21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MIRACLE TELE SCAM??? on: September 24, 2019, 05:45:08 PM
Of course, one cannot say that this is a completely fraudulent project. They work as a mobile operator and provide the necessary services. Their one of the main mistakes was that they declared too much passive income at 40 percent of the profit, which they began to pay not from profit, but from sold tokens. After that, the team made a number of managerial mistakes, including the frequent change of payment conditions. However, their decision not to pay passive income on tokens received as a result of participating in the ICO bounty campaigns can only be called cheating and fraud. It is also an actual deception not to give the opportunity to withdraw the already accrued amount of passive income and tie it to the need to buy their SIM card. Now another team is allegedly trying to rectify the situation. Well, let's see what happens.
Yes, they are still swaying afloat. Their mistakes did not kill them, but in order to rise again, they needed a MIRACLE Grin Maybe they were named so not by chance? Undecided
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investors are impatient and too quick to judge projects on: September 23, 2019, 02:42:25 PM
Every project needs time to develop, but a solid project cannot afford to decrease its price by 70 percent from the token sale level. It is unacceptable for the most investors and I cannot blame them for complains after such results.
On the other hand, no one forced these investors to buy an asset that caused big losses. Investors themselves create such conditions when it becomes possible to list unsecured assets on exchanges.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: waiting for altcoin season might take time on: September 18, 2019, 05:26:49 AM
From what I have seen, each expert had his opinion, I think that in order not to be left behind you always have to invest in emerging altcoins and evaluate new options of exchanges that offer new alternatives.
For example, with the ecosystem that supports the Mintme platform, you can also multiply your Webchain cryptocurrencies with the JavaScript web miner of CoinIMP. In addition, the Mintme platform has a new form of crowdfunding, generation of Tokens, and a digital market place, that allows the support of creators, traders and investors in the same place. It seems a good alternative to study.

Yes, buying new assets is the right strategy. But money can end quickly if you constantly invest in new coins. Of course, if you do nothing, then you can miss your chance. But the best strategy is somewhere in between. Objects for investment must be skillfully selected, how exactly everyone decides for himself. And this is the hardest part.
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: are you ready for the next ride on: September 17, 2019, 02:24:42 PM
I do not think that everything is so simple. History repeats itself, it is a well-known fact. But there is something new in every turn of the spiral of history. In this case, it will be a update of the TOP 10. You can be sure of only BTC and ETH. Moreover, that big run will be in two+ years.
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Dont be surprised if ETH hits 4000$ on: September 15, 2019, 06:06:27 AM
.....
all options is possible for all cryptocurrency including ethereum
i think $4000 is to high for eth before 2021, but $40 is too low for eth before 2021 mate
and maybe the most reasonable price for eth is about $2000 before 2021  Wink
Yes, it seems that the real price of ETH for a couple of years can be between 100 and 1000 (hardly 2000). But at the same time, I remember the fall of 2017-January 2018. This was a non-stop surprise.
Thus, neither news nor promising roadmaps can be a reliable argument for the forecast. This is some kind of contradiction: the impossibility to predict within reasonable limits, but perhaps something that we do not even expect.
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Dont be surprised if ETH hits 4000$ on: September 13, 2019, 06:45:27 PM
LOL,you put too many zeros at the end. Dont be surprised when it hits 40 USD,
Yes, this option is also possible Grin
Crypto assets are not always simple in their behavior. If there is good news, the price may fall and persist in case of bad news.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are ICOs success factors? on: September 12, 2019, 02:59:51 PM
I followed the link to take the survey. I answered the first question, “no,” and the survey ended Grin

The research seems educational but it only focuses on finding the elements that are essential for an ICO to become successful which is

more partial to the team that conducted it. At least the research should have included the plight of those poor investors who have chosen

to invest and hold their stakes in a hyped ICO that successfully managed to generate large funding but did poor project development or hasn't produced

a final product yet to the dismay of its investors.
Exactly.
The criterion for the success of ICO is to reach a hard cap. The method of crowdfunding is not important. it is important how the team will work after the end of ICO, STO, IEO.
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: $MWAT a true worthy investment on: September 11, 2019, 03:56:15 AM
Oh, you have the right reaction. I also get the impression: the goal of a cryptoproject team with more than one way to finance is to raise as much money as possible from the community at an early stage. This is disappointing in relation to this project. But let's hope for the best.
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: crypto and gold on: September 04, 2019, 07:51:13 PM
***I have no ideas what 2-5 years is for you long or medium. ***
Medium term up to 2-3 years.

***But no mater how good, Bitcoin or Monero can do way way way better. But on the other hand they can also fail big, while gold cant at all.
From 2011 to 2016, gold fell by a third. You can see this with a Google search.
Of course, volatility is not comparable to cryptocurrency. But it was hard even for some long-term investors.
If risk-free investments exist, then not for ordinary investors.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you use crypto? on: September 03, 2019, 06:25:06 PM
Like many, I just hold a bit various crypto assets. But also sometimes I use it as payments. This is usually ethereum, as transactions in this blockchain are cheaper and faster than in bitcoin. I like it. As some of my payments can in no way be in related with me.
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: $MWAT a true worthy investment on: September 03, 2019, 06:13:09 PM
At one time, I got several tokens of this company as a reward. As a crypto asset, this token holds on well vs BTC and ETH. As a company, they have prospects, although they have competitors to one degree or another. So, I am hold this token. It is likely that this asset will benefit in the future.

what exchange are they on?

Or was this question not to find out?
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: crypto and gold on: September 01, 2019, 01:22:23 PM
I agree with the previous speaker. But in many ways, the answer for the OP depends on how you look at this question.
Long term
Gold is likely to save money.
Cryptocurrency is a risky investment.
Med term
Gold is a low risk investment
Cryptocurrency is an investment with high potential.
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We need regulation pretty bad on: August 28, 2019, 01:31:58 PM

i am not very sure about what you are trying to say here, but regarding shady places you don't have to forecast anything, you just have to look at the history. each time an exchange that previously didn't have any KYC starts forcing KYC on its users, there is a mass migration to other platforms most of which were shady before and don't require KYC.
I do not know such facts. But I get at this is most likely the case.
But what does that change? First, all existing exchanges will be forced to become transparent. Then the authorities will begin to prohibit and close those who will not obey. It is the matter of time.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Another Bear Market coming soon? on: August 27, 2019, 03:51:03 PM
Yes it will always happen but be optimistic about it.  I like this market because I can buy more altcoins at low prices and I believe it will be very valuable in the future.

I agree and think that the bearish market will come, but not in the nearest future. We have just passed the bottom and no altcoins have shown their bullish trend yet, so before we would dive into the bearish market again, we will see another bullish wave.
If altcoins have not shown an uptrend, then why do you say that "We have just passed the bottom"? A new wave of bears is also likely as a bullish wave, as Bitcoin is in consolidation.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We need regulation pretty bad on: August 26, 2019, 03:06:20 PM
no we don't need regulations at all and the worst part is that regulation is not going to solve anything in the way you think they are!

the same scams are going to continue to happen if not more if this market was heavily regulated and people were restricted about what they could create. that would just push people into off-the-market and in shady places for trading.

the solution to the problem you are concerned with is so easy! people simply have to stop giving away their money to any random person who asks for it in return for garbage.
Perhaps you know about this phenomenon: individually, a person is smart, and the crowd of such people is stupid.
Therefore, there are laws governing human relations. Unfortunately, I see that this also applies to the crypto community.
How people act in accordance with the laws is largely dependent on the laws. Therefore, I would not make forecasts regarding "shady places for trading".
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading advice needed on: August 25, 2019, 01:48:39 PM
No one will help you.
Trade is the path of the loner.
But there is something in common for everyone:
- trading system;
- risk management;
- patience and a lot of time.
If you have time for independent work or for paying for training a guru, study. Create your own trading system and trade on paper. If successful, then in small volumes on real assets ...
If you do not follow this, then this will be a gamble with an unpredictable random outcome.
37  Economy / Exchanges / Re: HitBTC lowers its fees on: August 23, 2019, 12:42:47 PM
0.07% is a really low commission. It’s a pity that I am not an active trader. With my trading volumes I had no problems with them. Although I did not need to withdraw funds. They clearly do not want anyone to withdraw funds from their accounts Grin
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Could this be the start of a great pump? on: August 22, 2019, 07:42:04 PM
***
The real FOMO may start from this $10k, but we just need a little pump to kick start it, we need a very rich investor to just put in some big amount of money, so that the value can drastically increase and then attracting ever waiting investors to start demanding for more of bitcoin which will make it continue to rise till bull run.
Why on earth do you think so? This summer, after a local maximum of 13K7, Bitcoin crossed the 10K price several times. Why has FOMO not started at 10K before?
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ethereum and stellar on: August 19, 2019, 07:49:55 PM
cut

Both coins are good for investing from a fundamental point of view. But technically ... Falling prices may not be the right signal to buy. Since January 2018, both coins are in a downtrend vs BTC. Even large trading volumes in the spring of 2019 did not stop these trends.
You should think carefully before investing when the market is falling.

What do you mean that falling price is not a good signal to buy? If you have bought Ethreum in the $80 range, then definitely you have been profiting by this time. But if you are aiming for more profit next year then definitely HODL and then continue to accumulate. As far as I know smart investors are doing this strategy. Buy/HODL, rinse and repeat.
I argue that the downtrend is not the right signal to buy. When ETH cost $85, was anyone sure this was the bottom? I remember that the bottom of Ethereum was, according to various analysts, 300, and then 200 ... A year ago, you could buy Ethereum for $300 and not withstand losses.
When making a trade, you must clearly understand what losses you accept and what profit you expect. Otherwise, this is a game. Believe me, playing in a casino is more fun Wink
