21  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official Thread: Advanced Mining Technology (AMT) on: December 11, 2013, 12:40:22 PM
ISAWHIM;

I  careless about who orders what, when, how many. All i care about is that people place an order and that you get it, then are able to vouch for a seller. What you do is on you.
Your right, It was a mistake on my part, 1.5 -> 1.2 Thanks.

As far that fedex goes,
It was first mailed with an incorrect address, then attempted to deliver 3 times.

Apparently that "IMPORTANT! A winter storm is causing delays and disruptions." isnt an problem.  mainly because the 6th is a friday and it didnt snow friday. ........

How is it a hand full of "members" all with , shit even combined, 15 posts or less , all posted orders for the 1.5System within hours of one another all of a sudden?

Why would we buy the smaller systems at this moment? They are old-stock or just not worthy of long-term use. As of todays difficulty, and falling value, the Ths models are the only items worth investing in.

Ebay is full of overpriced 60Ghs and 600Ghs models that are being sold to buy Ths models. As for me, it took me a while to trade some coins for more coins, so I had extra coins for myself, after my purchase. I can not attest to the other posts, but I think it is safe to say that with the abundance of ready-2-roll chips being produced, that this is hardly an issue now.

Do you have something against the 1.2 system, or our purchases? (It is 1.2, not 1.5, but that is an honest mistake, I am sure, on your part.)

I only found this post after googling for information about placing the order, because I had trouble with the payment method for the miner. (Which I assume most will be buying with BTC, at the moment.) They provided adequate proof of purchase, and information about the purchase. It was just the failure to "send", on my end, which interrupted the purchase process for me.

If Fed-ex is having trouble delivering it, then he needs to go pick it up. The company is not responsible for that, the recipient is. That is because it is heavy, or valuable, and they don't want it to get stolen. Or, he failed to answer the door to sign for the package, two times in a row.

P.S. It also says at the top of the page...
"IMPORTANT! A winter storm is causing delays and disruptions."

In the status it says, twice...
"Delivery exception
PHILADELPHIA, PA
Customer not available or business closed"

Thus, he didn't answer the door to sign for the package.

AMT - Can we get a status update on current production?

AMT. Please see my tracking number. FedEx is getting pretty fed up with me on being able to deliver. Please inbox me on what i should do. Order #821

https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/?tracknumbers=804364513916&cntry_code=us

Not for nothing and considering you posted this on the public thread. What is it that is being delivered?

You mentioned they've not responded to you in days..

Have they gotten back to you or not?
If so, what was the outcome of the message?
How did you pay for the product?

I too am interested on hearing updates about this company!

Yea how do the boards comm. between the case and the host computer running the software? Will current miner software control? Custom software?
26  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's achilles on: November 29, 2013, 07:09:37 AM
i'm not sure if it's quite obsolete. if governments have trouble taxing bitcoin, they will definitely not like it. they want their damn share. and the truth is that BTC is a good way of evading taxes.
What was it Netherlands or Finland or some country I don't remember, they had no trouble taxing it. Just because they have people with brains in their government.

Anyone making this as a job should just claim self employed. pay some tax.
better to pay some tax then none at all and have to explain your life style, and possible jail time later down the road.
27  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's achilles on: November 29, 2013, 07:07:52 AM
Then..... Wouldnt we be able to still mine...

 Take a lesson from silkroad.

 USE Tor Hidden Service.
 I2p.
 Freenet.
 NewsGroups.
 Etc

anything preexisting could be used to allow bitcoin to operate.

But lets hope it gets 10 trillion.

If .5btc is roughly 600 bucks now.
What would .5btc worth then?

This thread is a marketing train wreck.

Yea I saw your post with the add-ons.

I was just speaking out of the box.
30  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: Chip compatibility ? on: November 27, 2013, 05:32:08 PM
Yea But you can burn out your eruptor that way.
Also depending on the blade you have that is overclockable or not. rev 2, green pcb. what i have, isnt. ;/
31  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Chip compatibility ? on: November 27, 2013, 09:31:31 AM
 Huh

Are there any chips out there that are compatible with asicminer usb eruptors/blades that you could swap the chips out and increase your hashing rate?

Any locals willing to swing by?
If i can get into the area, ill be sure to do it. But if work can put me out that way. ;/
33  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Comprehensive ASICMiner Blade Setup on: November 25, 2013, 07:15:42 PM
STEP 1
FINALLY SUCCESS.  Well a little bit.  After contacting my ISP I was able to change my IP address in my router.  SO now I can use BE Blade AND connect to internet.  I also set a Static IP address.  I watched this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cZkXBBlyBLE and changed my computer IP as a I said.  Good thing I did because once my router IP address was changed I lost my computer internet.  So I went in and reset the computer IP settings to match and all is working.

STEP 2 MASK 255.255.255.0 is default. I don't think I need to change this.

Step 3 GATEWAY  I have this set to my computer's IP address.  IS that correct?

STEP 4 WEB PORT  defaults to 8000.  Do I need to do port forwarding on my router?  If so my router says 'Enter the "Server IP Address".'  DO I enter the IP of my computer since it is acting as a server?  Or do I enter the Blade IP?
The router says "
 Enter the following information:

    External Port Start
    External Port End
    Protocol
    Internal Port Start
    Internal Port End
    Remote IP"

I think this would set up a port between my PC and my Blade.  So the PC is the server and the blade is the remote IP.  I know the protocol is TCP.  I guess I can try external port start/end 8000 and internal port start/end 8001.  But I don't even know what I am doing here.  SO if any one has a better suggestion I am all ears.

DO I need to port forward to my mining pools ports 3334,3334?  If so are they the server or the remote IP?

STEP 5 and 6  I just entered the primary and secondary DNS from my router.  Is that right?

STEP 7 PORTS  3334,3334 are the ports I want to connect to at nl1.ghash.io, us1.ghash.io

STEP 8  Server Address   nl1.ghash.io, us1.ghash.io

STEP 9  USER:PASS   richg21.worker1:,richg21.worker1:

This is my goal  "Stratum Servers: nl1.ghash.io:3334. us1.ghash.io:3333. Please use -o stratum+tcp://nl1.ghash.io:3334 in your command line. You should name your workers richg21.<WORKER_ID> (e.g. richg21.worker1). Workers are added automatically, you can use any/empty password. The minimum stratum difficulty is 16. Support:
webmaster@ghash.io"  I need to forward this to the webmaster.

STEP 10  STRATUM PROXY
I have updated my .bat file to read "cd C:\Program Files\Stratum Proxy
mining_proxy.exe -o stratum+tcp://nl1.ghash.io -p 3334" I guess using -p is better than before if you read my previous post. BUt it still won't work.  Maybe I need a different version of Python???  Maybe my syntax is bad. I might post this issue in a mining trouble shooting forum.

I need to work on BGCminer some more but I think it is time for dinner.  SO thank you for tuning in.

Your configuring this for intra-net access...
So here goes.
Step 2: Dont change. thats default unless you use a different ip range.
step 3: your gateway is going to be the same ip address as you used to enter your routers setup page; ie; 192.168.1.1
if your on windows, open a cmd promt ( start - type in cmd (windows7 + , windows xp: start-run cmd)
once the black window is open, type in ipconfig and then look for your gateway ip.
step 4:Dont port foreward, unless your trying to access it from your buddys house.
step 5/6: yes. the dns of your router is fine, also can use any other dns server.
steps 7: yes. I dont know the ports,  but these are the ports of your pool, or your stratum proxy server.
step 8/9 look correct , if your connecting directly to the pool.
step 10: if you configured a stratum proxy. you'll need to rework
7/8/9/10 .
If your using the stratum proxy you will need to get the blade to connect to the computer running the stratum proxy. so if your pc thats running the proxy is located at 192.168.1.155 you would have the blade connect to this ip in step 7. the ports you setup the proxy to listen to would go in step 8. As far as step 9, the user name is fine regardless.

But make sure you have 2 servers ip's in there, also 2 ports
server: 192.168.xxx.xxx,192.168.xxx.xxx
ports: 3333,3333
or else the blade wont work.

rev2?

short out the pins next to the ethernet port. youll see it on the board. Do a master. But before you do that, try x.x.1.254:800 ... make sure they are powered..

Hi guys,

Just received 10 blades a backplane and a power supply. Does the backplane replace having to do the wiring with the molex split?

no.. the molex is powering it with out the backplane.

hi i have a good power supply all wiring as to the pictures 4 black 2 yellow on a splitter. the blade powers up for about 2 min 15 sec and then restarts.
i have installed virtual machine with win 7 32bit and ran in mining proxy then directed the blades to my pc in virutal machine but still no luck. i use the mining proxy download from bitcoin.cz and use bat file with my details, i have bitminter, slush pool and btcguild tried all different setting but still same.
can any one setup a proxy for me (via instructions or remote)and i will give 0.2 btc as a reward

My blade is ver2, green in color.

I have the same issue. I am using a computer PSU rated at 450 watts, upgraded from a desktop psu i was using.

The specs of the power supply are as followed:
 3.3v@20a  / 5v@20a   /  12v@30a / -12v@.5a    /  5vsb@2a

From the PSU -> Molex -> Molex splitter -> 2 yellow / 5 black -> Blade.

You'll see i get 4 x's at the end of the row for "CHIP"  .
I just bought this PSU thinking the one i was using wasnt good enough. so bought this 450 one.
I did the PSU Bypass .. Jumped the green wire with the black next to it.
I tested the volts at the green connector and there good. various testing on the board get me voltage. With this gen2 - green pcb i just dont know what to do and what to expect at various points.
The configuration screen shows as follows :

 Thanks

If you just realized that there are bitcoin trojans, ehhhh.. Do a system scan then.
They've been out since bitcoin caught traction, sadly enough..

Between getting hundreds of bot's to mine for you.
Injecting code into your client to steal from you.
Setting up on-demand keylogger to capture your keys for your wallet.
 etc.

40  Bitcoin / Hardware / Test Points for Blade rev2 Green PCB on: November 23, 2013, 05:04:48 AM
 Huh

Does anyone know anything about this verison of the blade, its gen 2 , green PCB .

Looking to get test points for this board. or what the points at x7 do, such as the mclr/+3.3v/gnd/pgd/pgc/ how do you connect to these? what do that do?

trying to figure out why im pulling 4 x's at the end of the CHIP row. Not sure if a "lane" is under powered or not. thanks.
