I'm 3rd on the list (24 shares) and I don't expect any privileges. As a group, we should share good and bad (what if one of the miners crashes...)

As more ASIC's come on line the BTC prise will fall as the new BTC's are generated too quickly / easily and sold cheaper so investors can get an understandable early return on their investments.
More hash power doesn't mean more BTC generated! Apologies, But this is why I wanted to get an in to ASIC so I could HASH with the big players. Will the difficulty just keep increasing then? All this heavy artillery coming on-line will have an effect on the BTC eco system And my pathetic GPU efforts will no longer be worth the effort (I'm deliberating on this now, but I love being a Miner) IMHO. Blocks (=25 new bitcoins) are mined every 10 minutes (on average). Difficulty is automatically adjusted every 2016 blocks and - yes - it can decrease... (every miner's dream) |

Could I just clarify that proceeds will be shared out prorata form ALL delivered Jupiters to ALL shareholders.
By that I mean if the first 2 jupiters get up and running first then will all shareholders be getting shares from that moment.
I presume that the jupiter number that a shareholder has contributed towards (e.g. 2nd on your documents) is purely for your own administration and letting us know where you're at.
Is this correct?

I have have clarified this in OP. That priority will be given to shareholders in order they invested in case of partial delivery. My reasoning is that this GB is not an recognized equity/offering, but a combined effort to buy 12 Jupiter miners. Therefore your share purchase is buying a portion of earnings from one or more Jupiter miner. . Surely everyone should get a share of each and every miner that starts hashing, that is what a group buy for shares in 12 (or part thereof) jupiters is. Otherwise we have just invested in a group buy of 1x Jupiter, of which you are doing 12 times! +1 |

Just wait about 1 hour (to get 6 confirmations). But there not my adress. Thats not my Payment adress. I sent The Bitcoins from my Wallet. The Time in the I sent the BTC are rigth. But the Payment adress(es) not from me. I don't know whats wrong. I see the Transaction in my Bitcoin client. But I never use this adress to get Bitcoins. What do you mean with 'Payment address' - yours or receiver's? Transaction info always states only receiver's address (1GW2ReZrFWuMn71xy4efB3sxViPC3iF8ES == soniq address). |

I would say chances are:
5-10% scam
20% late delivery
70-75% delivery 'on time' and with reasonable watt/GH promise kept.
I would swap percentages in lines 2 and 3... How many shares are still available? |

You wait a week and will be told after the first 500 have accepted/declined their positions. Then you will be placed in order of purchase. How do you know that orders outside the "first 500" group will be queued according to purchase number and not the pre-order number? In my opinion, their explanation in 'News' section speaks differently: "Everyone already has their place in the queue so we are giving everyone 7 days to pay and maintain that place." (Not a word about first 500...). I have pre-order number >3000 and order# 250 - does it actually mean position ~750? |

I don't think it's a scam. With reference design available, it's not too hard to implement it. I give them 85% chance to deliver working machine in one month after Avalon chips arrive.

Depends on your GPU (overclocking) settings. I run my 4 x Sapphire 7950 rig undervolted:
VDDC: 0.993V
GPU: 930 MHz
RAM: 1250 MHz
at 845 W (~200 W/GPU). Hash rate (per GPU) is 565 kH/s (Litecoin) or 560 MH/s (Bitcoin).
