I reserve the sole right to deny or approve any loan request at my sole discretion, even if you have sufficient collateral. Loans can be taken out for a maximum period of 7 calendar days only and are subject to non compounding interest from 0.10 - ∞% applied daily until the end of the loan duration. If more than 1 calendar day has passed after the loan repayment date without contact or payment, a late penalty fee of 0.001BTC will be charged daily and added to the total loan repayment amount due. If more than 7 calendar days have passed after the loan repayment date without contact or payment, your loan will be marked as defaulted and your collateral if any will be sold and or kept by me. If I get more BTC from selling the collateral than the loan amount, I will keep any excess. I won't provide a loans if you already have an active loan at the time of applying.
