21  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Buying coin..? on: September 18, 2020, 09:29:15 PM

have bought coins on binance via debit card many times and it was always ok ...

But there is one small problem ... Coins purchased with a credit
/ debit card must be stored for a minimum of 24 hours in the binance wallet - you cannot take them outside .. you can trade immediately but withdraw is possible no earlier than after 24 ...
22  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buyin Crypto with Credit card on: September 18, 2020, 08:06:34 PM

...
Youre right most of the aidrop today the reward is 5$ and below sometimes if your not lucky you wont get anything, the only airdrop where i got big is hydro.

Oh yes! Hydro heard about it but it was in 2017 right? At that time, unfortunately, I was not interested in crypto yet ;-/ but some of my friends mentioned that it was probably the best airdrop they have ever received, if I remember correctly, it was probably also a few hundred dollars...
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: about Airdrop in Telegram on: September 13, 2020, 09:09:47 PM
spent time following Airdrops on various Telegram channels, as a result a Scam

yes because I am a beginner.. Grin

In the past (2018) I have tried all airdrops, including those on the telegram, but the truth is that none of the telegrams have ever brought coins worth even $ 5.
In total, I only got 1 airdrop which was worth something - Energi only on this airdrop I managed to get a reasonable amount of coins - 100 worth ~ $ 130 today, although there was time (few months ago) that they were worth ~ $ 300

This refers to IOU tokens. FUBT has shut down so this IOU trading is no longer happening. Main net launch of Pi Network is yet to take place. Check for announcement: https://fubthelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040503052--New-Token-FU-BT-will-list-Pi-NETWORK-futures-on-March-14-2020
...

something wrong with this link - leads to blank page ....

And what is the matter with IOU tokens - were they supposed to be the equivalent of coin Pi listed on some exchange? Haven't heard about it ...
And as for the fact that the coin is not "actually" mined, only obtainable for completing tasks (logging in to the application in this case) is not bad in itself, it's like a different kind of airdrop and we've already dealt with it e.g. electroneum .....
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can IDENA price touch $1 ? on: September 13, 2020, 08:17:48 PM

Today, after validation, which stopped the entire network for a few hours, I was really scared about the future of the idena and its chances of reaching $ 1 in the near future ... Fortunately, after the update, the network rose and, what is very important, increased by another 10% reaching 4k nodes... so the future is still bright
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can IDENA price touch $1 ? on: September 13, 2020, 12:02:17 AM

to achieve this $ 1 we still need more idena disposal ....
I am deeply convinced that there is a chance ... Just a few days ago we saw that idena can jump wonderfully - from 600-700 sat in a few weeks to 2,800 sat so the potential is obvious ....

so good luck everybody with starting your idena journey and all of you who joined the project several months(weeks) ago..
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hold Strong!!! on: September 12, 2020, 11:51:38 PM
There is so much fear in the crypto market right now. Taking a look at coinmarketcap now, it's scary to see how much of a dump we have now. Everyone complaining in different groups of loosing a lot of their portfolio to the dump.
I feel your pain. Trust me, it will not last long, everything will be over soon and we shall all smile again. Just hold Strong. We might just be able to smile sooner than expected. Nothing to panic over based on history of crypto. History will surely repeat itself.

"Hold strong" can be a good strategy, but definitely not for all coins. I agree that it will work with many strong coins (BTC, ETH BNB or others from the first 20 cmc) but with others it may not be so rosy, so if you see that your coin drops overnight, sometimes it's better to get rid of it than wait for "better tomorrow "that may never come ....

4. Early Adopter: The early adopter are people who got into bitcoin when it was less than $100 about some few years ago. At that time everyone thought bitcoin was a scam but they took the courage to buy some because they believed in the technology.
...

For me, this is the best option .... It is unfortunately quite risky, but when you enter the project at the beginning of its existence, you have a chance to make a really substantial profit if the project turns out to be profitable ...

Unfortunately, the chances of this are not very high (90% of projects finish before they achieve their goals; - /) but sometimes it's worth taking the risk ....
Nevertheless, I always prefer to devote my  time to already proven projects that rewards with coins that are already on the stock exchanges - thanks to this I diversify the time between proven and very risky projects ...
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you doing now? on: September 12, 2020, 11:33:09 PM
....
Although this year there are not as many projects as before, bounty still the best choice.

A bounty may be a good idea, but remember that no more than 10% bounty will bring real profits and in my experience no more than 5% will bring you real profitable profits, i.e. more than $ 50 per month ...
In other words, if you're counting on a bounty to bring you thousands of dollars, remember that the chance is one in 100 (or more) .....

for now leave the mind $ 1, if market conditions are still bearish $ 1 is just like a dream for IDENA, do what you should do  Wink

You have to remember that the idena is still at the testnet stage ... maybe I am incorrect optimists but in my opinion if the development continues at this pace and in the last quarter we go mainet, I still see chances for $ 1

Of the three exchanges you mentioned earlier, only Qtrade has a very small fee, and its interface is easy to use. but the time it takes for deposit is too long to wait. Idena prices on Qtrade are sometimes higher than others, and in Qtrade are free trading bots.

I like qtrade very much, especially as 80% of idena trading takes place on this exchange. But I don't agree that they have the lowest fees - especially when it comes to trading. A taker trading Idena pays as much as 1.5%, which compared to 0.2% on Hotbit or 0.2% on probit is a very high fee.
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Best coin to mine on a smartphone right now? on: September 07, 2020, 12:34:27 AM
Glad to know that there are existing coin today that are capable to mine with smartphone. honestly i didn't see it in whattomine so I have no idea that this coin is a proof of work, just want to try it to my other phone.

This is because on whattomine you only see coins that are "really" mined on a ProofOfWork basis. Coins generated by smartphone applications only "pretend" to use the POW scheme, but in fact it is a hidden version of airdrop.

34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Pi Network value speculation on: September 07, 2020, 12:19:45 AM
I have been using this app for 6 months, the progress of the project is not that fast but i have faith that this one will be worth my time in the near future. I am wondering to buy some but there is no speculations on how much it worth even not yet on exchange.

Share your speculated value of Pi so i can have an estimation before buying my friends Pi.

After 6 months you only accumulated 500 pi? I can see you didn't really care for "mining" ...
When it comes to predicting the price, it is extremely difficult ... I ignore the fact that in order for pi coin to have any value, the project must be developed and the promised platform that connects amazon, facebook, ebay and whatever must eventually come into living.

The difficulty stems from the fact that we don't know what the total supply is. Developers claim that there are already over 5 million users, so if you believe them, the daily supply can be even at the level of 100,000,000 coins, so the monthly supply is several billion...

35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Seeking for mining advice on: September 06, 2020, 10:01:22 PM
Where I'm from we don't normally have constant electricity, most times we have only 5 hours electricity in 24hrs, very bad isn't it? This is why I can't use grid electricity to mine coins, is there any ways I can go about this?

Having electricity only 5h per day you can still try to mine idena. In your situation it would be much better if you could invest in VPS (about $ 5 per month) than you would mine it 24/7 but even without it you can still mine several coins. Unfortunately, when you mine idena every two weeks, you have to participate in the online validation, which is always at 13:30 (UTC time), so if you have electricity in these hours, you can try it. More details on idena.io

36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: High rewards still possible in bounties? on: September 06, 2020, 08:57:51 PM

I think he was saying 350k$ for all bounty campaign! That were usual values 2/3 years ago.
Usually predicted campaign value for '17 ICO's were between 500k$ and 1M$.
350k$ for person that is impossible.

Most I get for a single campaign in 2017 was around 1k$. For signature and Twitter and Steemit, and possible an article as well.

OK so it's $ 350,000 as the total fund for a bounty campaign, not a single hunter profit ... T
his is definitely more likely ... And I think it's still possible, unfortunately out of 100 projects promising this amount, only 1-2 will really keep their word.
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Is the new cryptocurrency PI Network another scam or legit? on: September 05, 2020, 11:55:26 PM

I am surprised that no one here thinks about the number of coins that have already been "mined" ... Guys these are billions ... So for a single coin to be worth something, the project must reach at least the top twenty on CMC ... is it possible? maybe ... but certainly very unlikely ...
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: High rewards still possible in bounties? on: September 05, 2020, 11:37:45 PM
Is high rewards like 350,000$ for bounty hunters still possible this days? I know it's all down to the success of the project but is this still achievable? How many successful projects with such reward paid hunters since 2018 that you know?

Damn! $ 350k really Huh
Personally, I have never heard of such boutny money. My experiences after a few dozen bounty are two that have earned more than $ 100 but neither has exceeded a thousand. Is it possible? Maybe so, but the chance of hitting one is probably one in a million ...
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: AIR DROPS ! wasting time or not? on: September 05, 2020, 11:26:47 PM

90% of airdrops are a waste of time, another 8% will give you the equivalent of $ 1- $ 5 so it's not a total waste of time but still not what you dreamed of; - / only 1 - 2% are airdrops that are actually worth something. I personally found one such - Energi. Unfortunately I had to wait a few months but I got ~ 100 NRG worth $ 800 in ATH and today ... ~ $ 130 so still not bad ;-)

I don't know if this thread will be of any use to any Bounty hunter.

Bounty hunter, be unite, be strong.

I don't really understand what the purpose of this thread is ...
We all know that bounty campaigns are a lottery, some do not pay at all, others add new conditions after a long time and some (minority) pays as planned ...
But what does OP really mean by "Bounty hunter, be unite"? ? ?
