21  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is your advised for being a trader? on: January 15, 2024, 09:39:30 PM

I think using small capital will make the trader's mentality trained and then use large capital.
Not all traders can easily understand market conditions, it takes quite a long time.
I think the market is very difficult to understand using small capital just to learn, because if we lose the money it is commensurate with the experience we gain, I have known crypto from 2017 until now I don't understand the market completely, but from my experience, I am able to consider when I will take a position in a trade
You don’t need to have a huge capital just to learn how the market works, you just need to start doing it the right way and you can be good. Continue to learn, get a reliable sources and continue to learn how to trade consistently. Learning is not easy, and yes it may took years before you actually understand it, now after 7 years and you still don’t understand the market completely then I think something is wrong about your approach better to assess it now so you wont waste another years.
22  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [Merit Help] Meri(t) Christmas giveaway with a twist... on: January 14, 2024, 12:07:18 AM
Sa totoo lang hinde naging madali yung 2023 ko and sobrang daming challenges pero thankful paren ako kase nalagpasan ko ang lahat ng pagsubok na yon.
My biggest achievement last 2023 is yung natapos ko yung study ko and kumita ren kahit papaano sa crypto specially with the art contest.

My goal for this year is to remain consistent at mas pagaralan pa ang crypto at trading, especially now na pataas na ang market at maraming opportunity ang parating.
23  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading with bots on: January 13, 2024, 09:58:02 PM
I am doing scalping with 1 minute chart and I see a big rejection candle at 22.21 london time for most alcoins, also for btc...how do you guys interpret this?
My guess is the trading with the altcoins is done most by bots...
Any tips on how I could learn to automate my trading with bots?

Not all but many traders are using bot to trade especially when they are not around.
What you can do is to start learning how to trade properly and once you’re ok with it then you can start looking for a bot that can work well with your strategy and your own timeline. Using Bot is not a sure profit anyway, its just like automating your trading strategy and there’s still risk.
24  Local / Pilipinas / Re: diskusyon tungkol sa Bitcoin ETF on: January 13, 2024, 09:46:01 PM
Grabe yung binagsak ni Bitcoin which is a good opportunity para makapag accumulate ang nakakarami. Maganda ang ETF update pero syempre it takes time bago naten maranasan ang epekto nito, pero for sure this year ren ito mangyayari and this year will be the bullish trend with crypto.
25  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does it looks responsible as woman telling husband you gamble? on: January 13, 2024, 09:39:11 PM
Absolutely! Just let your husband know about your interest in gambling and assure him that you're being responsible about it, doing it for fun and not risking too much. Keeping open communication helps in any relationship!

it's easy to tell the truth particularly to our spouses, especially if you know there is nothing wrong with your actions and as you've said, you are a responsible in your actions and decisions, you can explain it to him properly so that you understand each other. let's always remember that having a good communication and comprehension is the key for a healthy relationship.
It’s always good to be honest with your partner, you just have to do it properly so your husband wont misinterpret your gambling activities. Its better to tell him now because for sure he will still find out, its just a matter of time. Always be responsible, gambling can ruin your family and I’d hope that your husband will understand your sincere explanation and won’t force you to stop gambling because it can be very addicting.
26  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Drug (cocaine) addicts compromises gambling potentials on: January 13, 2024, 09:26:51 PM
This is a different addiction and we should not blame gambling if you’re already addict in drugs.
Though gambling can make it worst as you are being exposed again in other market where you can be addict again and in gambling you can have the chance to multiply your money and that’s why many drug addict are also into gambling. Being responsible is always the best option, if you are addict in drugs better to start rehabilitate yourself and don’t gamble, because it can make the situation worst.
27  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think women will make better gamblers by their nature? on: January 13, 2024, 08:56:52 PM
hours of flying will still affect the results. although a man if he has been playing gambling for a long time will definitely have his own strength to determine what they will bet.
Indeed, in terms of brain management and data reading, women are still more accurate than men. that's why sometimes women will tend to choose the right one based on data or bet history that has come out to choose their bet.
Women are more cautious though I can say both can be very careful with their bets but it will only depend on how committed they are and if there’s a data supporting this claim then it can be a good market for the women gamblers. In terms of profit, we have the same probability of winning its just that having a more responsible attitude can bring you in a good place, i’d hope that everyone of us here will become better on our chosen field.
28  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: You'll be a discipline gambler in sports if you have a real bankroll. on: January 13, 2024, 08:46:06 PM
This can be a factor but still if you carelessly gamble with your real money then still you’ll ended up losing everything. Honestly, discipline in gambling wont happen overnight as you still need to learn it and still need to create a strategy especially in controlling your emotion. Discipline is very important and I hope that you will learn this in time so you wont lose that much.
29  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Know when to stop on: January 13, 2024, 01:30:38 PM
In the end, just make sure you have a brain to think with your logic, if you don't have a brain or your brain stop stopped working, I'm not surprised if someone end up become a gambling addict.

To know if gambling affect your personality and your life, just ask to people around you and if you have something that you're not fulfilled due to not enough money, you can make try to evaluate yourself.
Somehow this is true, if you don't know how to think properly then you might lose yourself in gambling.
Knowing when to stop is not easy, you have to focus with your objectives and forget your emotion in gambling. Being greedy is already part of the human nature, what we can do is to assess and have a strategy on helping yourself to stop gambling either you are winning or losing, you should know when to stop.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ETF approved, next Ethereum ETF? on: January 12, 2024, 09:37:42 PM
Ethereum is following in the footsteps of Bitcoin, the influence of regulatory authorities cannot be ruled out, no one can predict the exact timing of when this will happen, but serious changes should be expected this year. We just have to stay positive and if everything goes well, we’ll wait for the altcoin season.
Altcoins will surely follow and if you look at the trend, ETH pumps as well during the release of ETF approval. If there’s an ETF for ETH and SEC will also approve it, that can be a big update and the market will be hyped again. Do your best action now to accumulate more, 2024 will be more about positive news and adoption, its about time for the bullish trend so bag more crypto now as much as possible.
31  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Makakaapekto kaya Sa Bitcoin Adoption Sa Mga Nangyayaring Rigodon Sa Ating Bansa on: January 12, 2024, 08:53:15 PM
This has nothing to do with Bitcoin adoption, and sobrang gulo naman talaga ng politics dito sa bansa naten and who knows, baka pakana lang nila ang lahat ng ito para mas maging maingay ang pangalan nila in preparation sa next election.

Sobrang aga at aggressive nilang kumilos pero hopefully hinde nila mainpluwensyahan si SEC with regards to crypto adoption, sana mas maging supportive ang government when it comes to this.
32  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's The Weirdest Alibi Of Gamblers So They Can Continue Gambling? on: January 12, 2024, 05:05:45 PM
The common alibi is "I'm just having fun", many are still in denial of their real purpose on why they gamble.
I personally guilty on this because some times i have to convinced myself that this is my purpose but in reality its not. Its hard to stop gambling if you don't have the system with yourself, for sure you'll always make alibi just to make a way to gamble, this is hard to control at first but you have to be true to yourself so you can be good in gambling.
33  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who is the money manager? is it a casino or game provider? on: January 12, 2024, 04:42:36 PM
So who actually manages finances? is it the casino itself or the game provider? Does the casino only get a commission from the game provider or buy the game license from the game provider?
Technically the casino itself as they are the main investors and they just hire the third party services for a commission basis or depends on their contract. The purpose of the game provider is to give access for the games and not to fund the whole casino itself, they are doing business in return of their game service. Not sure though if all the casinos have the same agreement, but as far as i know the casinos are the main manager.
34  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A brief advice for the newbie gamblers. on: January 12, 2024, 04:10:31 PM
My simple and straight advice to newbies is that, don't gamble if you are not financially capable no more excuses.
Many are diving into gambling with a hope of an instant profit and of course most of them suffer the big loss and too bad for those who lose in gambling using the borrowed money. Again, if you don't have the budget to gamble don't do it and if you are just looking for an entertainment, then just play the other game without the need to spend money.
35  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin Drop to Zero? on: January 11, 2024, 09:38:41 PM
Can the price theoritically drop to zero but practically trade above $40k. Kinda confusing.
Theoretically yes since it happened already in some projects but considering the trend and the demand for Bitcoin, I think we will not see Bitcoin in that kind of level as this is already part of the financial system though as time goes by Bitcoin might be replaced by something and its to know what it is.

For now, better to enjoy Bitcoin while it is still there and make profit as well, the market is getting better and you should not focus on the negative side, be more optimistic and hold more Bitcoin.
36  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think women will make better gamblers by their nature? on: January 11, 2024, 09:13:35 PM
Women by nature are more conservative than men. They are better manager of resources and know how to prioritise things. This is what is needed for successful gambling because with it, the chances of using funds meant for basic needs in gambling will be minimised.

So do you think women will make better gamblers than men?
If they have this kind of attitude in gambling, then yes any gender can be better in gambling and it will always depend on the scenario.
There are mens that are also conservative and know how to control their emotions, this is still gambling though and whatever you are doing don't expect that much and just have fun, winning have no gender preference anyone can be a winner here. A women gambler is increasing, and that's a good opportunity for the casinos as they are getting more people to try the platform and gamble.
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in meme coins is worthy or not? on: January 11, 2024, 08:50:24 PM
There's always a risk so its hard to tell that its worth it not unless you already made profit from it.
There's actually a good hype with meme tokens right now especially under the hyped network so you might want to take advantage of this while it last and make sure to have your own analysis so you can know when to buy and sell. This is a seasonal tokens, and i believe its the season of meme tokens again.
38  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you willing to bet $50 spin for a chance to win $42 million? on: January 11, 2024, 08:35:08 PM
So let's discuss. This kind of win can be compelete considered based on luck, and the winner is so lucky that he hit the Jackpot. However, since the goal here is $42 million and you can only win that if you would bet $50 for one spin. So, do you have the courage to do that?
That's a huge bet for me already and I have to save for that first before betting it, though I can bet that kind of amount as long as I do the budgeting and spend the money that is intended for gambling only. Let's not expect to have the same faith because not all are lucky in betting and imagine if we all bet the same thing, most probably the site will suffer a big loss if many of us here hit the jackpot in an instant.
39  Local / Pilipinas / Re: SEC has now approved 11 spot bitcoin ETF on: January 11, 2024, 06:22:23 AM
Nung nabasa ko itong news na ito, nasa $45k palang si Bitcoin tapos after an hour biglang naging $47k.

Sabe nga nila, sell the news and wait for the right time to buy, wag tayong maFOMO pero syempre start playing long kase ito na ang start ng pinakabullish trend ni cryptomarket.

Buy Bitcoin and Altcoins, they are both ok and personally naghahanap na ako ng funds just to ride this bullishs trend, sana palarin tayong lahat.  Smiley
40  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Web3 Games on: January 10, 2024, 09:37:00 PM
I’m still interested to play pero sa ngayon, hinde pa ata ito ang tamang panahon for this.
I’m still into Axie pero yun nga hinde naman na active, nagtratry lang if may update sila and inaaupdate then ang Axie account pero in terms of playing hours, super bihira na.

Maganda ang nga Web3 games and sana magkaroon ulit sila ng spotlight sa cryptomarket, and sana mas maging rewarding na sila ulit.
