I posted this a long time ago. Anyone who read it & used it should have saved themselves a lot of cursing and trouble. Apparently devs didn't read it. That is why they only had single webwallet, explorer, fortunately more than one pool. Also the main functionality promised is all there but very crude, mainly commands/interface to properly use voting & PoS pool & need a lot of work from devs. I hope that they will reveal there airdrop addresses in next announcement so that everyone involved is assured about there honesty. Also the lots of new features are not visible because they are not gimmicks like anon messaging or other useless features that are easy to use & can be hyped. These are mostly for governance & decision making so you need to understand how things work before you can use them. I personally will not stake or move my coins until i know how to use coin control, be it CLI or GUI. Some of the disappointment is justified but it doesn't mean coin is not working, its just half baked IMO. Although I still give credit to devs for technical competence, its just they didn't have enough people in community to help others out. I hope we get some good peeps with some PR skills and more people helping with guides/documentation. I hope we see more detailed functionality in the future. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1290358.msg13537266#msg13537266Aidrop addresses list is already public: https://github.com/decred/dcrd/blob/master/chaincfg/premine.goIf you have a confirmation link registered and your address is not on list, you have been excluded. That's the problem: They got 8k partecipants, they removed all scammer and apply only 3.2k checking manuyally every entry. What is happened then since many users received no coins even after manually approvation? It seems that there was another verification where from 3244 confirmed participants they excluded another 10% from the airdrop so final airdrop participants number is around 2970 I see a lot of adresses with 5000 coins. What is this? VIP airdrop? @anders lokka thanks for the link ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Also addresses from Line 11( https://github.com/decred/dcrd/blob/master/chaincfg/premine.go#L11) to Line 184( https://github.com/decred/dcrd/blob/master/chaincfg/premine.go#L184) add to 840,000 coins. Those seem to be dev's part of airdrop. Monitor those addresses if you want to see what devs are doing with their airdrop. Told you.... this is a scamcoin.

Hearing stuff about the dev took the entire premine and gave away the airdrop coins on testnet instead of main. That's why the webwallet is still on testnet.
Lol where are you hearing these stupid things? Airdrops were included in the genesis block so what you heard is a simple lie Explain all the trouble people are having. And of course airdrops were included in the genesis block... on TESTNET! The coins that are trading on Bleutrade is their premine. Check the block explorer dude. It's all there. Man. Are you thinking or just spreading shit all over here? he wants to buy cheap coins, what do you think is he doing? I'm not touching this anymore, it's an obvious scam. Don't get fooled by all that blah blah in the topicstart. It's just a distraction to lead you away from that huge premine.

You'll just end up being rekt. Just don't expect you have the right, THE RIGHT!!!!! to cry on my shoulder later.

Looool kahir and anticlimax First of all Kahir you don't even have proofs. anticlimax you've just fucked up on this one cause they've closed a week later not earlier. It's fucking silly how many trolls over here.lol
You want your anus bleached huh buddy? Why don't you bend over and i'll pour that fucking bleach all over your dark exit. This coin sucks. Wallet isn't working, dev is already unloading his GIGANTIC premine. And yet again, ocminer's pool doesn't work with scrypt or sha256. Why the hell should I buy asics huh? To do nothing? I want to mine new coins and YET IT NEVER WORKS!!!!!!!! This coin will die just like Neucoin and Philipvdlinde's Util.

What is the command for checking the wallet balance?
this was the command used for the testnet: dcrctl --testnet -u *youruser* -P *yourpass* --wallet getbalance i think you need only change testnet to mainnet use --wallet listtransactions to see the (immature) airdrop looks like u got your wallet open please tell us how u got this thing to work no exe file try dropping into cmd but i got error its nor recognized so wtf You are such a fucking tool. Just read their wiki man, it's all their. You have the mental capabilities of a 2y old. + You should have tested with the testnet wallet.

for POW what is block time / block reward ?
5 Min / 13-15 Coins OC when is launch ? Did you even check his pool? Did you even check the topicstart? Seriously man, guys like you make me wanna vomit and destroy my computer out of anger. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. How to airdrop coin put into a windows wallet
You're smart enough to participate in the airdrop contest, but you can't do anything with those coins right now? This is hilarious. Crypto at it's finest. Maybe ask the dev.

The mainnet binary decryption key (password) will be posted here at launch as well as on the forum, Twitter, Reddit, and IRC. Are there window wallet? I assume you meant Windows. (How is typing an "S" so hard for you?). Anyway. Yes, there is a Windows wallet. And no, it doesn't have a GUI. Which means you have to type in some commands manually. You will probably fail (since you can't even type the "S"). Just use the webwallet. Thank you.

Rumors that first one will be Bleutrade Rumors are that Bluetrade will run with all our BTC once we deposit it. Just wait for Cryptsy.

5 Min / 13-15 Coins Can you please give more coins per block, this isn't really worth my time now is it. 13-15 coins per blocks = 15 dollar per block.

You can leave everything up and running - I won't change anything, I'll just switch to mainnet and delete all the old stats. Your miners should connect fine to the pool after launch.
HOWEVER I strongly suggest Solo-Mining after launch as pools WILL need some time to get everything up and running after the mainnet has been released. You'll CERTAINLY make more coins when you go Solo after launch and switch to the pools later on.
What are you talking about, you have the testnet stuff up now, mainnet is exact the same. So just replace wallet and you're good to go.

Do your own fucking research, you anally bleached dingdong.

Ok, so I can just rent a standard Blake256 rig on launchday, right? 8 or 14, who cares anyway?
Please give me some tips. How do I mine at launch day. I'm getting a bit frustrated and i'm kinda drooling all over my fucking keyboard of excitement and anger.

Very interesting project, unfortunate that Nvidia miners are not getting the same love as AMD
Do we need to crowd fund to get something valid released?
Maybe we just do not have enough Nvidia miners to Justify our existence.
Really, you're not being as picked on as it seems - CUDA is great when it comes to more complex algos, or algos that can benefit from Nvidia-specific optimizations that the compiler is unable to find by itself, but this is not the case for Decred. Really, you're talking about a minor bump I would guess, at most. The algo is dead simple - I've made the miner a few percent faster on AMD - but we're talking single digit percentages... and low digits. The Nvidia OpenCL compiler would really have a hard time fucking it up. @wolf I tried the cgminer & ccminer both & they give me 970 1.52 GH/s on ccminer & 1.11GH/s on cgminer 750ti 530MH/s in ccminer & 431 MH/s on cgminer so there is 75-80% loss in hashrate. Also as i remember, ccminer was running at much lower TDP% as shown in Afterburner, ~80% while cgminer was using 98-100% power. Considering all this i think there is a big disadvantage & some potential for optimizing ccminer for decred, unless the modification required for decred somehow lower the hashrate. But i guess ccminer devs are too busy taking potshots at each other, so we will have to make do with what we have or wait for decred team to release something. Dude, of COURSE there is. That's 8 round Blake, this is 14 round Blake. Try to understand what the PoW is before benchmarking. Since 14 is 75% more than 8... you're DEAD ON. Customer is king. If he wants more hashes, give him more hashes. Let that cunt aim the original cgminer at some Blake256 scamcoin and he'll get more hashes. Nice, a pool is already up. Rented some hashes to test but pool (suprnova) doesn't seem to work. Probably because it's some new algo, right? It's hard for a pool to implement new features, but i'm sure you will get it done before launch.
You cannot rent hashes for this algo yet. Suprnova is working perfectly fine I remember us having a beef about your pools. Lets hope you don't fuck up this time ok chap? And please provide rentals else it's unfair to the people without GPU-rigs.
