21  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Instawallet claim process on: November 21, 2013, 12:56:47 PM
Look, there is a very precise reason a proper claims process with a proper claims interface was set up.
There is also a very precise reason why the claims period had to be limited to a fixed time-frame.
There is also a very precise reason why claims were only processed when people were able to provide the correct URL to their wallet(s).
And finally there is a very precise reason why the claims were processed through this interface and not by e-mail or by teleported napkin bits with half a URL written on them.

I think you fail to understand at least one of these reasons, tell me which one and I'll explain.

You guys can easily check in your database/systems that the evidence I have given you is correct. Richard did it! So why don't you?? As I said, I understand if I had no evidence etc... but I do. All you have to do is verify the information I gave you. Also, Im asking for you to give me back less than 20bitcoins, you guys were in charge of 10000s of bitcoins. For me these bitcoins are a lot of money! Im sure you still have enough unclaimed coins where people really have no information or have forgotten their urls, but Im trying to claim mine with the evidence and information I have of all the wallets. You know, I believe that if you really want to listen and help me out you would! Richard wanted to, and he tried, but its seems nobody else working for Paymium wants to make any effort to even listen to me! Only thing you answer is that I missed the 90 days so too bad, we are now gonna steal ur coins!! How fair is that?

The 90days window was a joke from the start. Get a lawyer. Don't wait for january as this might be an intentional delay to have whatever expire in their jurisdiction.

Hey!

Ur right, this could be a trick from their part! Im gonna be lawyering up soon. I have another lawsuit going on in Paris anyways. The only thing these guys need to do, is confirm the evidence Im giving them and transfer me back my coins. I don't understand whats so difficult about this! Im not asking for 100s or 1000s of bitcoins, im asking to get less than 20 back!

Richard (when he was still working for Paymium) was the one that was in contact with me in regards to my case. He even confirmed that the wallets belonged to me (eventhough I missed the 90 day period). I have mailed all information to Mr. Noizat as well. I just want to make sure I get my coins back during the sendmany transaction.

I talked with you by PM a month ago.
You have been answered.

Yes u said that I wont get my coins back! Which means u are stealing my coins from me because I missed the 90 day period. Since when is it allowed for a company to steal coins if somebody missed the period but is still able to prove that the coins are theirs (and have been trying to prove for 3months), and even one of the employees confirmed it. I understand you dont pay them out if I had no information/proof whatsoever, but thats not the case here. Also Its not 100s of coins.

Is it not in your/Paymiums best interest to solve the final claims which are still ongoing in regards to Instawallet? Don't you realize that the actions & things you say now will have an impact in your future career and your reputation (do you think in the future people will want to do business with thiefs? anyone can follow this thread and read it back anytime!)? Or are you guys gonna run off with the coins of the people which are in similar situation as mine? That will only prove that that is what you have been planning all along. Did you guys have this planned for a long time already? You pay back most of the coins of people, but then you selectively steal from a few people who are left behind, and while doing so you get wealthy?

I doubt you want people to associate you with this kind of behavior?

Thanks for the update! Sorry but I have never heard of the word sendmany. I have also still not been able to approve the payout as when I try to go to the url (just now) I get the message "We're sorry, but something went wrong." and before it just said another error message "Heroku No such app"

If you have a claim to approve you need to visit https://www.instawallet.org/w/YOUR_WALLET_KEY
It won't work if you did not submit a claim during the 3 months time-frame that was advertised many times, here and on the instawallet website itself.

Otherwise Paris it is, but hopefully it wont get that far!

The Eiffel tower is pretty neat.
Other than that you'll have to request an appointement.

48 rue du chemin vert, 75011 paris
this is where i need to go then, isnt it?

If you want to buy tasteful clothing in bulk then yes.

Greets Robert

Hey Robert!

I understand the frustration you have, I have the same, and Im sure all the others that are still missing their coins as well. At the moment we can only wait until they transfer us our coins back. According to Boussac it will happen in January, why itll take so long is anyone's guess. I also dont live far from Paris, and Im pretty sure that the rest of the EU guys who dont get their coins back will be more than happy to join us to visit Paris! So lets now let the Paymium people do their job and give us back our coins. Otherwise Paris it is, but hopefully it wont get that far!

Kind regards,

NLCOINER

Hi Mr. Noizat (Boussac),

Can you please also respond to the PM's and mails I have sent you!

I would like to know when I get my bitcoins back! I have sent all information about my case to Arsy (Richard) as well as to you. He has confirmed that the details I gave him match the data from instawallet.

Richard is however no longer working for Paymium (although he still responds to my mails, and has forwarded my info on to you), so he is not aware of what is going on with the payouts, so can you please answer the PMs/E-mails!

Thank you in advance!

I wasn't aware that Richard was gone. Trung Nguyen used to be on the website according to WBM, of which I shown a few posts up.

I think its about a month now that he doesnt work for them anymore (he mentioned it to me in a mail around the 20th of Oct). Its a shame as he had a good response time on replying to messages.

Hey!!

Im having similar issue as you. I suggest you write Boussac a mail/PM. I've been trying to get mine back since August. I missed the claims process and have been trying to proof they are mine since :-(

Hoping these guys will return us our bitcoins!
30  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Instawallet still owes me over 7 btc. on: August 20, 2013, 10:43:24 AM
I dont hear anything from them either! Although I missed the 90 day claim process, they still have my BTC (I have proof of ownership). Hoping they will return them to me asap, seems like they are still holding on to BTCs of quite a few ppl.

Might stand stronger if we get more people who are still missing their BTC from Instawallet!

Hi Davout and Boussac

Is there any chance of helping somebody out that missed the opportunity to file a claim? I stupidly mistook the final date for the claims process, and due to circumstances I won't bore you with, I missed my chance. I'm sure you're busy and I appreciate the lengths you are going to to return the funds to all your users, but any assistance you could provide me would be greatly appreciated. I would very much like to get all my coins back.

Thank you kindly.

Im in exactly the same position! I have sent both Boussac and Arsy a PM but no reply from either. I would like to get my BTC back. I have proof of ownership. Could one of you two please contact me.

Waiting for a reply from either one of you.

Kind regards

ps. ddrews, have you heard anything?

Hi everyone!

Im also newly registered on this site. I have BTC stuck in instawallet still and would like to get them back. Through here I know I can contact the ones in charge of the payouts. I missed the deadline of 90 days and need to get in direct contact with Boussac.

BTC = the future

Cheers!
