Hi

Unfortunately the time has come where i must 'cash in' my stake in ASICMINER,

I have 215 shares for sale for 99BTC total or best offer.

Any dividends paid by ASICMINER, will belong to the buyer, which includes the 1st dividend of 0.1BTC/share.

This is a "buy it now" style auction, first to offer 99BTC will get the 215 shares as soon as the transaction is verified. The buyer will be contacted and within 24H a signed message of sale will be posted here in thread as well as E-mail sent to friedcat informing him of the transfer.
You can bid less than 99BTC, but bids must be for all 215 shares, no partial bids!, also I reserve the right not to sell if the price does not meet my reserve.

At the end of auction, Payment must be made to: 1HszYGg6YhUJTahLUmjWbrcwbuQrjD3cQ2
Highest bidder will be contacted and must make payment within 24H, in case no payment is made the next highest bidder will be considered to have won the auction and they will have another 24H to complete payment.
Auction will end when the 99BTC price is reached; Or at my discretion if it isn't met, but no sooner than 24H after last bid.

Feel free to ask here or in PM if you have any further questions.

Best Regards
   LagMo

I guess you have to give a chance for the buyer to be sure that you have the shares, right? A 3rd party escrow is definitely needed.

215*0.32 BTC = 68.8 BTC

And I agree - you need escrow and proof of ownership.

Very valid point, even reiterated, I have already contacted friedcat to confirm ownership, but we all know how busy the poor guy is  Undecided
Hopefully he'll find a minute to drop a post for confirmation here, as for escrow that is certainly doable, though any cost associated is IMHO buyers responsibility.
If there's anything else I can do to settle any concerns you may have, just post here or PM and I'll try and reply asap.

Sorry it was ALL@0.390 BTC...

That's ok, Either denomination is fine by me.
But for good measure I'll just note that the "Buy it now" price of 99BTC works out to 0.4605BTC/share(rounded up)

All@0.391. confirmation or escrow is required.

Let's try and keep bid increments at at least 1BTC total or 0.005BTC per share in the future? (My own fault for not specifying it earlier I suppose:-X)

I'll also just add that: I have no intention of closing the auction/accepting any payment until friedcat has replied to my request for confirmation. How long that will take is beyond my control, I imagine he's monstrously busy getting hardware online atm.

I imagine friedcat probably won't have the time to look at your message for now. You okay with sending the payment to a trusted escrow we both agree on, and the BTC goes to you when can transfer the shares / dividends?

That's the most likely scenario at present, just note that any fees for the escrow service should be paid by the buyer.
Got any particular agent(s) in mind? I'm sure the other bidders here would find the information useful as well Smiley

I suggest John (johnthedong) but I'm open to other escrow agents if they are trustworthy, of course I will pay fees / tip Smiley

I'll take you up on your buy it now offer price.
99 bitcoins for all 215 shares.

How do you want to proceed?
Wait till friedcat responds to this thread?
Or go with escrow?

I don't mind either option.

Thanks.
