power Ledger to discuss EMC2. LoL
Australia is the fitting place for the cornerstone project to take root. The market created a massive demand, and POWR is going to bust the door down. India.. Thailand.. soon to be partnering in Europe.. what’s next, South America? A lot of power hungry, underserved markets there with a lot of sun..
I'm thinking all of those island destinations - I lived in Antigua for example and constant brownouts and losses of power almost like clockwork. Especially an easy recovery and installation after a hurricane rolls through and you have to rebuild your power grid anyways. Great point.. i believe I read one of the POWR founders talking about Puerto Rico and how they could offer solutions.. i’m very excited about micro-grids.. decentralizing grids themselves makes sense after all, in a movement of decentralization.. I would have usually taken gains - I got in early on POWR and bought all the way up.. i just loaded up at $.78, $72, $68 and will buy all the way. There are maybe a handful of projects like this we have ever seen. I want to be a part of it and will not sell. This is one you’ll tell your grandkids about.. especially when they are inheriting your shares in solar and battery farms... Can’t sell, won’t sell.. only buy.. There is nothing wrong with that, nor are they trying to hide it, it even says to on their website.
This entire craze about POWR only started because the Australian government gave Power Ledger an $8 million grant. Once that hit the news, people invested like crazy. It went up 400%.
Now that the initial wave of POWR is over and Bitcoin itself saw an almost 50% increase in just 3 weeks, the Power Ledger company itself is caching out, as they need the cash to actually develop their product, which was their plan all along (again, nothing wrong with that and they mentioned that on their website).
For that reason POWR kept falling for the past week and will continue to fall for for another year.
The next increase in the value of POWR will not be for another 9-12 months. The power ledger company now has their cash injection that they were looking for, so now they can get to work. If they succeed with their plans, then in Q3 2018, they will start to advertise their service and roll out their products to their partners. If that happens, then we can see an increase in POWR again. If the company fails, then POWR will go bye bye for good. Until Q3 2018, POWR will continue declining, almost certainly back to it's initial flatline of 0.00003000 BTC
If you have invested at 0.00010000 BTC, then you're unlucky. If you need the cash during the next 12 months, then cash out now, cut your losses and try to regain it with other coins. If you don't mind holding on for a year, then just leave it there. If you think the Power Ledger company will fail or a competitor will beat them to their goal, then cash out now.

It would be overvalued if thy hadn’t already laid massive groundwork the past year and a half. Aren’t they as far or farther along than OmiseGo was when it ICO’d? I think that is a fair question. I’m all in, so I am biased - for both the good of my pockets and the planet. It will surely happen in the future dude Im holding my power ledger until that day happen this token have a lot of good quality this dump happen to power ledger will surely have a pump up next be thankful because this past fee week the price are remain stable to .7 to .8$ but ofcource Im hopinv this project will hit to 1$ soon. Dont look at dollar value but look at bitcoin value and that is going down. It looks like it remains stable but that is because bitcoin is killing it for now. But if bitcoins goes down hard the alts will follow in a panic and then it is going south very fast. So, always look at bitcoin value. In a bull market, alts tend to go up when bitcoin goes down.. unless it crashes. |

Hacked.com have come out and called Power Ledger "the future of cheap electricity".. In the same article they reminded me that Power Ledger Co founder and chair Dr Jemma Green is now also the MAYOR of the city of Perth, the capital city of Western Australia (1.67 million population) - just imagine how that is going to play out in building POWRs further partnerships with business and entrenching their federal and local government relationships! Absolute killer moves going on here! They go on to talk about the other co-founder "Bill Tai is an advisor and is a graduate of Harvard. He is a very successful entrepreneur and has been a venture capitalist since 1991". Together they top a dream team that are setting new standards for a cryptocurrency based organisation. But more to the point this is why you are seeing rapid fire moves into massive markets and serious deals with major players and electricity suppliers across multiple global regions. Australia, India and Thailand all contracted. They have their eyes on Africa and no doubt the rest of Asia for starters. I think what's also happening now is a lot of traders that made 500%-1000% are still cashing out. The transfer of wealth here is going to more serious and more patient investors that are willing to sit on this not just day/month trade it. The heavy buy walls (also saw a heavy sell wall of 210K powr) that are popping up also shows there are indeed a few whales in here already. That doesn't add anything positive necessarily other than to show some people have invested up to high 6 figures in this. I think the marketcap is looking very small compared to other vaporware coins with nothing close to the progress Powr has made in a month. If I could only see into Q3 2018.. 5B MC? 10B MC? Or a better question would be = Do you really think this is going to downtrend forever from here vs updtrend heavily? There are 'wants' in life, and there are needs, electricity/energy is a need, for everyone on the planet, so this isn't a creature comfort coin or a fad of the month. TA is almost impossible in crypto however if I were to use it, we're getting tighter and tighter by the hour it seems, breakout soon is imminent, as soon as more news hits, or someone big either dumps or pumps we're going to see the momentum pick up again imo, next run I'll call at $1.20 - $1.50. I'll also guess that we'll reach a low of $.70 - $.75c and maybe a sharp knife added before we see the momentum turn positive. EDIT: Well what do you know, there's our knife, and volume on bittrex just went from 1.7K to 1.8K and rising, after these dumps the reversal MIGHT be what we've been waiting for. If not we'll see more dumps from those trying to protect their ICO gains.. Thanks for the thoughtful post. SUBSTRATUM - net neutrality laws got you down? ..meet the new web... one of the best teams + easy sell.
CLEARPOLL - 3 million market cap for a coin that has an experience app dev team, solid roadmap, and solves a problem best solved with blockchain - trust in polls. Devs shooting for simple experience to promote usage and adoptoin. This is the kind of coin that could go bonkers next year - super low circulatoin.. aussies are racking ‘em up right now..
SNGLS - one big name token from 2 billion market cap - entertainment industry is ripe for disrupting
SNM - won’t be $.10 USD for long.. these guys make it look too easy
CVC - 100x by 2020
LINK - you are going to have to wait on this one I think one big partnership way from a billion valuation.. risky but has drawn a lot of interest and copycats.. which might be their downfall
ZEN - don’t laugh, its been climbing, but it might be 1000 a coin by 2019 screenshot this.. all it takes is news of one government or security agency having used it and it’s absolutely over. It’s the best privacy coin ever devised. Sorry XMR I love you for spending online shopping but no contest. Sorry zCash you are too centralized great tech but you’re sellouts, you’ll do fine. No competition in hypersecurity space. NONE.

I think Stratis could really make noise in 2018. I think it is likely it continues deflating maybe even another 40-50%. I’m going to buy back in if it does, but for now I sold and bought SYS and Neblio. I believe in Stratis and BAAS tho and I hope to get back in cheap.

If this was just another pay coin, yes, it would be better to dump and toast your gains.
However, this is a potential mothercoin, happens to be the favorite to become the native coin of China, and has been sideways for some cycles.
Red Pulse ICO in September may be a huge boon for NEO.
I'm going long, so long, so long, on Neo. Would it really surprise anyone if NEO hit 1/4 - 1/2 ETH prices next year? I'm not predicting it (yes I am), but I think the ceiling is so high NEO at 30 mid-long is the definition of a no-brainer, lambo future gainer.
