Probably I will abandon BBP, as even if I am an IT Engineer, I cannot solve it, and besides you, I had support from no-one, what makes me feel totally helpless. I am right now at the end of the road, and without any possible path to follow. So I can just quit.

Ps. I have checked the total unbanked CPIDs with commands and mine isn't there, so your solution did work for that. Big thank you for the support you gave me, highly appreciated.

Maybe you can try waiting one more day for Rob.

Worst case, like I said, is to start all over. BiblePay.org/airdrop again -- register new e-mail on rosetta & new CPID. This way, it will be cleanest way.

Many people have said joining BiblePay is hard. They are working hard trying to make registration on Rosetta@Home (BOINC) and making masternodes with fewer steps. Please have faith and patience.

Restart everything without knowing the issue will end up badly (likely in the same situation). I hope Rob or someother will give me light into this one day.

My magnitude is 0.00, perhaps that's the problem. How can I solve it?

My magnitude dropped to 0.00 too when I ran a PC against the unbanked account (Android ARM only).

Try contacting rob@biblepay.org - He might have more ideas.
I think that I have discovered the issue. The key is in this totalrac note:

"Command": "totalrac",
  "Total RAC": 1809.78,
  "UTXO Target": 39815.16,
  "StakeBalance": 28017,
  "Note": "You have less stake balance available than needed for the PODC UTXO Target.  Coins must be more than 5 confirmations deep to count.  See coin control.",

It is much higher than the 100% reward in my case, but it doesnt matter, it prevents me for mining => My solutions are denied.

I will try lowering the RAC, but probably I will need to buy another batch of BBPs in order to start.

Ideally, your ratio should be 20 BBP = 1 RAC, but it can be as low as ~2 BBP = 1 RAC (10% PoDC payout). So, while the statement you bolded is true, that's not the reason why you're not getting any PoDC payout.

So they are the only two 'issues' that I can point at the moment:
  • Not enough stake balance for the PODC UTXO Target
  • Magnitude always 0
I have changed the pool, and the situation is the same.
I've tried to contact rob without success, and still I dont know if he will reply/solve anything.

That adress IS NOT the adress where I am staking. In fact, the address where I have all my BBPs was created in File-Receiving Addresses-New... under the name of zupernovato.
That address was already present in the Receiving Addresses named as ROSETTA, actually that one have ZERO BBP.

However, the address I have in biblepay.conf is the named zupernovato.

Perhaps that is the source of the problem

purepool receiving address (workerid) can be different as long as the wallet you mine with has a valid registered CPID.

I wonder if there's something is going on with purepool because you were originally unbanked account?

you could try mining at pool.biblepay.org -> you have to create a unique workerid first at pool.biblepay.org after you create account

At this point, I'm not sure how you would fix this...  Huh Huh Huh

After restarting my machine, stakebalance and similar commands shows my balance (instead of Zero). However, purepool still has an incresing Illegal_CPID. The unbanked issue happened in pool.biblepay.org, as I just mistakenly registered my CPID in unbanked, but It is really unreal that an unbanked CPID cannot be undo. I appreciate your help, but, is there anyone I could contact with? Coz I'm out of solutions right now.

PS. I cannot figure out how changing the pool will help in anyway (technically speaking).

ps2. In pool.biblepay.org Unbanked: shows 0

My magnitude is 0.00, perhaps that's the problem. How can I solve it?

How can I know if it is unlocked? As far as I know I created with File>Receiving Addresses>New
Here you have getmininginfo:
Code:
{
  "blocks": 74331,
  "currentblocksize": 11251,
  "currentblocktx": 18,
  "difficulty_podc": 1914.913598126075,
  "difficulty_pow": 1789.294284525879,
  "difficulty": 1914.913598126075,
  "errors": "",
  "genproclimit": 2,
  "networkhashps": 233603.8465222481,
  "hashps": 448.5911643393132,
  "minerstarttime": "10-01-2018 16:08:26",
  "hashcounter": 9027,

  "miningpulse": 11,
  "poolmining": true,
  "pool_url": "https://pool.purepool.org",
  "poolmining_use_ssl": true
}

Looks like you did not password protect the wallet and it is mining okay. If you repeatedly type getmininginfo (like every 10 seconds), you should eventually see "successful submission" which means an acceptable share was submitted to the pool.  Wait 24-48 hours and you should get a payment for more than 10 BBP from purepool.

Looking deeper, if executing exec totalrac:
Code:
{
  "Command": "totalrac",
  "Total RAC": 2045.37,
  "UTXO Target": 44998.14,
  "StakeBalance": 0,

My Stake is over 27k, but it shows ZERO at all times. If executing getboincinfo:
Code:
{
  "Command": "getboincinfo",
  "CPID": "81f0dd3062412d78e0182dcecf56cef5",
  "Address": "BFpaWJRZar88QMQCD49nFFgx1b3qcuwCgK",

Guys I am very lost. Purepool shows an increasing Illegal CPID errors. Even if I bought (and have in the same wallet) enough BBPs to obtain the 100% reward. Also, It shows ZERO shares and any worker. I cannot figure out what is wrong.

Is your wallet unlocked?

what does
Code:
getmininginfo
say?

Mintnodes:

BKKSzifbm389qqHhmbJhXDnF9vNh93wnc6
They moved the funds to another MN and I see it making payments:

Im still having troubles in purepool miner statistics. It grew to

Invalid_CPID    Default    36
Illegal_CPID    Default    17

I think the problem is, from exec totalrac:

 "Note": "You have less stake balance available than needed for the PODC UTXO Target.  Coins must be more than 5 confirmations deep to count.  See coin control.",
  "Threshhold to receive 10% rewards (below this UTXO Amount rewards are lost)": 1164.3,

I have a thousand BBP, so at this moment I wont be getting any BBP right? An also, even if I compute, I won't get to the point of entering the 10% reward range. So, probably, I need to go to an stakin pool.

Please confirm both things, the error, and the stakin.

Yes you are right, it seems like right now you have way too little stake balance for too much computing power. The normal way would be to reduce the computing power on BOINC to lower your RAC, then wait until you get some payments. The moment you get payments, that's when all the errors on the pool should disappear. Then when your balance is growing you can increase your hash power towards BOINC again.
The other possibility is of course to buy some BBP on an exchange. Right now it's really cheap and you shouldn't have to pay too much USD (or whatever) to get you started.

However, to speed things up we could make an exception and you could just post a receiving address here and I'll send you some BBP so you can get started. Wink

Edit: On mintnodes there are now 2 MN installed and they both show "enabled". Can someone explain why they shouldn't get any rewards? To me everything looks in order ...
Thank you so much, I will jump on this and buy the necessary for the 100% rewards. I hope it wont take forever. I have a question though, regarding the biblepay.conf, the workerid should be my wallet id, or a worker created in pool.biblepay.org? I have seen contradictory suggestions.

PS: As I am not registered in BBP exchanges, I think it will take a while. Could someone sell me like 15$ BBP? I have some BTC in coinbase or I can pay in regular money (€ for example).

Hello everyone,
I am a newbie in BBP mining (a few days). I have troubles understanding the implications of low starting BBP and rosetta RAC. Actually I have RAC of 1500 and 1002 BBP, so:
  • Will I ever obtain any BPPs through mining+Rosetta?
  • Will I ever catch the RAC (as my rack is constantly increasing) so I am considered a normal miner?
  • Should I move (for now) to an staking pool?

Bests,

Generally, you need 20 BBP for 1 RAC for PoDC (Proof of Distributed Computing) staking.

What does exec totalrac say in the debug console?

What's your CPID?

Did you just join team BiblePay and register CPID to blockchain?

https://www.biblepay-central.org/en/podc/user/200072/

This is strange:

"Total RAC": 0,
  "UTXO Target": 10,
  "StakeBalance": 1000,
  "Threshhold to receive 10% rewards (below this UTXO Amount rewards are lost)": 10,...

I have been looking at the RAC in rosetta, not in the console. The cidp is 81f0dd3062412d78e0182dcecf56cef5
I have been a long time user of Rosetta/Boinc, but I added the team 3 days ago and register the CPID yesterday morning (as I needed some time to obtain the first BBP so link the wallet to the rosetta account). If I try to add one again my account as a Distrib. Researcher, it sais it is already linked. But I cannot see 'On success, you will see your CPID (an identifier to link Biblepay with Rosetta@home) at the bottom of the page.' CPIDs is Blank, as well as the RAC there.

Another topic is that I've mistakenly added my wallet and rosetta account to unbanked in pool.BBP.org. I cannot see any way to undo it. I just deleted the info there, but It does not seems to undo.

The unbanked is the problem: unbanked wallets can only boinc on smartphones but are not allowed to boinc on PC's.

So now you must re-associate your home wallet first with your CPID:

exec associate user pass true

Wait 6 confirms

Type:
exec getboincinfo

Then if all is well - then the exec totalrac command will work properly.

Thank you, now it works. It shows:
  "Command": "totalrac",
  "Total RAC": 1373.79,
  "UTXO Target": 30223.38,
  "StakeBalance": 0,
  "Note": "You have less stake balance available than needed for the PODC UTXO Target.  Coins must be more than 5 confirmations deep to count.  See coin control.",
  "Threshhold to receive 10% rewards (below this UTXO Amount rewards are lost)": 1099.03,

Anyway I still have the same questions, if ever Ill get to a point to be considered a normal miner?, and if even like now I will obtain anything? Or better go to an staking pool for now?

Also, if i paste my wallet in purepool, im getting:

Illegal_CPID    Default    16
Invalid_CPID    Default    37

Both are constantly increasing :S

Does anyone know status of team requirement for BOINC now? The monthly superblock came about 12 hours ago, but I can't see any proposals on pool.biblepay.org now.

Mandatory upgrade will be released tomorrow and will go into effect in 14 days @ block 77000.

At that point we are open to non BiblePay researchers.

Thank you, now it works. It shows:
