21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: There are many scammers doing fake sales of Libra - example on: July 31, 2019, 12:26:35 PM
This is really a very useful article. I will share it in crypto vietnamese community.
Currently in my country are offering a lot of libra coins and they have fake very similar websites.
Everyone should share this article with other forums to avoid these scam components. We need to minimize it to get the most perfect and safe investment environment.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have lost 8 letters of my Ethereum private key on: July 31, 2019, 12:17:44 PM
Hi there
I have lost the last 8 letters of my ethereum wallet private keys. I wonder if there is a way to restore those letters. I searched the net and found out that it is possible to do it usuing a C or Python program.
If you know a way to solve my problem , please let me know
thanks
You should remove that wallet and create a new one. I have also experienced the feeling of losing money and I really feel very bad but we should accept the truth.
Next time, you should carefully store the seed words and make sure no one can touch it.

24  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is Binance the Best Exchange for Crypto trading? on: July 28, 2019, 04:59:15 PM
it is surely that. I have been trading there for 3 years and I have never encountered any problems there. I always keep my money on exchanges because I trust them.
It is a large exchange, full of features such as stoploss (many exchanges lack this feature), margin trading, easy-to-see interface.
25  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: should i continue trading ? on: July 28, 2019, 04:51:23 PM
hi i am day trading from 2years but not profitable at all ( i dont know what should i learn more so that i will be profitable )

some times i think to quit trading and go search some job, another way i think that after coming so far i should try for some more time

i know many traders in same situation are you thinking same as above . are you in this situation what have you decided to do ?

i want answers only from traders in this situation and experienced traders

i dont know if sentence formation is correct or not i think many of you can understand the situation

I think you should stop. I think you don't have the ability to trade well, you should look for another job that can help you earn more money and deserve the effort you spend.
You can do some bounty projects, earn money and then buy a good alts to hold in the long term. It is also a good strategy.
26  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Service for wallets on: July 28, 2019, 04:41:13 PM
Are there any services around, providing wallets for BTC, ETC and other currencies which can be used by gambling site to deposit/withdraw/exchange crypto from users, without actually implementing connection to crypto network?
I think there is no such wallet application. If so, it is certainly a system of gambling websites. So be careful when sending your money to such wallets. The holder will be the creator of the gambling website and they can take your money at any time.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin's future. on: July 27, 2019, 12:31:59 PM
The more new coins that are present in the crypto market, will certainly enliven the crypto world. My question is how do you look at the future of the altcoin, with fairly tight competition. Will it affect the price of old altcoins, such as Ethereum, XRP and others.
It will certainly affect the future. when real investors come to the crypto market and look forward to finding one of the potential coins and developing it together.
Currently some alts have great technology that is still underestimated beyond the top 200 CMC.
they can't grow well because they don't have a good marketing strategy.
For those who want to thrive, they really do not need good technologies, they only need to have fomo, then the business is still in the top 50 of CMC.
The most authentic example is TRON.

I think you should give up that wallet. Let's see if it's your mistake to be careless in storing letters.
I have also done many private key sequences of MEW wallets and I only accept that I have lost money.
Be careful for future times and you should store it in gmail and offline spreadsheets.

30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most alts are worth Zero on: May 01, 2019, 01:44:11 AM
The market has realized most of these coins are worth nothing and some promoters have no intention of developing the ecosystem
ICO are not good in the current market, but good ICO are definitely out there, and they still have a large number of investors. It is inevitable that some coins will not exist in this situation.

32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Less price = more profit? on: April 03, 2019, 05:43:10 PM
Friends, does it make sense to take very cheap altcoins <$ 1? I think about buying, but I am interested in your opinion. Will they leave the market and exchanges, with such a strong fall?
Investing in cheap altcoins is very risky. But the profit is also very large. I also love buying cheap and potential altcoins. But decide carefully
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to cash out perhaps ? on: April 03, 2019, 05:36:08 PM
This week has provided good signs already with a massive growth in value of bitcoin and other crypto currencies
Everyone is claiming bull run is here, Satoshi is back and so on but I think that’s greed setting in

I believe this is the time to cash out if you are in profit already
in the past 24 hours price of btc and other altcoins are up a lot. I think it will continue to increase, not just stop there. And here is the time for you to continue investing
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to make money on cryptocurrency in 2019 on: April 03, 2019, 05:27:32 PM
Let's start with the fact that just after almost a year and a half not many can earn money on bounty, and this is a very ungrateful job. I think this year the situation will not change, and it will be still difficult to make money on bounty.

What to do? Is there a way out?

Yes, there is one single way out, this is work on yourself for free, spend all the time that goes to the bounty for self-education, the study of new trends, those that require intellectual activity.

For example, out of 1,000 people performing the bounty, 70% will continue to fulfill them in the hope that in the future they will get rich. 25% will simply come out of this whole story and the cryptocurrency for them will only be experience and memory. But only 5% will understand that this niche is only developing, and experts, experts in their field are required here, they will start exploring other ways of making money, it could be programming, marketing. And of these 5% only 5 people will not give up and will work hard to reach their goal.

What I am talking about, people give up very easily, without even trying, losing their chance to gain experience, possible earnings. If you just think about the fact that very low% of people really try to achieve something, then theoretically everyone can achieve anything, you just need to make the effort and time.

Thus, those people who may not even be very capable, but they have motivation, they understand that nothing is impossible, they reach heights.

I did not try to convince anyone or something else, I just wanted to talk, to express my opinion on this matter.

I wish you good luck and patience!
Investing in IEO is one of the most potential ways of checking money at the moment. Most of the IEOs marketed on the exchanges have the potential to help us feel safer
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto is getting ready for nice rally. Are you ready? on: April 03, 2019, 05:14:12 PM
From 2018 till date, we are getting awesome news on crypto. But market went into opposite. But hope progress can be made on SEC and/ or CFTC approval, US gov is back on action. Large name like Fidelity, IFC etc are quite confident in btc. Plus ethereum constantinopole hardfork is due. So future is bright, may be this rally will be ended but next bull run will be longer and higher
actually we have been looking forward to this for a long time. This is the opportunity for you to invest in crypto. But invest carefully because there are many risks in the market
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be aware, so many scam coins are around on: April 02, 2019, 05:23:35 PM
Now that most of the people are well aware of scam ICOs, scammer has found another way to scam people. I have observed 3 projects till now which I will list here and give you a highlights how they scam people, specially the newbie.

1. Privcy
Privacy was a free airdropped coin which was distributed freely over the community for helping promoting the project. Later, they decide to reward more to the holder of the coin in airdrops. The more coin you hold, the more airdrop coin you get. Newbies started to buy coins for getting more airdrop coin and DEV were selling their coin. I am sure they had a lot of fake accounts participating in the Airdrop. Can you believe they scammed people in such a way? Now, the project is died, 24 hour volume is- $620 which was less than $100 couple of weeks ago.

2. Profish
Profish was an ICO which came into the exchange before the bounty end. They were listed in mercatox and used to have some fake volumes. I don't know what happened to their ICO but they sold a lot of coins through mercatox and later, the price is now 1 or 2 satoshi from 650 satoshi. This is also a dead project. They scammed people.

3. Helios Protocol- Be aware
Helios Protocol is now airdropping coin to their community. This attract my eyes when I see user vectisitch was vouching the project. He was a moderator in privcy, so, there's no doubt that both of the project are from same person and this helios shit is also going to scam money. I want to alert you guys not to invest in this scam project.
Here is the vouching comment- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5118682.msg50087444#msg50087444

Thanks for your advice. I am a newbie and I really need such posts. It is really difficult to decide to join or invest in some ICOs. There are many risks. Even if I invest in ICOs that don't have potential, it's really bad
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are altcoins useless? on: April 02, 2019, 05:18:40 PM
Now days we have more than 1 000 altcoins on the market. The question is, are people really using them? Frankly speaking only bitcoin, ethereum and monero are used for P2P payments. All others are used mainly for speculation purposes. Is it worth buying altcoins now days? I guess no, because all of them excluding tether are following bitcoin price chart.  I mean if bitcoin is going up or down, altcoins are doing same. (Tether is connected to US dollar rate and used mainly for arbitrage trading purposes) So do we really need altcoins? Regarding platforms, only ethereum is mainly used, and mostly for creating ERC tokens. All others, like waves, neo, etc are used very rarely. Monero is used mosly for shady deals because it is untraceable. (I doubt about that, because one dude who opened a shop on a dark web for selling drugs was cached by police last week. For communication he used 3 level protected VPN and was accepting payments only in monero) https://www.wired.com/story/monero-privacy/ You can read about dark web here. https://www.techadvisor.co.uk/how-to/internet/dark-web-3593569/ days. The main question is: Do we really need altcoins? Or Bitcoin, Ethereum and Monero are enough for crypto comunity this days?

I think altcooin was created to help the crypto market grow a lot. Because alcoin is representative of ICOs. It represents the development and potential of those ICOs. That helps attract investors and develop crypto market a lot
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers will go after IEO soon on: April 02, 2019, 04:53:25 PM
Very soon scammers will find ways to make IEO their new source of scamming innocent people ,newbies especially please be on watch out and thread carefully ,invest only in IEOs that are launched on popular exchanges
-----Scam ideas that might be possible from my thoughts
1) very soon scammers will start building new exchanges just to lure victims
2) And through these exchanges they will start promoting Fake IEO projects just to make investors invest there hard earned cash and bang they will disappeared in thin air.
Remember that huge money are made through IEO this days and hardcap are easily met so be on the watch out ,scammers will surely do there best.I believe IEO is a effect way of investment in 2019 and so far so good ,many IEOs already double up or even triple up there IEO price per token and its a very good sign .thanks
The IEO is still a big piece of cake to invest in. I agree with you about the scammer will find out how to scam us. But I believe developers will always come up with better ways to develop their projects.
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could a coin price be locked in place? on: April 02, 2019, 04:45:07 PM
I'm not talking about these supposed stablecoins like Tether, but normal coins.  Let's say an agreement was made among all the major Bitcoin exchanges.  Starting January 1, a Bitcoin is worth $5000 USD, plain and simple, and that's it.  The price never goes higher or lower.  A Bitcoin is $5000 today, tomorrow, next week, next month, etc.  NOTHING changes it.  Not a war, not the economy, not Trump getting re-elected (which he will, he's doing a great job), nothing.

I wonder if that could be done and what the effect would be.

One effect is that I wouldn't be buying BTC, because with no price volatility, how could I ever make a profit?  But one good thing is that normal companies may be more inclined to use Bitcoin, since its price is now fixed and does not change.
It is very difficult to happen. The market must always be volatile that helps investors like us to operate. And because there is nothing back for the value of Bitcoin, it cannot be as stable as money
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bounty hunter paid USDT? on: March 27, 2019, 08:44:52 PM
do you agree if the bounty hunter is paid USDT?
the good or bad impact on investors and the development of the ICO project, give your reasons
I think ICOs want to pay for the bounty hunter with their altcoin. Because that's how to make altco's ico circulate in the market and attract investors. That's why they won't pay the hunter in USDT
