21  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Don't buy "wallet.dat" files with lost passwords; EXCHANGE THEM. on: August 14, 2021, 03:42:53 PM
I had two wallet.dat files 6+ years ago. One had if i remember right about 1.7BTC and other close to 6BTC. I gave that with 1.7BTC to friend but he never managed to crack the code but when he checked balance he said it was empty and as for 2nd wallet I have no idea if there is anything inside.
With the current price that BTC sells for I think I need to check my "old" usb drives.

BTW, both were downloaded many years ago ( back when BTC was going for <100USD ) from links provided in pastebin.

23  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Selling 15+ year old World of Warcraft account (EU account ) on: September 01, 2020, 04:14:23 PM
Like the title says I am selling my old wow account. Account is 15 years old, original owner, never been banned, shared with anyone and also comes with Diablo 3 RoS. If you buy it you will get everything you need to make it your own. Reason I am selling it is because ill become a father in newxt 3 weeks or so and I wanna focus my priorities on something else and not gaming.

Now something about the account:

Mounts:
1. 419 mounts in total of which 367 mounts on Alliance
2. Some of the rare mounts you get are: Swift Zulian Tiger ( Vanilla ZG mount you can only obtain it from BMAH ), Swift Zulian Panther, Headless Horseman's mount, Onyxian Drake, Prestigious Forest Courser ( Level 125 mount ), Riding Turtle ( TCG mount ), White Polar Bear, Headless Horseman's mount, Challenger's War Yeti, Midnight, Kor'kron Juggernaut, Rivendare's Deathcharger, and many more.
3. There are many store mounts including some RaF mounts as well.

Toys: 415 toys in total and you can get quite a few if you buy the ones i havent from faction vendors.

Pets: 873 Unique pets of which many are on max level and of rare quality, probably close to 500 and others are of various lvl and quility, you will also get Spectral Tiger Cub ( TCG pet ) which is quite expensive and sells for 500k gold, there are also quite few pets on other characters and in bank worth between some 200k gold, not counting ones that are learned ( quite a few TCG pets )

Reputation: Since I played Alliance i think i can only guarantee for rep regarding Alliance but there is 96 Exalted reps, will have 98 soon when I get last 2 from BfA and with some time you can get to 100 exalted reps and them you get achievement which gives you mount and title.

Titles: 108 Titles, some rares I remember are Lady of War, Undying and Camel-Hoarder but there are probably other rare ones.

Characters: Account has 4x120 characters and one of them is on horde and also 10 characters that are at least lvl110 and some lvl100 or so. Main character is Hunter with 422+ ilvl and lvl60 neck.

CLASSIC: There is a lvl60 human mage on the account as well. It has 60% mount, Herbalism is 300/300 and Alchemy is 300/300.
If interested I will provide screenshot as well as link to safe armory to some of the characters.

24  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Jeff Bezos and Bitcoin on: July 02, 2020, 09:44:58 PM
Jeff Bezos could really own every bitcoin with that huge amount of money, but I'm thinking how much transaction fee he is getting to pay for buying all of the bitcoins

Two mistakes here.
1. He cannot own all the bitcoins because:
1.1 Some bitcoins are lost forever.
1.2 Some people will simply not sell.
1.3 Not all bitcoins are mined yet.
1.4 As he starts buying (them all) the price will go up and up and up until the point he cannot afford to buy more. At least this is how I understand the laws of supply and demand.
1.5 He is not stupid and he would understand that if he would buy all the bitcoins they'd become worthless. Also he will always hugely diversify his investments.

2. The transaction fee for sending the bitcoins doesn't depend on how many bitcoins there are there and what's their market value. It's (in this case) about the number of inputs (does he have a few "big bills", or a huge amount of "coins" or somewhere in between).

1.4 As he starts buying (them all) the price will go up and up and up until the point he cannot afford to buy more. At least this is how I understand the laws of supply and demand.

I am not sure about this, if you put 1000BTC on sale now you will drop the price by some percentage, i cant even imagine if someone who has 100k or more decides to sell all at once would happen.
25  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investing 1$ every day in bitcoin over the last five years on: April 14, 2020, 08:20:01 AM
The idea is great. Kinda sad I didn't thought of it but I guess it's never to late. The joke about smokers who wasted money on cigarettes now gets a new meaning, imagine investing 3$+ into BTC daily instead of buying cigarettes, that could amount to 200k in profit.
26  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is our chance on: April 13, 2020, 10:54:06 PM
I bought about 50ETH before it jumped to >1000$ for about 60$/ETH and sold all when the price got to 800$ ( set my goal and waited). My goal is to invest 10,000$ into BTC, ETH and Tezos and wait till they triple in value and I think it will be in next 12 months.
27  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin reach $ 3884 again? on: March 17, 2020, 08:00:52 AM
I don't think it will. Market crash was due to happen with all that Corona things happening but I really don't think it will.
I have some ETH, LTH in stash so ill probably buy some BTCs in next few days. I see things getting back to how it was before in next 30 days or a bit longer.
So sometime before May BTC will be back to 9000$-10000$

29  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Let's make livejasmin.com accept bitcoin! on: November 05, 2014, 02:34:05 PM
As much as guys love sex related stuff this is kinda, well wrong way to go. And there are many many more live chat sites around. Tipping someone in BTC, nice idea but really....

31  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if Bill Gates buys all the Bitcoin? on: April 12, 2014, 12:57:17 PM
If you buy all the BTCs then the price will drop since no trade would exist ( well if one person has all ). If there is no trade there is no value....

Well... one can't own all the Bitcoins by buying up the available ones from the market. Every hours or so new block are being mined. And it will be impossible to own 100% of the mining sector.

The question was " what if Bill Gates buys all the Bitcoins ", even if he owns 99.9991% of the market he is still practically owning 100% of the market ( well mined BTCs ), and assuming that he has cash to buy mined ones ( if they went for sale ), what then. It is better to have half of the market that would give you enough coins to drop the price and then buy cheap...
32  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Ukraine gold sent to America on: April 12, 2014, 12:53:27 PM
Russia has a great interest in having a destabilised country for a neighbour, for just long enough to take advantage of the destabilisation to take over the country.

That logic fails. By taking a destabilised state and incorporating it into your own country, you take all the instability, which would undermine your country from within. Russia is interested in a neutral, stable buffer state. That's one of the reasons Russia was subsidising gas and giving grants (not loans) to Ukraine. This is also the reason why Russia now pushes for constitutional reforms so that Ukraine becomes a federation, which should keep the interests of both Eastern and Western regions in balance. And Russia is prepared to give financial help to Ukraine (again) once a legitimate government is formed.

Well not true at all... Destabilize one country and that it is a USA way for decades now. Destabilize economy, industry, military, education system, health care, food production and just take over that country by promising better things if that country takes credits. If Russia takes gold from Ukraine then it will have leverage considering gold is high rated commodity in IMF and gives lots of votes + selling gold gives you cash to pay your debts, if Ukraine isnt able to due that Russia would have advantage in taking over key industry points.
33  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Ukraine gold sent to America on: April 12, 2014, 11:31:53 AM
Considering Russia did occupied Hungary after WW2 and build ( well rebuild it ), started projects like underground transport system, and other projects I still think Russia has a big influence there and would get gold or at least some part of it....

35  Economy / Economics / Re: Would World War instantly destroy Bitcoin? on: April 07, 2014, 06:42:59 PM
If you destory power supply lines, infrastructure that will support BTC trade and everything else, then Yes it will die. During war you dont trade with virtual currency you trade with gold, services and good that you can use to prolong your life and life of your family.
36  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 22 Messages From Creationists To People Who Believe In Evolution on: April 01, 2014, 07:37:29 PM
What I believe or what you believe is irrelevant to what the truth really is.

The question is, is there absolute truth?  Is what we are being taught in science today "absolute truth" or just "theories?" Should we put our complete faith in science then?  Have scientists ever been wrong?  Are the theories, such as Darwinian theory, believable enough to override our belief in God because of it?

For many people that answer is "YES!  Absolutely!"  And that is a choice you are totally allowed to make.

I have a right not to put my faith in Darwinian evolution don't I?  If you are trying to persuade me though please give me the respect I will give you in letting you choose to believe what I choose to.

Problem with religion is that everything is an absolute truth ( regarding religion ) and you stay behind that without even questioning anything regarding religion and the Bible, but yet you ask of science to provide you with the facts and when you are given you chose to ignore them. Evolution is a proven fact, you can see it but many chose o ignore it, humans have been manipulated genome or animals for a long time now, but yet you still think natural selection and life was created by all might God?

Bible has been proven to be a SF book written 2000 years ago. I just hope we don't get back to dark ages when religious people used to kill scientists for daring to say against holy Book and all might good.

But you are free to believe that a loving God can create sickness, starvation, blind children, rapists who rape them....

Some questions are simply brilliant, you really have to be brain washed to believe in a talking snake, talking burning bush, woman from a rib.. But hey, lets face it, we all walk on a flat Earth that is a center of universe and its 6000 years old, give or take few decades... But what i find even more funny is that when we ( we = humans ) broke the DNA code we found the same patterns in every animal/plant since life came to be... But i guess they need more...

I could say so much but just be ridiculed so I will just leave this one quote: "Now the genetic difference between human and his nearest relative, the chimpanzee, is at least 1.6%. That doesn't sound like much, but calculated out, that is a gap of at least 48,000,000 nucleotides, and a change of only 3 nucleotides is fatal to an animal; there is no possibility of change."

This is taken from this article: http://www.trueauthority.com/cvse/monkeybusiness.htm

Please do say..... I cant w8 to read what will religious person write here. but please explain if the Bible is one and only truth, wtf is wrong with Earth, it should be flat.... Aliens, it must have been aliens who made it round.

Lets face it, if that is remotely true being afraid now and bashing your head now is just pointless. Im 100% sure that I will be dead long before I hit old age ( 70s ) so changing my life and way i live it ( eating, drinking even if i don;t drink Coca-Cola exept Monster Smiley ) wont fix problems.
