I believe bitcoin will be here for a long time so i think that now is pretty good time to buy.
But you never can know, just don't invest money that you can't afford losing.
22  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much bitcoin do you need now to be a millionaire? on: January 30, 2018, 10:59:00 AM
Bitcoin now is over 3000 usd.  How much bitcoin would you say you need now to be a millionaire in the future?  I heard there is an expert that said bitcoin will hit 100k but this would take a very long time.  This is the guy that predicted bitcoin would hit 2k etc when very few ppl thought about this.

If bitcoin hits 100k a coin, you would need 10 bitcoin.  And of course, most people do not have 10 bitcoin or anywhere close to that amount unless they got bitcoin when it was very cheap... or of course they have a lot of money to invest.

To those of you with say 5 bitcoin, do you think its possible?  What about those with say 10 bitcoin?  I assume those people who got bitcoin earlier and got like 100 bitcoin probably feel very good about being a millionaire?  I don't think it would be possible to be a millionaire now with bitcoin if you are buying bitcoin now unless you have alot of money.
You need a few hundreds to be millionaire.
maybe in a few years you will need only few to be one.
23  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can I transfer bitcoins to my bank account? on: January 30, 2018, 10:50:54 AM
Can I transfer bitcoins to my bank account?
No and i don't think you will be abele in the future.
The Bitcoin created just in the other prepuce. that every person control his one money and there aren't a body that run it for him.
24  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why some people prefer Bitcoin over fiat ? on: January 30, 2018, 10:47:35 AM
Bitcoin is being used widely in porn sites, gambling and drug dealing sectors. Is that why the btc made for ? I have seen a lot of members in this forum discussing about buying drugs, gambling and enjoying porn with bitcoin. Is not it a misuse of a currency ? Block chain tech is a awesome tech and btc is getting popular. I hate these misuses of precious btc. It hurts me. This will lead into unhealthy society along with unhealthy future generation.
Because in that way every person control his money and no one else can tell him what to do and when to do it.
Also transfer of Bitcoin is a lot faster then by  calling the bank and tell them to transfer money.
25  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin fever on: January 25, 2018, 10:19:00 AM
There is no single person on earth who haven't heard of bitcoin.
Everyone is talking about it, it's all over the news, everyone is buying it, price is dramatically increasing.
It's like gold rush back in 1848.

So why aren't we calling this bitcoin rush?
You know, in 20 years from now it would be funny to say - yeah, i bought/mined bitcoin during bitcoin rush back in 2017 Cheesy
I agree with you.
I think Bitcoin here for a very long time.
He fall a lot of time and every time he rise up
26  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin end? on: January 25, 2018, 10:07:05 AM
Bitcoin right now keeps on increasing its value, and many more cryptocurrencies are occurring.
Do you think someday bitcoin will end or will be replace by other cryptocurrencies?

Is it too late to invest?
Is there a chance that bitcoin will be down?
I dont see it happen but who can tell.

29  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would Bitcoin ending up like Yahoo in the future? on: January 23, 2018, 03:31:19 PM
Yahoo was the first (?) search engine at the time when Internet started.  It was the pioneer in its field.  In the late 90's its market cap reached to a high closed to $120B.   Three and a half years after Yahoo started, Google came out and gradually took away market share from Yahoo.

After 22 years, Verizon bought it for $4.8B.  Would Bitcoin ending up like Yahoo in the future and got beat up by new competitions?

What do you think?  Please provide your reason(s) to support your view.
It is sure something that could happen but id don't think this is the case.
I think Bitcoin will always be the leading coin in the crypto world.
30  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A Question for all on: January 23, 2018, 03:22:28 PM
We have all read stories of coins being sent to wrong addresses (typos or badly copy and pastes)

What would you do if 100 Btc landed into your account? (unfortunately this has not happened to me yet)
I would be shocked for a few days hahaha.
And then I will try to think about what I'm going to do.
31  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can any government ban Bitcoin? on: January 17, 2018, 02:05:44 PM
Bitcoin has been around the borders of financial markets for less than a decade, but is slowly gaining importance as an alternative asset class.
Can the government of any major country step in and do the unlikely?
Technically yes but nit a lot of governments will do it.
Also it is very difficult to apply it.
32  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Future is crypto currency on: January 17, 2018, 01:31:48 PM
Entire momentum of social media changed after rise up in virtual currency. people had started to trust on crypto currency.

Slowly the crypto world will start to take part of the economies.
33  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what happens to Bitcoin if internet goes down? on: January 17, 2018, 01:24:44 PM
given the cayos happening in the world i wouldn't be surprised of nuclear war and in this case i would expect internet disruption question is what happens to Bitcoin if internet goes down?

home internet and mobile internet goes down

do not mean trade bitcoin to buy/sell i mean using it as a way of payment say you wanted to send money to someone abroad for family far away
If you dont have internet you dont have Bitcoin.
All the transaction hashes and everything that connect to the bitcoin are shut down.

35  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? on: January 16, 2018, 04:43:39 PM
is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? anyhow this money sits in the bank and do nothing for!
Yes!.
I think you need to putt what you can afford losing, because Bitcoin is still a risk.
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin or Ripple on: January 02, 2018, 02:49:40 PM
Hello,

Would it be smart to transfer all the Bitcoin you own to Ripple.
Ripple is rising smoothly and seems very stable and it's not done yet.

What do you think?

Thanks! Smiley
For the long run i think bitcoins the best investment.
In a few years it will be worth at list 100,000$ in my opinion.
37  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much risk in bitcoin investement ? on: January 02, 2018, 02:33:58 PM
I just wanted to know that, what amount of risk is there in investing in bitcoins.
Right now i am planning to buy btc approx 3-4 btc and just hold them as i guess the price of bitcoin will increase in future and i will get some good profit. But i want to know what is the risk involved. Can bitcoin price decrease and is this right time to buy the bitcoin.
I personally believe in the bitcoin, but it is a risky investment.
If you want to invest i think you should think with yourself how much can you invest in bitcoin with out be afraid all the time with every movement  of it

39  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sell your house for investment in btc. on: January 01, 2018, 04:08:54 PM
Just imagine selling your $259,900 house for 43BTC and 2 Months in street.

and after just 2 months sell 43BTC for $498198.

Again buying the previous also you will be in profit of $472298.

would you try this technique.
I personally don't think its a good idea to sell your house.
its true that if you were sell it a few month ago you will earn a lot but is is still a kind of gamble.
You should invest an amount you don't afraid to lose.
