18日的听证会是美国参议院国土安全和政府事务委员会针对BTC和其它电子虚拟货币的听证，听证主题是“Beyond Silk Road: potential risks, threats, and promises of virtual currencies”（超越丝路:虚拟货币的潜在风险、威胁和未来）。前几个月FBI把丝路给抄了，并对MTGOX施加了很大压力和限制。这次听证预计是借助丝路事件，从美国国土安全角度来对电子虚拟货币进行一下评估。未来美国参议院涉及银行金融等委员会也将会举行关于比特币的听证会，日期还没公布，从各自分管的领域对电子虚拟货币进行评估。即使美国将来针对BTC给出比现在施加在MTGOX上更严厉的监管措施，一般也需要等参议院汇总各方意见，形成针对未来电子虚拟货币的管理方案或相关法律草案，然后才能按照美国的行政流程进行推动。比如美国现在的医保法案，当年听证就搞了很多次，吵吵闹闹了大半年。
目前估计FBI因为丝路事件施加在MTGOX上的限制应该会维持下去，彻底封杀BTC或宣布BTC在美国被禁止的可能性很小，因为BTC倒下去了，仍然会有无数新的电子虚拟货币产生，只要这是未来货币发展的方向，就无法被长期阻挡。但彻底放开BTC交易也不太可能，因为这个权限不是这次听证就能决定的。现在美国ZF是要解决电子虚拟货币如何在它的国家利益基础上进行管理的事情。美国ZF没搞清如何管理BTC以及一票电子虚拟货币前，维持现状也许是它最好的选择。只是目前都还不知道美国ZF需要多长时间来搞一个管理电子虚拟货币的方案出来。
这个听证会可能会对这几天BTC行情有点影响，个人估计应该不会很大。现在玩BTC的基本都是做投资的，毕竟做啥投资都要把控制风险放在首位。能承受最坏的风险，就能享受最好的收益。
以上我了解信息和个人的看法，一家之言而已，不做投资依据。说错说漏欢迎补充。

I would suggest not moving a big amount, my $90 arrived in two days
withdraw USD?? by SWIFT?? out of SEPA?? When did you request to withdraw the money in Mtgox? Please show more information. thanks. After I had waited for withdrawing USD1.6k more than 5 weeks, I cancel the withdrawal. Maybe you have good luck! |

Suggestion:
1. buy BTC in Mtgox.
2. transfer BTC to another bitcoin exchange website.
3. waiting and sell BTC in that bitcoin exchange website.
4. transfer USD to your bank account from that bictoin exchange website.
Now BTC that transfer into Mtgox is less less than BTC that transfer out Mtgox everyday.

But they let me hang in the air. For that shit, i lost my trust for this "company".
I payed a lot of fees. This behavior was damn unrespectul.
Wait, were you getting cash or BTC? Cause I've heard cash wires take almost a month. Now someome patiently wait their USD withdrawal from Mtgox since August. Do you like to wait your money withdrawal with them? Don't trade your bitcoin in Mtgox. |

contact with support team of Bitstamp and check the security of your computer.
They can check the log information of withdrawal in their system and find the email address of withdrawal confirmation when you 2nd withdraw.

do you have any proof that Bitstamp operates illegal?!?
Proof: They issue Ripple USD (electronic money according to 2009/110/EC) without the required license. There are grey areas as well. E.g. Bitstamp don't think they need to be licensed as a payment provider to operate at this scale, while MtGox's attorneys think MtGox do. MtGox operates safely by staying within limits while applying for a license. Bitstamp may hit a brick wall if regulators decide they do need a license. (Assuming Bitstamp process roughly the same number of fiat transactions, but their number may be significantly lower of course.) In different country, the view of govement is different at bitcoin. US GOV thinks MTGOX is very helpful to dark econmy(like SL/money laundry etc) and set many limits to MTGOX. Bitstamp already requests personal information when user want to make bitcoin trade in Bitstamp. Many small bitcoin exchange websites have been created in last two years. All of them to be closed is impossible. |

which date is the lastest withdrawal of USD from Mtgox?  Latest without the emergency fee would probably be from June or July. For all practical purposes that queue is not progressing. Latest with the 5% fee is probably a few weeks old. Regular USD withdraw I am still waiting from June and still nothing 5% fee withdraw I am waiting for 3 weeks, and still nothing So, it can take forever. How many USD did you want to withdraw? is it less than 1k USD? |

about 3 months ago I withdrew EUR, it arrived in 3 days.
A month ago I withdrew BTC it took 20 mins.
I guess I got lucky.
I do not understand why mtgox doesnt hire some firm to negotiate some new banking partners for them. Bitstamp has no issues(or do they?, got no experience).
How about Switzerland or HK....
How many EUR did you withdraw last time that arrived in 3 days? |

Since 11/03/2013 18:20:20 GMT I sent 700 BTC to this address: ( https://blockchain.info/es/address/1PPWBeauKVg3PahkbA3VXXS6zrfvfsMNJC ) I'm still waiting. The balance in my account looks like he made the shipment but IT IS NOT TRUE. Where is my money? This was my operation and so appears on my Account history:  There are only 2 possible options: 1) my btc appear in my account so I can dispose of them, or 2) btc appear in the destination address ( 1PPWBeauKVg3PahkbA3VXXS6zrfvfsMNJC ). Since 11/03/2013 18:20:20 GMT I'm still waiting for a solution. Have they lost my money forever? Where is my money? Someone can help me?, Any ideas please? Do you receive your BTC now? |

这两天国外很多人都在抱怨MTGOX上提取BTC被延迟，貌似几个十几个BTC的提取还好些，大额BTC提取问题比较严重。有个鬼佬提700BTC+等了三天，在Blockchian里面都还没查到提取信息，还在等。
建议离mtgox远点！

它们的API好像都经常打不开，可能是系统后台负载能力比较弱，不可能承受这么大的交易数据量。
它们搞出这么大的形式，真是出来献丑了！明显是别有用心的搞嘛！
