Hi Mr. Noizat (Boussac),

Can you please also respond to the PM's and mails I have sent you!

I would like to know when I get my bitcoins back! I have sent all information about my case to Arsy (Richard) as well as to you. He has confirmed that the details I gave him match the data from instawallet.

Richard is however no longer working for Paymium (although he still responds to my mails, and has forwarded my info on to you), so he is not aware of what is going on with the payouts, so can you please answer the PMs/E-mails!

Thank you in advance!

I wasn't aware that Richard was gone. Trung Nguyen used to be on the website according to WBM, of which I shown a few posts up.

I think its about a month now that he doesnt work for them anymore (he mentioned it to me in a mail around the 20th of Oct). Its a shame as he had a good response time on replying to messages.

Please read my posts before asking me to respond to questions that are answered in my posts.

A sendmany transaction will be sent  in january to those who filed a claim on time but failed to approve their payout so far.

Thanks for the update! Sorry but I have never heard of the word sendmany. I have also still not been able to approve the payout as when I try to go to the url (just now) I get the message "We're sorry, but something went wrong." and before it just said another error message "Heroku No such app"

I just want to make sure that my bitcoins will be included in the sendmany transaction.

Kind regards,

Hey Robert!

I understand the frustration you have, I have the same, and Im sure all the others that are still missing their coins as well. At the moment we can only wait until they transfer us our coins back. According to Boussac it will happen in January, why itll take so long is anyone's guess. I also dont live far from Paris, and Im pretty sure that the rest of the EU guys who dont get their coins back will be more than happy to join us to visit Paris! So lets now let the Paymium people do their job and give us back our coins. Otherwise Paris it is, but hopefully it wont get that far!

Kind regards,

If you have a claim to approve you need to visit https://www.instawallet.org/w/YOUR_WALLET_KEY
It won't work if you did not submit a claim during the 3 months time-frame that was advertised many times, here and on the instawallet website itself.

Otherwise Paris it is, but hopefully it wont get that far!

The Eiffel tower is pretty neat.
Other than that you'll have to request an appointement.

Richard (when he was still working for Paymium) was the one that was in contact with me in regards to my case. He even confirmed that the wallets belonged to me (eventhough I missed the 90 day period). I have mailed all information to Mr. Noizat as well. I just want to make sure I get my coins back during the sendmany transaction.

Yes u said that I wont get my coins back! Which means u are stealing my coins from me because I missed the 90 day period. Since when is it allowed for a company to steal coins if somebody missed the period but is still able to prove that the coins are theirs (and have been trying to prove for 3months), and even one of the employees confirmed it. I understand you dont pay them out if I had no information/proof whatsoever, but thats not the case here. Also Its not 100s of coins.

Is it not in your/Paymiums best interest to solve the final claims which are still ongoing in regards to Instawallet? Don't you realize that the actions & things you say now will have an impact in your future career and your reputation (do you think in the future people will want to do business with thiefs? anyone can follow this thread and read it back anytime!)? Or are you guys gonna run off with the coins of the people which are in similar situation as mine? That will only prove that that is what you have been planning all along. Did you guys have this planned for a long time already? You pay back most of the coins of people, but then you selectively steal from a few people who are left behind, and while doing so you get wealthy?

I doubt you want people to associate you with this kind of behavior?

Look, there is a very precise reason a proper claims process with a proper claims interface was set up.
There is also a very precise reason why the claims period had to be limited to a fixed time-frame.
There is also a very precise reason why claims were only processed when people were able to provide the correct URL to their wallet(s).
And finally there is a very precise reason why the claims were processed through this interface and not by e-mail or by teleported napkin bits with half a URL written on them.

I think you fail to understand at least one of these reasons, tell me which one and I'll explain.

If you have submitted your claim through the interface you should have gotten a claim ID, please send it to me in a PM.
Submitting your claim through the interface means that: during the 90 days claims time-frame you visited https://www.instawallet.org/w/YOU_WALLET_KEY and gave us a bitcoin address for the payout along with an e-mail address.

If you have simply e-mailed one of us to claim you got answered to use the interface in the way I just described.

So basically :
 - If you have a valid claim visit your wallet URL again and confirm the claim to give us discharge
 - If you didn't submit a proper claim I'm afraid there isn't much I can do.

There is no set limit for approval of claims that were properly submitted during the initial 90 days period but weren't approved.
