It's on 264001 and the rewards are now 0.8XLR for a master node and 0.2XLR for stakers as they promised so hopefully happy days for people now.

Do people even look at the first page anymore???, Yes the block reward halved after changing over to POS.
Dev can you also change the rewards part of the 1st page as well now since seesaw rewards have been scrapped and it's 80% MN and 20% staking etc now.
Bahahaha... 'Don't people check the first page for the information? Dev the first page needs updating with the right information'  The part what WILL need changing doesn't become active until the update, The part about reward halving IS on the first page so that is correct. |

It's been mentioned a number of times in the last few pages on this thread alone, the masternodes fix happens at block 263996 , It's currently on block 263459 so 537 blocks to go, Average block time is 1 min so its around 9 hrs away. |

Hello me too all my MN rewrds are zero and the previous one are not added into my balance, i updated to 2.8
Last 5 MN rewards have been for zero coins :|
The masternode payouts fix is at block 263996, We are currently at 261968 so 2028 blocks to go, average block time is 60 seconds so it will take around 34hrs from now to get to that point. |

That mean when? Tomorrow? Next week? You really should learn about crypto before you complain about it not working etc, If you check on the solaris explorer it's currently on block 261162 so there are 2834 blocks to go, 1 block is found on average every 60 seconds so 2834/60 = 47.2 hours, so around 2 days time. |

PoW to PoS switch is pretty stresfull for the network and it will take some time to completely stabilize, so please bare with us while these issues are ironed out.

I have been here nearly 4 months now and I still don't get the full meaning of POS. Does this mean no more mining? I have mined solaris for nearly 4 months now and it seems hard to switch to something else. Yes POW (mining) is over for good now on Solaris, Now you can earn coins by staking them in a wallet instead (basically holding them in a wallet and enabling staking) |

Blockchain appears stuck again, 45mins since the last block.

I've noticed that my wallet has twice got "stuck" already today (just my wallet not the blockchain) and I had to restart it (only had to restart it and it synced right up in moments) but at the time it was at least 100 blocks behind and the last time it got stuck 10 or so behind this blockchain stop. (annoying though as obviously had to restart staking again)
I've also noticed that on my wallet (v2.6.0) that of the 16 people I'm connected to 4 (25%) of them are on (v2.3.2 or v2.4.0) so I know it's a small sample but I hope that's not even close to the average across the board of the wallets as the latest one had this fix

Hi. I see that the PoS phase started. How much will be reward given for who has a masternode? 0.45 XLR to masternode and 0.45 to miner, and 0.1 to budget system?

I put staking=1 on my conf file but it says staking inactive. Is there any maturity time to be activate staking?

A masternode currently only $62 so I'm not sure what you were expecting that's a ROI of less than 3 months at current price, The ROI is too high as it is and that's one of the reason why the price has crashed as MN owners were just dumping the coins they got to try to get their money back ASAP when the crypto crash happened across the markets. |

It seems that GOAcoin almost found its bottom this year. Will dev ask for listing GOAcoin on coinmarketcap in the second quarter of the year? We need official listing on the website to attract more potential investors. Currently, the network has around 615 active masternodes: https://masternodes.online/currencies/GOA/pretty sure you need either $10k or $15k worth of sales in a day to be considered on coinmarketcap, Not even close to that recently as far as I know. Another reason why the masternode needs to be looked into. Yeah. I wish GoaCoin can surpass 10k daily trading volume soon so devs can start asking for listing the coin on coinmarketcap.com. you ll need a daily volume of 100 k to get listed on coinmarketcap i guess they don t want to help young coins 100k!!!!, If they've increased it to that then hardly any new coins will be added. 11 coins in the top 100 market cap and 53 between 100-200 on the market cap haven't got a daily volume of 100k in the last 24hrs. |

You wont have to buy 1000 coins at double the price is you buy first. - Government adopt a law about weekend anal raping at nearest police station. - Just take place in queue at friday evening, so at the morning you will be one of the first and all weekend you will be free. If you want more coins then really you should mine a more profitable coin and then sell that coin and buy Goa from that which will in turn rise the price of Goa, Win Win. Ok. If all GOA holders have 10 000 GOA, then everything will be all right. But I do not think there are more than 15-20 people with 10 000 or more GOA. This guys will win win. Only 20 MN will working at first days after changes and the richest ones will get richer. Everyone else will go to the nearest police station. They will must trade GOA by x10 price. Some of them will sell, some of them will buy. But no one will mine and everyone will feel butthurt. Chainging MN price to 10 000 will gives to devs many angry people among former MN owners and bad reputation among potential investors. Max supply is 1 050 000 mined GOA and 500 000 of pre-mine. 613 000 GOA locked in active MNs right now. Theoretically can be up to 105 MNs. 10000/1000*105/613=1,7 So ROI may decrease up to 1,7 times. From what I can see pretty much every neoscrypt coin has been more profitable to mine in the last 24hrs than Goa and over 7 days well over double figures of different coins have been worth more and thats coins that cost next to nothing to send transaction fee wise. OK Lets say your ROI is correct and it's going to take 1.7 times longer to get your ROI back. Currently it takes 71 days to get your ROI back so that would increase to 120.4 days that's still an insanely short amount of time, With a return of well over 300% on the year. Increasing the rewards (and so ROI) is what damaged this coin in the first place as every man and his dog with a MN was just selling the coins driving the price down and the ROI up longer for the people who got in very early. I'm not saying 10000 coins is right, But leaving it as it is now is clearly not working. |

I think the 1 XLR at a time payouts you see at the moment are actually accumulated rewards paid 1 XLR at a time, but I may be wrong.
Thus: 0.9 XLR per block is currently distributed 45% to PoW miners and 45% to MN holders, thus for MN 0.9x0.45/701 (there are about 701 MN holders now). So each block adds a bit up to your reward which is paid out when it reaches 1 XLR
And when PoS starts its first phase, the MN will get say 1x0.45/701 instead for each block.
No it's definitely a total of 2XLR per block at the moment, you can check that by looking at the explorer, So out of that 2 XLR 45% goes to a MN (which is 0.9XLR) and 45% to the miners (another 0.9XLR) with the other 10% available for the budget system (0.2XLR) although I don't believe that's being used at the moment so they split that between the miners and MN holder so they get another 0.1XLR each making 1 each. |

It doesn't stay active, Status is "OUPTPOINT_SPENT" then it turns as "MISSING".

Not heard of that before but at a guess I'd say that either you've not waited for enough confirmed transactions when sending the coins or one or both of the wallets are not fully synced (are they both on the latest block?). |

Correct PoW+MN becomes PoS+MN round about 15/4 I think. would this also result in reduction of MN reward? i mean average reward MN is getting now VS average reward after switching from POW to POS? As I understand it will effectively increase slightly as currently we have 0.9 XLR per block distributed 45% PoW, 45% MN, 10% Budgeting system, but when PoS start it will be 1 XLR (initially), and I think in the PoS list below the 90% will be more than 45% for MN and less than 45% PoS staking as I remember the dev saying something to that effect sometime ago (MN will earn more than stakers). Perhaps dev can give some clarity ? 10 GOA per block instead of 20 GOA - ROI decrease twice.
10 000 GOA for MN - ROI decrease tenfold.
Nobody will buy shitcoins for MN with ROI 25%.
You are missing a few key points from the above. The ROI would only decrease tenfold if EVERY masternode purchased the extra 9000 coins each , There are currently 689 MN that means 6210000 would be needed to be purchased to get them all online, There are only 12500 (so just over 1 MN worth) available on Crypto-Bridge at the moment. The ROI on this coin at the moment is some stupidly high figure (currently takes just 67 days to get money back at current rates), That figure cant be sustained, I'm not saying 10000 coins and 10 reward block is the right number but 1000 coins and 20 reward definately isn't correct, the increase in reward coins is one of the reasons in the first place why the price crashed. |
