In my opinion not all bounty share 2% for bounty, and all the bounty are not same. Bounties are useful for an ICO to make people known about it and it's one of cheapest way they have to do so. But I have to say there is one part, I which is stupid in bounty campains, that the price falls to one-third almost till you receive tokens. It is annoying and suck really.

I don't think investing in bitcoin is not a foolish thing, many companies use bitcoin so high demand and high prices. Some of those people who invested in bitcoin have made a lot of money over the past one year or so and it is the best long-term investment out there now. And I think the only person going to end up foolish is the one who doesn't invest in Bitcoin while he still has the chance.
