This burnside stuff was somewhat annoying, probably won't be doing it again in another auction.  Please tell me if there has been a mistake here.
If you are dealing with burnside, please forward me a copy of all burnside correspondence and copy me on future correspondence, if you don't mind.  Some people told me they PMed burnside but I don't know what's going on.

Looks to me like burnside CC'd you on all our correspondence, only had one other PM asking if I'd received a previous PM. Dunno why it should drag out so, but I am sorry that it's been this much trouble for you, only really moved those shares to BCT-TC as a matter of convenience. Sad

I've already paid burnside the 30,6BTC, maybe he just can't pay you yet cause he went over the ~3BTC/day withdrawal limit on BCT-TC?  Cheesy Roll Eyes

I hope those updates were helpful to people.  It was a good exercise for my Python script.

Well i liked it, maybe just tweak the update interval a bit.

Tip on it's way  Wink

Got a 2nd slightly more in depth response.

Thank you for your reply and we apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused. We have reached the daily limit for withdrawal that was imposed on us by our bank and all withdrawals are now being queued for processing and all will be processed according to the daily queue and we will keep you updated once processed and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks,

As someone who's invested in ASICMINER for the dividends, not the "capital growth", a rush of share buying for the purposes of securing a discount on miniminer units (do they even have a real name yet?)

Satoshi Stick(s)? Pool Qs? Hash Bar(s)?  Cheesy

I've been waiting to receive a sepa withdrawal for 11 days now, waiting for their support to reply.

Ditto, 10days wait and I just got this:
Quote from: mtgox support
"Thank you for waiting and sorry for delay. We were able to locate the transaction in question. It appears that our bank is still in the middle of processing the funds, and we will keep you updated once the transactions is processed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks,

MtGox.com Team"

So the transfer hasn't even been sent yet, not a happy camper right now... Angry

I'll take you up on your buy it now offer price.
99 bitcoins for all 215 shares.

How do you want to proceed?
Wait till friedcat responds to this thread?
Or go with escrow?

I don't mind either option.

Thanks.

You've got a deal Grin  decent luck too, as I was considering cancelling the auction heh
Personally I'd like friedcat to respond, since he's responsible for the practicalities of the transfer of ownership and there's really no pressing need to start transferring any funds until he's involved.
I say we let your offer stand for a week and if there's no response from FC by that time, then we can work out a plan for escrow or whatever we can both agree to.
Feel free to PM me with any questions you might have.

To everyone else esp. Vezunchik  and TradeFortress, thanks for bidding and keeping my thread alive, much appreciated  Cheesy

The auction is now on on hold, pending feedback from friedcat.
Winner: Wisard @ 99BTC for 215 shares.
35  Economy / Auctions / Re: 215 ASICMINER shares for sale @ 99BTC or best offer {First come..] on: February 16, 2013, 04:33:48 AM
That's the most likely scenario at present, just note that any fees for the escrow service should be paid by the buyer.
Got any particular agent(s) in mind? I'm sure the other bidders here would find the information useful as well Smiley
36  Economy / Auctions / Re: 215 ASICMINER shares for sale @ 99BTC or best offer {First come..] on: February 16, 2013, 03:13:12 AM
All@0.391. confirmation or escrow is required.

Let's try and keep bid increments at at least 1BTC total or 0.005BTC per share in the future? (My own fault for not specifying it earlier I suppose:-X)

I'll also just add that: I have no intention of closing the auction/accepting any payment until friedcat has replied to my request for confirmation. How long that will take is beyond my control, I imagine he's monstrously busy getting hardware online atm.
37  Economy / Auctions / Re: 215 ASICMINER shares for sale @ 99BTC or best offer {First come..] on: February 15, 2013, 09:25:15 PM
Sorry it was ALL@0.390 BTC...

That's ok, Either denomination is fine by me.
But for good measure I'll just note that the "Buy it now" price of 99BTC works out to 0.4605BTC/share(rounded up)
38  Economy / Auctions / Re: 215 ASICMINER shares for sale @ 99BTC or best offer {First come..] on: February 15, 2013, 06:19:30 PM
I guess you have to give a chance for the buyer to be sure that you have the shares, right? A 3rd party escrow is definitely needed.
215*0.32 BTC = 68.8 BTC

And I agree - you need escrow and proof of ownership.

215 @ 0.33

W/ proof of ownership and trustworthy escrow.

Very valid point, even reiterated, I have already contacted friedcat to confirm ownership, but we all know how busy the poor guy is  Undecided
Hopefully he'll find a minute to drop a post for confirmation here, as for escrow that is certainly doable, though any cost associated is IMHO buyers responsibility.
If there's anything else I can do to settle any concerns you may have, just post here or PM and I'll try and reply asap.
39  Economy / Auctions / 215 ASICMINER shares for sale @ 99BTC or best offer {First come..] on: February 15, 2013, 12:41:59 AM
Hi

Unfortunately the time has come where i must 'cash in' my stake in ASICMINER,

I have 215 shares for sale for 99BTC total or best offer.

Any dividends paid by ASICMINER, will belong to the buyer, which includes the 1st dividend of 0.1BTC/share.

This is a "buy it now" style auction, first to offer 99BTC will get the 215 shares as soon as the transaction is verified. The buyer will be contacted and within 24H a signed message of sale will be posted here in thread as well as E-mail sent to friedcat informing him of the transfer.
You can bid less than 99BTC, but bids must be for all 215 shares, no partial bids!, also I reserve the right not to sell if the price does not meet my reserve.

At the end of auction, Payment must be made to: 1HszYGg6YhUJTahLUmjWbrcwbuQrjD3cQ2
Highest bidder will be contacted and must make payment within 24H, in case no payment is made the next highest bidder will be considered to have won the auction and they will have another 24H to complete payment.
Auction will end when the 99BTC price is reached; Or at my discretion if it isn't met, but no sooner than 24H after last bid.

Feel free to ask here or in PM if you have any further questions.

Best Regards
   LagMo

Optionally a stock swap for ASICMINER shares instead of a buy-back might be an interesting possibility for some  Wink
