Today, with the android version, when i go in the store section i have this message: authentication_failed
And i can do nothing.
Anybody else has the same problem?

Maybe the front page and website should be updated with an installation file that has the proper peers.dat file in it for everyone from the gate, rather than people needing to learn to search somewhere else... to go somewhere else... to get something else... to replace something else... and so on.
Ideally, the installation file would also create a basic .config file for both Mac and Windows. It would solve all of this.
No it wouldn't like i said.. its your system problem, not the wallet itself. Its just some random people in here who don't know how to configure their system. Then blame their wallet for not syncing correctly. If this would be really a global problem then we wouldn't have such strong staking network. At the moment the network weight is at 120000And it could be a LOT higher if you didn't simply assume people have messed up systems and all know as much as you do. That isn't the problem. My system is perfectly fine, and I still had trouble on three different computers. The problem is that people with limited knowledge should be able to plug and play. The numbers would go through the roof then. If all that is stopping that from happening is creating a SLIGHTLY better installation file, it's stupid not to do that. What happens after a price rise like BTCD just had is that a bunch of new people come in the door. Why not do everything possible to keep them? If they purchase BTCD, and then try and fail to get the wallet going on their computer, what do you think the next logical step is for them? Spend hours searching forums? No, it's pressing the "sell" button. Crimson I agree with you. I had the same problems but now i don't remember how i solved them ( it was in January..) so i cannot help you. I only remember i had to read a lot of pages and OP and "make this" "no make this" "no go to github".... I only hope my wallet go on syncing,, I don't want to bother again with this stuff that are not part of my knowledge (I'd like to aks dev if they want a house (it's my skill..) like they give to other no skill people; no doors ready: you must know how to assemble a door with all the pieces at floor!! - no roof: damn, you don't know how to build a roof? you have all the pieces.. or they prefer an house where i give you only a key and you can begin to use it? ). I think it's a common problem with a lot of altcoin dev: they assume a lot of people it's all day working or loving a pc or mac... If they could understand a lot of people have also other things to do perhaps they'll have a good success. One of the best story for me was with nxtty: incredibly stupid and funny. Btw time will tell, and time will reward who will understand this simple thing: a good altcoin must be easy to use or will remain for a little tribe.. perhaps happy, but little. And poor... |

Is there anywhere a simple explanation how to convert SuperBTCD into BTCD...? I downloaded latest supernet client but I still don't get it...  Hi use supernet light client; in the basic screen you will see an amount of btcd that's the same of your amount of superbtcd (of course under the section btcd..). Simply send btcd to your wallet using "coin operation". In a couple of days you'll receive the coins. Min amount 0.5 btcd. bye |

I downloaded SuperNET Lite Beta version but I can not create a BitcoinDark deposit address. It says that the server are under maintainence.

I have tranfer 3 deposits total 365000 usd to the bank account of Mayzus Financial Services Limited (according to the btc-e instruction) on Apr 22, Apr 23 and Apr 24. But I do not receive the money in my account until now. My bank told me the 3 funds have been sent. Btce support told me their bank account do not received any one deposit and he promised to check with bank on Apr 28. But today (Apr 29) I have no reply although I ask btce support several times.
Where is my money? How can I take my money back?

25 and 26 are no working days. Was a sepa or a swift? time is different. from what country you sent the money (on relative big amount banks are suspicios..)? I only know that i've read a lot of complaints about btc-e, my experience is positive, i never had problems in 3 years (i never made bank transfer in/out but all the other methods yes). and i think smoothie gave you the right advice... I'll never transfer so much money without a little trial before! |

if you go to getgems messenger wallet inside the app, and you touch-hold the gem, you will copy to clipboard the address, same if you make simple touch and then touch-hold the bitcoin one, you will realize that they are different of course, but here's my question, why when i login to counterwallet.io the only one shown is the bitcoin one??? im interested in the gemz one, how can a fix that??? besides now after they apparently have been in maintenance or something, it shows gemz, before it only shows btc and xcp, now it shows gemz too, but there are only 74 gemz, and i saw that the address is locked, read only, and it has a date of 2014?  ?? here's a screenshot http://lovieninternet.ml/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/112.pngall i want is to transfer my gemz from the app to an address that is not offline chane or whatever the heck is that to be able to trade them, please some kind soul tkae a few minutes to explain step by step how you do that I think you must simply send gemz from your app to your counterwallet wallet (in a new address or al old one it's the same). You don't see the gemz stored in your app just because they are off chain. |

I've invited one more friend and he used my getgems name for referral. He earned 5 gems, but i didn't receive 25 gems (in contacts i see him, but in "My referrals" he is not on list). When do you update referrals, real time or...?
Same for me, I invited 4 friends day ago but i have 0 referrals. |

So I logged onto Counterparty to send a small amount of coins to my app wallet but it brought up a question.
Ok I can send to my app wallet but surely I need or at least will want to see my gems wallet account showing in counterparty. How can I put my app wallet as one of my wallet showing in counterparty?
You are able so see how many Gemz you sent to your off-chain address using blockscan or coindaddyI don't need to see the transaction I want the Gems offline wallet to show so I can see the balance. Can I not do this now. I think you can check the off-chain balance only from the app. See previous posts about on-chain and off-chain |

I didnt really follow the whole off/on chain conversation on this thread. So if you have a large amount of Gems what is the best thing to do? What are the negatives about having coins on the off chain wallet? Same level of security? Do we need to be on the offchain wallet to gain airdrop coins?
GEMZ on-chain will always be more secured than GEMZ off-chain. Users with large amounts of GEMZ shouldn't hold all of their GEMZ off-chain for security purposes. In order to accommodate these users, we plan to add a feature that allows connecting other wallet addresses to your username in order to influence airdrop calculations. Each existing address would be able to be connected to a single GetGems username, so only a single account will be able to receive credit for the contents of this wallet. These wallet addresses will not be used when sending/receiving GEMZ, only for airdrop calculations. We are also thinking of other possible methods to achieve this in the most efficient and user friendly way. We recommend to look at the mobile wallet the same way you look at your physical pocket wallet. Your pocket wallet is different than your bank account. You will usually hold day-to-day spending money in your wallet, but keep the bulk of your savings in your bank account. The recommended practice is to keep a relative low number of GEMZ in your mobile wallet, and use if for sending to friends. If you own a significant amount of GEMZ, it’s a good idea to hold it in a different wallet which is harder to access and easier to secure. Ok. But today, for the airdrop calculations, my gems must stay in the off-chain wallet or can remain in the on-chain wallet (where they actually are, ie in my counterwallet)? |

Creative mining is a issuer of shares that were listed on crypto trade. Another issuer, Barter, transferred very quickly the shares upon request and was very professional. Creative wrote would have contacted the shareholders for further instructions but until now nothing happened. Crypto was silver member at the beginning, but recently i didn't read it anymore. |

A: Yes. This feature will be added soon. It will become more important as we’re approaching the airdrop milestone and we’re aiming to release it before the airdrops. The first version of this feature will rely on the invitee’s phone number. Meaning your username will be pre filled only if you invite by phone number and know the phone number of the friend you’re inviting. In the second version of this feature, you will be able to generate an invitation URL that could be given to people you don’t really know and don’t know their phone number. Once these users install the app via your provided link, they will have your username prefilled as inviter.
I think this feature would be very usefull to improve invitations. I hope it will arrive soon.

Hi Pab,
I've emailed Creative Mining too - no response from them yet either. They posted their intent to move to another asset exchange as a news update on CT, before the site closed - if they were going to 'do a runner', why bother telling us something like that. An update email would be good, not to mention the 4-weeks worth of dividend payments that are now due.
Did you have any BARTER shares? I only had a small number, but still waiting for those to be transferred to Coinsortium.
Also I've mailed to creative, and crypto as well; but i had no answer. I transferred the barter share on nxt platform; they made the transfer the same hour i asked... |
