it's not that big of a deal if your bank is crypto friendly. You can sell your tokens (ETH uasualy) at any reputable exchange and then withdraw fiat money to your bank account. You will probably have to pass some kyc/aml procedures, but it should be ok if your bank is , as mentioned, crypto-friendly.
If not, refer to Mistertango.com. We (btc exchange) have partnered with them for crypto related transactions. They are crypto friendly, but all the regular AML/KYC procedures is still a must.

I am sorry for your bad experience. I hope either Mistertango or BTC-exchange.com come up with a justifiable response. Though I believe you cannot just receive transfers from anonymous people.
I just got verified with Mistertango and shot some email to see what documents they may need for incoming wire transfers because I deposit my money through a financial institution. I wish they are more clear about what documents they need for incoming transfers. That makes it much easier.
Also, it would be nice if they offer a VIP/Premium plan. I do not mind pay more to get better support. Right now it's been a few days that I got verified but cannot open the application because I do not receive sms verification code (I am in Canada) I emailed them, they said they fixed the sms issue and asked me to try again. I tried again but same problem!
Ali, I will soon deal with this ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

If this is the same thing, is the conversion rate also the same? The BTC address is different at least.
Both functions will exchange your BTC to EUR. The upper one may actually not be processed if market prices moves more than 5% (as informed on their note (click the "?"), while the lower option will always exchange.

Does this service offer a "bitcoin wallet" with ability to convert BTC-fiat on the fly only when needed?
I want to know to answer as well, planning to get a mistertango card, but still no idea how to send bitcoin to mistertango account as there is no such info on it. Anyone? EDIT: Okay, I just registered an acccount and saw the BTC → EUR bitcoin address on right top. ok, but can you decide to keep BTC or they are converted as soon es you deposit them? I read on a prior page that you get multiple BTC deposit addresses - one will convert to fiat immediately, another will let you keep your BTC as BTC on the exchange. No so sure, and yet I found 2 ways of BTC deposit in account home page:- ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FniOb9dl.jpg&t=663&c=jI6qxAG6X6x0ZQ) No idea what is the difference, anyone can enlighten me? Same question, whats the differente? The BTC - EUR address will convert your BTC immediately, the Bitcoin address will let you deposit BTC and hold it as BTC until you sell it yourself. No. This is the same thing. It is an option to deposit EUR by exchanging BTC. In order to Buy and hold BTC, you have to use BTC.exchange.com (click "Bitcoin market" near the logo)

On Bitcoin network the receiving wallet doesn't have to pay for anything. So I don't really understand how the network fees (which I know they are big, I hope that you at least use SegWit wallets), can affect you, it's me who has to pay the network fee when I send Bitcoin to you. Can you please explain better, maybe there's a misunderstanding. I want to send Bitcoin and convert it to fiat which I'd spend from the Mistertango card.
This is our monetization policy. You get the free trading in return. Please lower the commission on withdrawing and depositing bitcoins. Recent bitcoin commissions lowered to 55 satoshi, and that is ~1USD. Kraken for example takes fixed 0,001BTC fee and takes no commission on trades until end of January. 1% and 0,01BTC is way to expensive taking in mind current bitcoin prices.
We will adjust it as soon as that network fee will be closer to what it was before it skyrocketed. Other exchanges tax your trading while we - don't.

Hello, I see BTC/JPYprice gap is huge compared to BTC/EUR. Take a look at this thread about arbitrage opportunity that Mistertango and BTC-Exchange collaboration provides. It suits Japanese too: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2775675.0Mistertango.com is crypto-friendly electronic money institution (similar to bank). BTC-Exchange.com - is a BTC/EUR exchange.

Hello, The main thing behind this opportunity is Mistertango's collaboration with BTC-exchange.com. Mistertango.com is a crypto friendly EU bank with CC top up option for fast FIAT deposit. All your money at Mistertango account are instantly available at BTC-exchange.com for EUR/BTC purchase (no trading fees!). We withdraw BTC as soon as possible (next block) for 1% and (!) no less than 0.005 BTC withdrawal fee to your desired exchange/wallet. All of this is basically an hour-or-two fast cycle. These two are legit 2-3 year old companies with all the necessary licences. I'd recommend to enable the 2FA security option right away, since this helps to pass primal inspections faster. We have a few hundred Korean customer already, so I'm sure someone will assure you here that all of this is safe, fraud-less and legit. To start doing this arbitrage scheme:1. Pass the Mistertango verification process (which takes up to 1 hour and requires to download their android/iOS app even today when most exchanges have suspended sign ups), 2. Activate the 2FA security option (must do for this scheme; activation is done on your Mistertango account), 3. Top the balance up and... 4. ... start buying BTC at BTC-exchange.com instantly. I would recommend to withdraw from BTC-exchange.com in at least 0.5 BTC amounts to keep withdrawal cost as low as 1%. 5. Withdraw your cheap BTC to your preferred exchange, sell them there and... 6. ... top up Mistertango's account again to repeat the cycle. Note in advance: Your first few BTC withdrawals will probably be suspended for security review (better do these first transactions during working days on business hours), but after that - your're all free to rush it. Note: only EUR/BTC pair is available for now. More to come in (hopefully) half a year. This is our FAQs and you can submit a question there if necessary: https://mistertango.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/16000057851https://uabbitmarket.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/35000114719Regards, Arthur | BTC-exchange.com

Its not a local exchange firstly and also how much experience do you have running this site. What is the stats as no of users registered, total trading volume of the site per day and per month? Also who are involved in the team etc. Kindly let us know about it.
The topic says "arbitrage opportunity" and the thread offers to use a combo of our AND local exchange (like Koinex). There's little chance you could do a profitable arbitrage only on local exchanges. And it is hard to move FIAT in EU, so that is why BTC-exchange comes in handy with our partnership with crypto friendly bank Mistertango. That's the thing. We are averaging at least 50 BTC turnover a day, but recently (mostly due to Korean situation) we generate no less than 100 BTC a day. So, at least 1500 BTC on a monthly basis. The exchange was established back in 2014 and mostly was popular locally (in Lithuania, EU). All team members have 10+ years of experience in web and business development.

I agree. Looks like a scam. The transaction price itself will be higher than the arbitrage.
If our transaction price is a problem for you, then better skip us. But we are not a fraud and accusations like that is not a joke. Especially when you obviously have spent no time on check us out.

stay away from sites without any identity , for minor profit you can be victim of huge fraud.
Well, Mistertango and Bitmarket (BTC-Exchange.com) companies are both legit and were founded +2 years ago, so no worries there.

Mistertango is currently balancing their CC top up fee, so stay alerted on its size.

Since this is the link between the Bitcoin world and Mistertango cards, you should really find a solution for people that don't have one Bitcoin and still want to spend money using your businesses. A normal exchange fee usually is 0.2%. I would accept even 2-3% (!) without problems - that's the fee range for Bitcoin cards nowadays, without "low" limits, allowing bearable fees for much lower amounts too. For now your fees made me skip Mistertango card and look for something else.
Hello, Mistertango card fee is 2%. Btc-exchange.com trading is free, but BTC withdrawal/deposit is 1% but not less than 0.005/0.0025 BTC accordingly. And that minimum fee is due to huge recent networks fees. Other exchanges compensate that from trading fee, our main and only revenue comes from BTC withdrawal/deposit. In other words, what you asking for would simply kill us. Not because we are greedy, but because network fees.

Hello, why there is a note "waiting staff confirmation" when trying to send btc?
This is for security reasons. We got suspicious and want to take a better look at it. Don't worry, if everything is ok, we will confirm the transaction in 15-60 minutes during business hours*. If your transactions got suspended outside working hours, sadly, you will have to wait for it. *Business hours (GMT +2): I-V: 8:60-17:30 VI-VII: support is closed Where are the terms of reference for using your exchange?
There are no terms for trading BTC now. But You have to pass the identification process to open Mistertango's account. [Update] Terms of use: https://uabbitmarket.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/35000041117-terms-of-use
