21  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are banks and governments scared of Bitcoin? on: June 08, 2018, 01:30:51 AM
So many countries now were prohibiting the use of virtual cryptocurrencies. And to think that many unemployed individuals were beginning to uplift their way of living because of their dealings with cryptocurrencies. Banks doesn't expressly say why it is banning the use of Bitcoin.
What do you think is the reason behind this?

Banks and governments are threaten over Bitcoin's power especially in terms of decentralization, anonymousity, privacy and financial freedom in which banks and governments dont have. Banks also are losing many investors because people prefer to put their money in crypto. In crypto also, you can gain more profit than putting it in the bank.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it normal to wait for 6 months for a bounty reward? on: June 06, 2018, 07:08:53 AM
Most of us join bounty campaigns because it is one of the means for us to get coins. I just want to verify how many of us have experienced waiting for a long period of time to get our coins. Don't get me wrong, i do trust the managers and what they say. And, most of them give valid  reasons why it'll take that long for them to distribute the rewards. In average, how long do you receive your coins after a bounty campaign?

These days, its pretty normal to wait for about 3-6 months for the bounty rewards to be given. If you notice, calculation of stakes usually takes about 1-2 months. Then another month for the final payment and another for the distribution. In average, I commonly receive mine at about 3-4 months and still wait for the listing for another month or months.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Signature Bounties for JR Members on: June 05, 2018, 06:43:13 AM
Hi guys, my signature bounty for IAME had just ended and am looking for something similar (USD5 value of coin per post). Is there any Signature bounty that has something like this right now?

There are few of them who accept Junior Members. Just go over the bounties childboard and see for yourself. Choose the right one for you there. If I were you, focus on ranking up because a lot of opportunities for higher ranks members of this forum.
24  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bed news of Bitcoin on: June 05, 2018, 06:38:23 AM
It isn't lucky fans of bitcoin.
Now the bitcoin was attacked" by Warren Buffett, and the price has again spread down...

It is a lot of epithets. Not mine, Buffett.)))

Giving yesterday, 07.05.18, CNBC interview, it has told that buyers of bitkon whom he has characterized as "rat poison in a square" look forward who will pay more for their "anything-worthless-artificial-gold"...
The mysticism around bitcoin generates the unhealthy interest and not reasonable rise of the price, and there is the next soap bubble, such as, tulip fever in Holland in the 17th century.
"When you don't understand an essence, the mysticism bewitches and excites. People like to speculate and gamble."

And Charlie Munger his old partner and the vice-head of board of his Berkshire company has compared a race behind bitcoin to biting definition of Oscar Wilde of "hunting for foxes", or "Silent hunters pursue that are inedible"....

What your thinks?

Negative news about Bitcoin is not new anymore. There are many of them in the internet. But I believe this is not the main reason why the price really drop. I believe someone or some people are behind the decreasing price. They are controlling the demand and supply of bitcoin.
25  Economy / Economics / Re: [ASK] How are you going to handle too much debt? on: May 28, 2018, 08:12:46 AM
what would you do if you had so much debt and that your income was not enough to repay your debt installment?
how will you deal with it?
how to solve it?

I will work hard, have double job and save money little by little. I will pay first those with interest and I will cut off my expenses especially those unnecessary and will just focus on working and saving money. After all my debts will be paid, then I will give it to myself too.
26  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can somebody steal your btc? on: May 28, 2018, 08:09:20 AM
Hi, have you ever thought this?

You know that, to import a wallet you need the private key or your seed. Taking as example the private key (the 52 letters key). It could exist the possibility someone create a software whose function was to try thousands of times to find the private key till it is be done. This would be like the process to find the new block in mining, anyway you can try the times you want in order to find it.

I think this could be a weakness, correct me if I am wrong. Smiley

Or comment if you have a kind of solution for this...

Regards!

It is possible that somebody can steal your bitcoin especially when you are visiting or not aware of those phishing sites. So before you enter your private key and address, be vigilant with the sites you are entering to.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: "Bitcoin Private" is good or bad choice? on: May 26, 2018, 07:22:35 PM
"Bitcoin Private" is good or bad choice?

Bitcoin private is good if you are thinking of a short term trading or short term keeping. Through its privacy characteristics, you can gain profit especially if you are a medium entrepreneur. However, do not keep it for long term investment.
28  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it digital gold? on: May 26, 2018, 07:18:11 PM
Bitcoin is like digital gold ........ is it correct? It is a transferable asset but not duplicable ..... do you agree? What are the points in favor and those against this statement? I would like a very analytical and specific arisposal.

It is a digital gold because of its price. Aside from being valuable coin, it is also a trusted and reputable one. Gold is being mined and bitcoin is also mined. Gold is indemand element and all countries recognize it. Bitcoin too has high demand. Bitcoin is the new gold.
29  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you see the bitcoin economy 10 years from now? on: May 26, 2018, 07:14:27 PM
Bitcoin is growing fast and everyday a lot of people takes interest in this. I too started the other day and I am very willing to invest my time here. With that said, with the drastic growth of bitcoin worldwide, how do you see the bitcoin economy 10 years from now? Thank you as always.

Ten years from now, bitcoin would be on its peak. It will have the highest price ever in the history of bitcoin because more and more people are getting interested and transactions in bitcoin will be really high. The demands for bitcoin will also keep on increasing.
30  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: HOW TO protect yourself from Scammers on: May 26, 2018, 07:11:28 PM
I have been in crypto world for quite sometimes and I can say that I had been protecting my accounts so securely. I just don't give my password or private key to anyone and to any sites. Do not ever deal with people offering you with great coins or rewards by giving your address and password. Do not deal with scammers.
31  Economy / Economics / Re: Each country has its own crypto currency! on: May 24, 2018, 07:51:22 PM
If countries issue their own crypto-exchange system USAcoin, CHINAcoin, ROSSIAcoin, GBcoin, etc. Do you think which of them will initially be expensive and will show growth?

Each country has already their own currency. However, if they will have their own crypto, then they will have two currencies and people will be confused. But if they do, I believe the growth will be determined on how many people would use it and the demands for it. If we try to study the number of people involve in crypto per country, USA has the largest number of people involved in crytpo. So, basically, it will have the highest price.
32  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not Money, is Faith on: May 24, 2018, 07:47:18 PM
I think we should not value Bitcoin by Money, but by faith. Just hold and let it change the world.

If your faith in bitcoin is just to keep on holding it, how could it even change the world and your world. Try to trade or make it grow, then it will give you profit. In that way, it will change your world. Even your profit in bitcoin, if you share it to the poor, then you are changing the world. Still, bitcoin involves money.
33  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Media is negative about Bitcoin? on: May 24, 2018, 07:45:07 PM
Why Media is negative about Bitcoin?
Whenever a government announces to regulate bitcoin or cryptocurrency or whenever BTC price is in downfall, most of the media start to warn everyone not purchase or invest in Bitcoins.
Do you see that, dont you?

Because most media are paid by the government. Government also controls media thats why media chooses the news they wanted to feature. If you are pro government then any negative news about bitcoin will instantly features in television or in any other platform because they want to destroy bitcoin.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Can You Protect Ourselves From Scammers? on: May 23, 2018, 03:55:10 AM

Like any get-rich-quick scheme, bitcoin scams thrive on the gullibility of its victims. Just because it's a digital currency doesn't mean you can acquire wealth quickly.

To protect yourself from scammers, I suggest the following:
1. Always check your browser if there are suspicious links or websites.
2. In joining ICO, always have background check on the team's background.
3. In investing in coins, always make sure that it has value.
4. Never open any links that is sent on your email from untrusted coins' sites.
35  Economy / Economics / Re: China will become Super Power ? on: May 23, 2018, 03:43:53 AM
hi .. .Roll Eyes

China will become super power in few years !! sure

First reason is that they are creating everything expect only one thing .. .and the thing is Medical products .. not medical instruments ...

but they are working on them too they will manufacture them too .. !!

and GuyZZZ ? you know ? why china is not raising there currency price ? ? ?  Think .. !! will reveal.

Superpower in what ways? I believe each country has its own weakness and strength. In terms of Chin's power, it has advantages in terms of population, and military equipment. However, when we say superpower, means it has everything. Even its currency is not so string, the economy is neither one also. There are other countries that are more powerful than China.
36  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1 BTC = $7,992.71 should i buy and wait or on: May 23, 2018, 03:38:36 AM
1 BTC = $7,992.71 is it now the right time for a person to buy bitcoins and keep to earn more profits OR i still have to hold?

I believe that this is also a good moment to buy bitcoin because the price is quite lower than the 10,000$. If you could have the ability to buy a higher fractions, then it would be better. Then just keep on holding it until the price will go up again.

38  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people think everyone is a scam? on: May 20, 2018, 09:23:17 PM
It seems as though there is a predominant attitude about people trying to do business that most people are scammers. We have run into this time and time again, accusing us of running "dirty" money or stolen goods.
We put ads or offers in various places saying "vetted buyer" and "respected escrow" and still get negative comments from people that don't even want to do business. They would just rather demean and abase and not add any positive thoughts.
I will say that we have had pretty good success in spite of the naysayers. Doing business in this way is new to most people and seems foreign. But we have plodded through and have achieved a success that has proved that not all are wrong.
There are people all over that are looking for honest services, and we have carved a niche for that entity. We know that there are scammers out there, but we are working to elevate us to a position of reknown.
Not all offers are scams!

I also experienced that kind of thinking from other people. I offered them some products from my new  business but they are refusing because they think I am scamming them. This is again happened when I introduced them about crypto, they just think that it is scam. People are thinking that way because they are afraid to lose their money.
39  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People are joking about Bitcoin on: May 20, 2018, 02:21:17 AM
In recent times, some new ICO companies have been kidding about Bitcoin on Twitter, Facebook for their ICO promotion. I think this promotion way is very negative for Bitcoin. They showed that Bitcoin will be destroyed and their token will become number one. They have presented it in such a way that the price of Bitcoin will not rise anymore. I think this type of promotion is  very negative in the market.

This kind of promotion is quite alArming. These ICOs are doing this kind of thing just to attract and get more investors. However, if you are a wise and intelligent bitcoiner, you will not be easily believe in this kind of advertisement.
40  Economy / Economics / Re: Know Your Customer on: May 18, 2018, 03:43:13 AM
For exchanges, ICOs that collect KYC information, when are they required to send information to the government.

If I remember correctly, in the US if you make a money transaction, such as through Western Union, or bank, $3,000+, within the same day, or smaller amounts during consecutive days, the institution must collect your ID information and Social Security and report it to the government. I forget which entity of the government.

Does that mean that if one participates in an ICO and puts in over $3,000, that gets reported to the government? Or if you move $3,000 out of an exchange, that gets reported?

There are many purposes of KYC. As far as I know, they are:
1. To know the people who are participating and eliminate those out of the jurisdiction of the ICO or project.
2. To avoid scammers or cheaters in the project.
3. To provide the team the information of their investors to prevent any further issues in the project.

KYC is required for our own safety in investing in ICOs. They will not give it to the government nor report it to the government.
