I have never met such people. I think the reason for hatred may be loss of bitcoins because of a lost or forgotten private key, or kidnapping by hackers. But both are the fault of the owner. Either it's not healthy skepticism of a person don't know anything about cryptocurrencies or who failed to buy considering that less than 1 BTC cannot be bought (yes, many still think so).

The best time is right now. Tomorrow may be too late. A year ago when bitcoin was $ 1K it seemed to many that is the limit and the price should fall. But they were wrong. Do not repeat their mistake.

Depends on your goal. If the goal is to save, then I think it is better to put the savings in the bank and part of the savings to invest in bitcoin I think it would be reasonable. If the goal is to multiply, depends on your expectations. You can invest in bitcoin or you can look at the altcoins, because bitcoin grow in 2 3 5 times will be much harder than the altcoins.

For me bitcoin is both a payment instrument and a way of accumulation and a way of increasing capital.  Three things in one.
