Посмотреть где сейчас эти проекты которые собрали капу, там же где и все остальные, а баунтистов прижимают, задерживают выплаты, бывает морозят на 3-6 месяцев после листинга и тд. Потом сбор капы нужно проверять, найти контракт и смотреть реальные сборы. При выборе баунти можно ориентироваться на партнерство проекта, но эту информацию обязательно перепроверять. Ну про команду само собой не забывать, это базовое. Посмотреть как минимум экспириенс на linkedin. Говорить можно долго Анализ ICO это сложная штука. Я таким заморачиваюсь в основном для подписной.
