we'd like to open our own official thread in this community. We are a Bitcoin marketplace and operate only under domains named below:

• BTC-exchange.com
• Bitmarket.lt
• Bitmarket.lv
• Bitmarket.ee

Bitmarket JSC is Lithuania based company. We have strong partnership with Mistertango.com bank and this lets us withdraw Your BTC in EUR currency very effectively and at no cost.
Our BTC marketplace (Bitmarket.lt) was launched back in November, 2013.

For now, BTC-exchange.com only operates in BTC/EUR pair trading.

Our fees:

• BTC/EUR trading fee - 0%.
• BTC wallet deposit fee - 1%, but no less than 0.0025 BTC.
• BTC wallet withdraw fee - 1%, but no less than 0.0025 BTC. Updated on 2018-03-01
• Mistertango account (to deposit/withdraw EUR) - free of charge.
• EUR deposit/withdrawall - free of charge.

How to start trading on BTC-exchange.com
In order to start trading You have sign up to Mistertango account and pass the identification steps. This will give You an access to our BTC-exchange.com BTC/EUR trading platform. Here are the steps to start:
1. Sign up for Mistertango.com account here: https://mistertango.com.
2. In order to identify Yourself You'll have to download Mistertango's app.

• iOS devices: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/mistertango/id1242266601?mt=8

3. Deposit a desired EUR amount to Your Mistertango account.
4. Your deposited EUR is instantly available at BTC-exchange.com for BTC purchase or trading. After You purchase BTC at a market/desired price, respective amount or EUR is charged. And vice versa - after You sell Your BTC, You almost instantly get Your EUR to Your Mistertango account and those are available for BTC purchases again. No trading fees!
5. In case You'd like to deposit or withdraw Bitcoins to/out of Your BTC-exchange.com wallet mind the fee.

You say that your fees are 1% but no less than 0.0025BTC. By today exchange rate 0.0025BTC will be around 35euros!!! So if I am sending 35 euros in bitcoins on top of that I have to pay another 35 euros in fees? Is it correct?

Yes. Basically, You should transfer larger amounts to get the best practice at our market. Or, open an account ant transfer FIAT free of charge. In case You don't have euros, we can provide You our exchange account to exchange USD, GBP, NOK & DKK to EUR for further use on BTC.Exchange.com

Yes. I would recommend either sending larger BTC amounts or using our free of charge FIAT deposit/withdrawal between BTC-Exchange.com and Mistertango bank account. Trading is free too.

BTC deposit/withdrawal fees are too high. I wish I had noticed that prior to purchase. Doesn't make sense for transactions under 4000-5000 EUR. Lost more than expected. SAD.

This is for security reasons. We got suspicious and want to take a better look at it.  Don't worry, if everything is ok, we will confirm the transaction in 15-60 minutes during business hours*. If your transactions got suspended outside working hours, sadly, you will have to wait for it.

*Business hours (GMT +2):
I-V: 8:60-17:30
VI-VII: support is closed

Where are the terms of reference for using your exchange?

There are no terms for trading BTC now. But You have to pass the identification process to open Mistertango's account.

A normal exchange fee usually is 0.2%. I would accept even 2-3% (!) without problems - that's the fee range for Bitcoin cards nowadays, without "low" limits, allowing bearable fees for much lower amounts too.
For now your fees made me skip Mistertango card and look for something else.

Btc-exchange.com trading is free, but BTC withdrawal/deposit is 1% but not less than 0.005/0.0025 BTC accordingly. And that minimum fee is due to huge recent networks fees. Other exchanges compensate that from trading fee, our main and only revenue comes from BTC withdrawal/deposit. In other words, what you asking for would simply kill us. Not because we are greedy, but because network fees.

On Bitcoin network the receiving wallet doesn't have to pay for anything. So I don't really understand how the network fees (which I know they are big, I hope that you at least use SegWit wallets), can affect you, it's me who has to pay the network fee when I send Bitcoin to you.
Can you please explain better, maybe there's a misunderstanding. I want to send Bitcoin and convert it to fiat which I'd spend from the Mistertango card.

Please lower the commission on withdrawing and depositing bitcoins. Recent bitcoin commissions lowered to 55 satoshi, and that is ~1USD. Kraken for example takes fixed 0,001BTC fee and takes no commission on trades until end of January. 1% and 0,01BTC is way to expensive taking in mind current bitcoin prices.

This is our monetization policy. You get the free trading in return.

Just received my card and didnt notice the high fees.

My point is to send the BTC from Coinbase into Mistertango, but when i send 200€ i only get 175€.. thats huge fees...

In comparison if i send the same 200€ from coinbase to my SEPA Account i pay 0.15cents and get the money in 3 days!

I like the idea of having a card to spend the BTC, but this is too much to handle!

Consider lower the BTC-Wallet deposit fee and you will win much more customers!
