now the market falls again, do we still have hope to be able to see bull run. no one knows when the market can recover. even with the many good news about the ethereum hardfork unable to make the market jump. so I thought bull run would only be a dream for all of us.

Ico is still not dead. If we have fully judge that ico is dead, then why is that there is still many ico nowadays. It is not dead, it is not just healthy because of the bad market.

They are doing the best that they can in order to fraud other people. The funny fact of it, if they do that doing the bounty campaigns all the time that they used, maybe they get better result. I just guess that they are lazy.

What if we everybody stop to promote a project which offers only token?
For launching a project, the project owner or developer should have some money to promote the project. Say for example- they have to escrow a minimum of 40% of the bounty allocation in term of usd or btc. Only then we can prevent scam ico and bounty hunter will get their money. Can we start following this rule?
