Safe or not it depends on the project developer.
If you search well about project before investing, it is safe for sure. There are lots of ICOs and their number increasing everyday. So there are some scams naturally. Thats why you need to search well before you investing in it.

Two are good and have great developers.
My personal opinion is to hold ethereum, cause ethereum is great coin with unlimited potential. I mean you can do anything in his platform such as make token or building dApps etc...

I think Fork or not, investing on ethereum is still a good idea. The price of ethereum will definitely reach the prices that bitcoin reached last year.

I don’t think there is an easy way to figure out which ICO is really good other than researching. You should some research about the ICO you want and if they have a working product that could be legit also you look for websites like ICO bench it will help you.
Hard to find good ico in these day, but I can suggest some way to do that:
- Follow successful people on buying ICO
- Find connection between that project to real life
- Check out community number

In my opinion it is not time to invest now, there is still plenty of time to wait until all dumps, especially btc,
If you think that this is the best time to buy, just do it.
But you missed that dip, now the price is at $13k, it is not low, but it is not high too.
Just make your thoughs over this.. I wouldn't buy at this price, i would wait a little bit longer for a new dip.

It is a great coin and having so much potential hidden in it.
From my opinion, it is perfect privacy coin and it's undervalued.
They have good marketing and are pretty high in all exchanges/forums, this and the project solidity makes it a good deal...

I would use My Ether Wallet as it is very easy to set up and great for 99% of all alt coins. I think the only wallet that can handle almost all coins in the market or even those not in the market yet is My EtherWallet.

Next thing will be decentralized exchanges for sure. Already few of them are being developped (KNC, Ox) and more are coming in ICOS.
They make it very abundant, and such companies do not run out of ideas to make ICO. and Investors use this to get token.
in the end they just want money.
