Joshua Zipkin doesn't give a shit about your baby or livelihood after he conned you outta monies to afford him a comfortable lifestyle. The sick fucker's only regret is that he wasn't able to con more folks like you with children outta more money. In his mind, it's your fault for being in the pickle your'e in and not his.  This chart was misleading,posted somewhere in Oct,2013, I read that,seems be decent,everybody wants make money with decent thing. so I purchased AMT products since Nov 12, 2013, I was told I should get it at beginning of January, I kept myself come to community here check frequently for their shipping update. I stupidly believe them they were shipping, so since Carlos on the forum want to sell his machine in February,so I got 2nd machine transferred from him, that was so dumb. I officially followed up with them on March 3,2014 since they posted here they did ship(ship what it's different story) If I could get the working decent machine at first place from January,even beginning of March shipping, I could make some money, but obviously not, I followed up with them for refund since April. They suggested any questions concerns email to there sales@ email box, someone would get back to you in 24 hours. nothing,no reply, nobody pickup phone calls and just keep quiet. which is not right thing to do. please kindly refund me and make this settle ASAP.thank you. |

My story, This is Tony from Canada.
I ordered 2 1.2T/S miners from since Nov 12(invoice date Nov 13), 2013 last year, cost me total $11244 US($ 5155+$6089) from AMT(including one transferred from Carlos)
I supposed to be get my first one at beginning of January and 2nd one by the end of February this year. I inquired to find out what was going on, I keep following up since March 3 regarding my order, First time they told me they would ship my order by March 12(earlier of next week of March 3), but nothing coming, so I followed up again the said will ship to me at beginning of April. I keep following up and one day I went here for finding what was really happening. So start from April 16, I asked if they still cannot ship me
anything, just kindly refund me, but still nothing happening, until today,I still keep following up I mentioned we got new born baby in August and I need this money and asked them kindly refund my $11244, they just keep quiet and do nothing. This is ridiculous, they cannot just keep quiet. No such a business like this,I really got scared, I need this money for my new born baby.
I would like to get my total $11244 back.

I'm not sure how keen everyone is about this but I think that we should just keep making calls to AMTs attorney until we get some answers. Clennel's as well. This he said she said bullshit and name calling, besides being unprofessional as fuck, is really getting on a lot of nerves and not answering questions in any sort of non-biased way.
yes. we need to know what's going on what's the status,what's the progress. when will be settle. communication is always a key thing. |

They responded to you directly in that thread. Telling you that you will not be receiving a refund. I find that be questionable it best.
